Set in a renovated building dating back to the 11th century and immersed in its 80000-m2 park, Residence Rocca del Palazzaccio is a 10-minute drive from Impruneta. It features a pool and 8 rustic apartments with fireplace. Featuring terracotta floors, wooden beams and Tuscan-style wood furniture, Rocca del Palazzaccio Residence’s apartments have either a patio or a balcony. Staff extremely friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble for them. Safe place to leave the car, and easy to get into city by bus. Lovely hilltop swimming pool with view. Lots of restaurants close at hand.

Location and Owners are superb. You take a bus and you are in centre of Florence in 20 mins or so. Owners are super friendly and ready to help and answer questions. They have all the information you need to mae best of your holidays .....

Our hosts Jennifer and Francesco are very affable and give nice hospitality. We had a flat tire and Francesco without any hesitation suggested to help us. He took the tire with his car in order to repair it. We understood that if we have any problem we can be sure that our hosts will provide assistance. We had a nice apartment for 2 people. The location of the residence is very good since it is close to different roads to make tours in Toscana area but there is no need for a car for Firenze. You can just take the bus that is close to the residence.

The hostess was really kind and friendly. She informed local information which I could not even consider. Excellent! The building and furniture are antique and lovely. The facility inside apartment was well equipped and comportable. My wife was 100% satisfied with. If i visit Firenze next time, i would stay here again. Nothing for the apartment. The bus stop is close. 1 minute by car and parking lot is free however mostly occupied. But when we return from the city center we waited the bus for 40 min. Supposed to sometimes happen in Italy :-).

Very good location (15min from Firenze, great to stay here and visit all sights daily), and impressive atmosphere of sense Toscana. We had a small appt for 2 pers (No8). Great private terrace, comfortable kitchen, wonderful dining room for price of standard hotel double room.

Residence Rocca is perfectly situated for a visit to Florence and the Chianti region of Tuscany. Management is friendly and very helpful. Our apartment was perfect for a family holiday and the pool was most welcome after a long day of sightseeing in the Tuscany sun.

Our hosts Jennifer and Francesco were amazing! They even met us at the bus stop and brought us and our luggage to their Residence. It is located a short 5-8 minute walk from the bus stop. It is only about 25 - 30 minutes away by bus from Firenze. The apartment was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you need to cook a few meals as we did. The use of the washer and drying racks was a nice surprise and time saver as we relaxed by the pool instead of waiting at the laundromat. The surrounding area was very nce and serence and a nice change from touring the city during the hot month of July. The apartment was very cool, no air conditioning needed even in July! It was so nice to return to our apartment every evening and relax and the location was superb....away from the city but not too far away. I would definetly stay here again and Jennifer and Francesco take pride in their residence and it shows in their hospitality!

Residence Rocca del Palazzaccio has a wonderful location with a beautiful view. The place is so quiet that you can feel really comfortable. Hotel staff is very kind and they will advice or help you for anything. For them perfect 10(EXCELLENT). Connection with the town is very good. The bus is available for every 30 minutes. Swimming pool is a perfect place for relaxing. The rooms are clean and big with classical furniture. Also toilet is clean and comfortable.

Die Besitzer Jennifer und Francesco sind sehr gastfreundlich und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sie geben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und haben den Aufenthalt für uns unvergesslich gemacht! Wir werden sicher bald wieder kommen.

хозяева - семейная пара, оба очень милые и приветливые! рассказали и показали нам все, что было интересно. в доме потрясающе красиво! изысканно, я бы сказала! есть камин (актуально зимой), бассейн опробовали в начале мая - супер! виды очень классные! дом полностью оборудован для комфортного жилья и невероятного отдыха! спасибо большое, мы очень благодарны!

L'accueil a été exceptionnel. Le meilleur que nous ayons eu de tous les voyages que nous avons eu l'occasion d'effectuer. Jennifer et Francesco nous laisserons un très bon souvenir, Merci à eux. L'emplacement de l'hotel est mitigé. Il est à l'interface ville - nature. D'un côté, la campagne avec la vue sur la nature, mais de l'autre l'autoroute. En même temps ceci fait que l'hotel est très proche du bus qui permet à un moindre coup de se rendre à Florence, sans souci pour garer la voiture.

L'accueil est exceptionnel, l'appartement est chaleureux et bien équipé, à proximité immédiate de Florence tout en étant à la campagne. Le domaine est bien fleuri et les condiments sont à disposition sur la terrasse. La piscine est impeccable.

Sejour parfait,facilité par un accueil exceptionnel de Jennifer et Francesco. Materiel complet et recent ou neuf. Literie confortable,propreté irreprochable. Beaucoup de fleurs dans la résidence.
