The apartment was clean, parking was easily available, the location was within walking distance of the numerous world heritage sites in Ravenna. The internet connection was good. The couch was a sofa-bed and was uncomfortable to sit on. The kitchen chairs were a nice quality wooden folding chair, but also uncomfortable to sit on. The internet connection was only wired, which meant only one of us could be on-line at a time.

La posizione centralissima, il parcheggio comodo e la pulizia. la temperatura degli appartamenti è troppo alta, ci batte il sole tutto il giorno e i finestroni non aiutano...inoltre non ci sono serrande nè persiane e la luce all'alba già filtra disturbando il sonno.

Siamo stati benissimo!!! Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo trovato personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ci hanno anche regalato la guida della citta' appartamento vicinissimo al centro, molto pulito, con cucina, sky tv, divano e camera matrimoniale. Inoltre il parcheggio era riservato e gratuito.. Torneremo sicuramente per andare a mirabilandia

We arrived late at night after a concert, and had booked a room for 3 people in the apartments. We had to go to the hotel to get the key to the apartment ad then drive to the apartment, Even if the booking was for 3 people and 2 people entered the hotel to collect the key. The staff member never thought to mention that the room he gave us only had 1 single bed. After driving to the apartment, finding 1 single bed for 3 people we called the hotel and they told us that we would have to come back. He then gave us a new apartment to drive to, no apology. When I asked him if this time it would have 3 beds, he responded it would have 6, in a rude tone like I was an idiot for even asking. But I think I would be an idiot not to ask, seeing as it never occurred to him that 3 people can't sleep in a single bed. This was all around 3am so when the cleaners shouted at the door in the morning for us to get out, we felt no particular hurry to move ourselves.

Appartamento gradevole, confort discreto, aria condizionata ok. Bagno pulito e ok. Posizione non il massimo. Appartamento con cucina un po obsoleta. Elettrodomestici non il massimo.

La pulizia e l'ampiezza dell'appartamento Il complesso ha più sedi, si fa riferimento all'albergo, poco chiara la spiegazione della receptionist che solo dopo essersi smarriti una prima volta ci ha avvisato che la sistemazione era cambiata per fornircene una migliore, abbiam vagato per un'ora prima di potere sistemarci ed erano le h 23:00.poco indicata l'ubicazione del complesso dove abbiam pernottato vicino al mausoleo di Teodorico. Sarebbe opportuno che la stanza fosse preparata in anticipo con condizionamento, al nostro arrivo era un forno.

łAdny, czysty apartament stosunkowo blisko centrum zabytkowego miasta. Konieczność kilkukrotnego przemieszczania się między apartamentem a recepcją (zameldowanie, wymiana uszkodzonej karty).

Appartamento spazioso per 2 persone (era per 4), Posto macchina coperto ma aperto. Fuori dal centro ma cmq vicino. Piccola incongruenza sulla posizione dell'appartamento indicata da booking, alla fine non è cambiato quasi nulla, però subito provoca qualche perplessità...

La posizione comoda per arrivarci in auto ma anche dalla stazione; la pulizia dell'appartamento, gli arredi, cucina pienamente fornita da utensili inclusa la caffettiera. L'appartamento è costituito da cucina con divano letto e camera da letto. Bagno spazioso. Molto luminoso!

Appartement agréable, propre et bien équipé, notamment avec la présence d'un climatiseur indispensable en été. Il manque un petit congélateur. Le freezer du réfrigérateur est insuffisant pour concerver des produits surgelés et des glaces.

The apartment is large, sunny, and well laid out. Bathroom: very clean, towels changed daily. Lounge: spacious, self-contained + air conditioning device + kitchen - utensils etc + extensible couch (sleeping up to two) Bedroom: double bed king size + cot bed + TV set - hundreds of channels. Very friendly, genuine staff, ready to help. Overall, amazing value for money. Nothing at all to criticize. Thank you very much.

à 15 mn à pied de l'église San Apollinaire le neuf et à 20 mn de la place du peuple , qui est centrale. Parking sur place ( ne rien laisser dans la voiture ! ) . Appartement spacieux pour 2 personnes Appartement relativement éloigné de l'hotel : aucune information sur place ( téléphone qui ne fonctionne pas pour joindre la réception, prise de câble pour internet dont il faut deviner l'emplacement, four sans notice )Des lampes ne fonctionnent pas. Immeuble situé au milieu de hangars , de hlm, sans commerce proche, il n'y a que des restaurants à kébab , dans le secteur.

Unkomplizierter Service. Wir hatte über booking.com ein Appartment gebucht und wollten dann verlängern. Booking.com war nicht in der Lage dies für uns auzuführen. Statt dessen mußten wir einen Tag hinzubuchen. Im Hotel waren wir dann für den zusätzlichen Tag auf ein anderes Appartment gebucht. An der Rezeption wurden wir unkompliziert für alle vier Tage in ein größeres Appartment hochgestuft. Das Appartment wurde nicht saubergemacht, obwohl uns telefonisch bestätigt wurde, daß jeden Tag gereinigt werde.
