In a very nice studio there were only 2 forks and knives, the selection of glasses or cups was nonexistent, there was not a bit of salt, pepper, sugar or oil. We had to buy kilos of all these for a three days stay. Some electric bulbs were also missing. Quite a shame for a very nice place to stay

It was clean and comfortable. Hot shower. Nice decor. Fantastic location. View was not great, our room looked down into a dirty alley. But then if you looked straight there was a nice building, so... Stingy on the toiletries. A travel size shower gel and shampoo would have been very welcomed. Should be a given for city break apartments, we all travel light so as to avoid having to check luggage and that makes toiletries a pain to carry.

Having a 3 year old we needed a central place that we could have our Basic provisions, so the fridge and cooker was handy, but a kettle Would improve things.. Boiling a pan did become a novelty! A The location was amazing, and people there very friendly, the lift is an experience However when you get over this the place has all the charm Florence has to offer. Bathroom excellent, with a hair dryer unit (bonus) and beds linen exceptionally clean Lots of restaurants/bars nearby so you won't spend much time in the flat.. But it was fab to have a bolthole with good aircon on both rooms to take a break From the sight seeing and heat. Apartment needs more kitchen facilities, kettle, microwave... And TV system Old fashioned with no English chanels ( for my Child) Lift in need of some upgrade.

Freindly and service minded staff .Located very closely to all tourist attractions. It was very difficult to locat the hotel.We spent nearabout 30 minutes just opposite to Palazza republica.Lift is not good.

Appartement très bien localisé, assez calme (car donnant sur une petite rue, à l'inverse des appartements plus grands donnant sur la place très bruyante), spacieux, à un prix modéré (520E pour 6 nuits avec taxe de séjours). De nombreux ustensiles de cuisine (dont éponge, produit vaisselle,faitout ...) mais pas de bouilloire, four, gri-pain, et que 2 petites cuillers. Régie open 24-24h. Odeurs de canalisation (égouts) plus ou moins neutralisées en gardant bien fermés tous les siphons d'éviers-lavabo, deux petits lits accolés au lieu d'un grand lit (alors que l'on avait bien demandé un lit 2 places), sol poussiéreux, température très basse de l'appartement en arrivant ( réglé après 24h de chauffage), grande vétusté des couloirs et ascenseur.

La posizione Abbiamo dovuto pagare la tassa comunale come se fosse un 4 stelle quando forse arriva a 2. Nella stanza dataci non si poteva aprire la finestra per la puzza che proveniva dalle cucine dei locali ( finestre che affacciavano sull'interno dello stabile). La sera non c'era acqua calda nella doccia. Non tornerò.

La ubicación Las instalaciones del baño en el apartamento eran obsoletas y a la cocina le faltaban untesilios.El ascensor muchas veces no estaba disponible por que se tenia que cerrar 3 puertas y la gente lo dejaba abierto.

Отличное расположение - в самом центре города, прямо на площади. До всех достопримечательностей 5-10 мин пешком. Прямо под окнами рестораны, кафе и магазины. И цена нас приятно порадовала. На окнах были ставни и они не открывались! Свет был только искусственный, улицы не было видно вообще. Заявленный номер оказался меньше и без дивана (как на фото). В номере есть маленькая кухня с посудой, но нет элементарного чайника. Очень сложная система попадания в номер - ресепшена нет и электронный ключ надо по сто раз направлять на разные двери. Лифт вообще работал как хотел. Ресепшен находится в другом здании на другой улице и за каждой мелочью приходилось туда бегать. В двухместном номере только одно одеяло, вместо него предлагалось укрываться простыней. Тоже одной на двоих))Взяли только из-за цены и расположения.

Situation géographique parfaite avec vue sur la place de la République pour notre appartement. Salle de bain spacieuse et agréable. Comme dans la majorité des appartements-hotel, il manque les produits de première nécessité: sel, poivre, sucre...

La ubicación es perfecta. Está nuevo, limpio y bien insonorizado. La cocina viene bien para tener bebidas frias y cocinarte algo. Es un lugar muy comodo para conocer Florencia.

Achei a localização excelente e central em Florença, instalações amplas e todos os recursos oferecidos foram encontrados no apartamento, que na realidade não fica no corpo de um hotel, mas num prédio residencial. Não há recepção própria ou portaria, sendo a administração feita por hotel situado a cerca de 400 metros do prédio. Acho que não haver uma recepção pode, em determinadas situações, complicar a vida do hóspede. Para encerrar e pagar, tive que me dirigir à recepção do tal hotel, embora sendo muito bem tratado por todos e com linha direta do quarto para lá.

La ubicación de los apartamentos es excelente para conocer Florencia, apenas a dos minutos de la zona del Duomo y de otros lugares de interés y a unos 10 minutos de la estación de tren. El mantenimiento de las instalaciones el algo deficiente, alguna puerta medio descolgada etc, aunque nada que no permita la habitabilidad. En cuanto a los utensilios de menaje algo justos y se echaba en falta un microondas. Una pena porque subsanados algunos defectos el apartamento sería genial dada su perfecta ubicación.
