Apartments modern, well equipt and spotless, serviced daily. Plenty of windows with open outlook but good curtains to keep heat of sun out. Good air con unit. Plenty of parking. Lovely bathroom. Suited us perfectly. Location may be disappointing to some who haven't visited Ravenna before as a little way from the town centre, behind the train station & coach park and it gets very hot walking around! Hiring bikes a really good idea. A stand to secure bikes outside the aptartment block would be helpful because other people using the building (there are offices located there as well) seem not keen on bikes being parked in the hall which is fair enough. |

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment in another complex managed by same company, as the studio apartment we booked wasn't available. Tried to put us in a standard hotel room first though. Apartment was spacious, but is in an industrial area, so some road noise. Bonus was that it had a washing machine. However the 2 bd aptmt wasn't fully equipped - eg an oven but no saucepans or dishes, so you couldn't actually be self contained. Also, shower was broken and bed was worn so there was a hole to sleep in which wasn't comfortable. |

I booked for a 3 stars hotel (Rosa Garofano) for 44€ and I landed in a 4 stars (Mosaico) very Nice Maybe only one thing in Mosaico : small bedroom |

C'est un appartement confortable, bien équipé, près de la mer ( en auto), du centre-ville, des restaurants à pied. Le personnel de l'hôtel parle français et a répondu à nos questions avec courtoisie. Ne pas oublier de se présenter à l'hôtel Mosaïco avant d'aller à l'appartement. |

Buona camera fresca (climatizzata) e silenziosa, piccolo bagno (consigliato per persone medie) cucina perfetta La prenotazione parlava di 4 posti letto (2 matrimoniali o 4 singoli) più un divano letto, invece c'erano solo 4 posti (1 matrimoniale più un divano letto "scomodo") |

ho apprezzato la riservatezza e gli spazi grandi dell appartamento... nonkè la discrezione che si puo avere li dentro! le pulizie e i cambi letto sono avvenuti solo la prima mattina e basta! |

В целом очень неплохой отель,точнее это квартиры-резиденции в отдельно стоящем от отеля доме, всё новое и чистое,близко к ж.д вокзалу,никаких проблем с бесплатной парковкой Из-за того что улица новая и маленькая, никто из местных о ней не знает, и на половине карт она не отмечена. Второй и самый серьёзный минус -заявленный интернет работал,но он был проводной, причем в номерах только розетки -проводов нет, на ресепшене сказали "а вы должны с собой возить", пришлось на следующий день самим купить |

Minket nem a fenti szállodában szállásoltak el, érkezésünkkor megadtak egy új címet. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk, mindhárom apartman tiszta, igen jól felszerelt, tágas volt. Mindennel maximálisan elégedettek voltunk, kár hogy a központ és a tengerpart messze volt, de ezt a kedvező ár ellensúlyozta. |

Huone/asunto oli iso, siisti ja viihtyisä. Kylpyhuone lainehti kun kaksi ihmistä oli käynyt suihkussa ja vettä valui myös pitkälle eteiseen. Hotelli oli uudella, persoonattomalla asuinalueella, melko pitkän matkan päässä vanhasta keskustasta. |

Все отлично,чисто,утно,есть все необходимое на кухне,каждый день уборка и чистые полотенца,работает кондиционер.К ближайшему пляжу 5-10км.Гостинница понравилась,все отлично,спасибо! Единственная проблема найти саму гостинницу,регистрация по одному адресу,а проживание по другому. |

La residencia está en un edificio muy nuevo con instalaciones muy adecuadas y modernas, con mucha luminosidad y limpieza. Cercano al centro de la ciudad El aire acondicionado, ruidoso y no muy efectivo. |
