Very good location in a quiet street. Staff is paying attention to your requests and very friendly.

Fantastic location just off the main roads. Excellent staff with good english skills and more than helpful. Beautiful modern room and a suprise was a small kitchenette in the cupboard. Extremely modern fittings.

The location was ideal, we could walk to all the major attractions. Nice atmospheric plazza nearby with plenty of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay at Residence Regola again if we went back to Rome.

The location was great, just a few minutes walk to Campo dei Fiore and Piazza Navona, right by the river. The staff, especially Mirco, couldn't be more client oriented, excellent customer service. Very friendly, attentive to every need, full of advice and suggestions. The room was clean and comfortable, good size for 2 people.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Its very central, close to all the attractions. It has a number of lovely restaurants/bars within a 5 minute walk. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this small hotel and we hope to return again.

The three ladies we had at reception were fantastic, always smiling, very polite and very very helpful with everything.

We spent a great time in the Regola Residence! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We liked breakfasts a lot. It was a big diversity of cakes, yogurts, drinks and so on.

It took us 15 minutes to find them, but I think that it's not the problem of the Residence but the particularity of Rome.

I loved the personal attention I received even before I ever stepped foot there. The staff, I felt, went out of their way to be informative and proactive to make your arrival and stay absolutely fabulous. Then once there, the personal care and attention didn't waver. I also loved the squeaky, cleanliness of the place. It was very neat and quaint, and extremely comfortable, what's not to love? The location could not be matched either. It's near everything and surrounded by restaurants and boutiques. I would definitely recommend this place, you can't go wrong!

There was some work being done above that could be a little unsettling at times...but it was done during the day and didn't bother us terribly.

Very nice staff, nice comfortable rooms, very good location to explore the city. Everything seems to be quite new and in good condition. Because there are only six rooms you get a cosy homey feeling.

The rooms are right next to the breakfast room so there is some noise in the morning, but still o.k. - didn't wake us up.

We loved our stay at Residence Rogola, the staff are so friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. The entire residence was only refurbished last year, so everything is virtually brand new. The room we stayed in had a nice balcony, and the furnishings were excellent. We found the location made it easy to walk to the major attractions in Rome. The staff were only too happy to recommend local restaurants, and even offered to collect our laundy for us. They supplied a nice continental breakfast, with coffee, cerial, pastries etc

The staff were fantastically friendly and helpful, the Residence was in a great location for visiting all of Rome (~1 mile from the Vatican and the Colloseum in either direction, and a 5 minute walk from Piazza Venezia), and was a one minute stroll from the cheaper eateries of Trastevere which made it an ideal place to stay. The neighbourhood is also very quiet, even though it's in close proximity to more lively areas

The only possible thing I could say was that due to the fact the six rooms are on one floor, with the breakfast area in the middle, you could hear breakfast being prepared about 7:30am, not ideal if you want a lie in!

I can not say enough about the Residence Regola. I did a thorough search and found excellant reviews of this B&B. Prior to our visit, Petra and other members of the staff responded to every one of my emails providing me all the information that I needed for the stay. They setup a car to pick us up from the airport, which I HIGHLY recommend. They made us feel at home and gave us suggestions on restaurants, trains and anything else we asked for. The B&B is very well located right next to Piazza del Campo and Piazza Navona. The Capital, Coliseum and Trevi Fountain were close by as well. We even walked to the Vatican, which wasn't that bad. The decor in the B&B was modern and very comfortable. The A/C was very good for the humid days in Rome. The breakfast was a great touch as well. We would gladly book again and would recommend this B&B to any couple that is looking for a centrally located place to stay in Rome with all the amenities.

Great location, within walking distance to everything and close to a number of squares for meals/drinks etc The b&b was a little hard to find at first however the guys sent very detailed instructions and organised a private pick up to/from the airport - this was cheaper than standard taxis at €40 each way and the cars/drivers were of executive standard! The rooms are great and cleaned daily, breakfast is continental and sees you trough til your first pizza/pasta of the day. Truthful honesty here is that it is the team that work there that make this place - Petra/Andreaa/Giulia cannot do enough for you and really make the stay enjoyable - would definitely go back the next time we visit.

Not really a lot to dislike - as long as you appreciate that this b&b has 6 rooms and you will sometime hear breakfast being set up before 8 - everything was great, perfect in fact!

Fantastic converted apartment, big recently renovated rooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Very clean. We stayed in room 5 which faced to a small internal courtyard, it was great, lots of fresh air but no street noise and a little darker to sleep-in in the mornings. Our room also had a mini kitchen, great for whipping up a quick breakfast after a visit to the markets at Campo Dei Fiori which are just around the corner. They do provide breakfast too, a delicious selection of cold cuts, cheese and pastries as well as omlette and fresh coffee. The location is fantastic, close enough to walk to most sites and lots of brilliant restaurants and gelato shops close by. The staff were really friendly and helpful during our stay too.

No washing facilities, we had to take our things down to a dry cleaners in the square. It would be great if they made a washing machine and dryer available.
