Residence Sa Raiga  

Peaceful, quiet location only about a dozen villas in the development, scattered up the valley hillside(s). Idyllic setting; views to the sea + mountains behind villa, in the midst of local farms. Beautiful beaches. Helpful staff and owner. Clean and modern villa, large pool. Car hire essential though !

Internet access not really viable in the villa we were in - the signal was too weak.TV picture in black and white & no sound - presumably because of the mountains behind the villas - but this was not really an issue as far as we were concerned.

A lovely peaceful location and very friendly staff. The pool area was always clean.

The only complaint I have is that we arrived at night and found the complex very hard to find. It took us over 2 hours and we were getting worried it should have only taken 40 minutes. We had a sat nav and put the address in. Sp 125 budoni 80880 (not sure if this is correct post code but had the right one at time) this was not precise enough for a sat nav, as I now know that the sp 125 runs nearly along the whole of the island. In the end my husband did a google search and it came up.

We (a family of 4 son aged 8 and daughter aged 6) stayed here at the end of May-beginning of June, the weather was perfect between 25-30 and the season had not yet really started so there were very few cars on the road and it felt like we were sharing the island with a few other tourists I gather it gets very busy in July and August. We did not meet another British person (not a problem for us) other than at the airport and were we understand the first British people to stay at the apartments, the majority of guests were friendly Germans and would recomend a good phrase book. If you are looking for accomadation with a lovely view of the sea in front of you and mountains behind, a lovely swiming pool a peaceful location, private little gardens around your apartment, washing machine and clothes line look no further. The apartments are located a short distance off the main road down a short dirt track no traffic noise, we found the residence very easy to find. A very small warning however, you need to either take or pre book (at a cost of 15 euros per person per week) your linen ie sheets, pillow cases and bathroom towels these are not provided. We had picked this up when we were booking and just included it in our costings. The apartments have 1 bedroom and a lounge/sitting room/kitchenette the 3rd and 4th beds are a pull out sofa we found them very adequate as did others we met with older children and there was a family staying with a baby so all age ranges. There are no amusements, no karoke, no holiday reps etc so for us perfect. The children swam every morning in the pool before breakfast and supper and we sat on the veranda area and had breakfast and supper most days. Your own transport is essential, there are a couple of small supermarkets in Budoni and a larger one at the very north end, there is 1 pizzerea a 5 min walk away everything else is at least a 5 min drive. There are beaches in Sardinia for everyones taste all within a short car journey.

La situation de l'établissement entre mer et montagne, au grand calme! Une vingtaine de logements par groupe de deux, concus de façon à ce que chaque appartement n'ai pas de vue direct sur son voisin. Des barbecue en dur sont disponibles près de la réception L'équipement était conforme au descriptif et photos du site ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas avec les chambres d'hôtels!. Accueil simple et très sympatique de Pierrot qui parle un peu Français. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. A recommander sans hésiter. A quelques kilomètres des très belles plages de La Cinta et La Caletta entre autres.

Honnêtement pas grand chose, à part le manque de cafetière électrique mais il me semble que Pierrot en met à disposition à qui le demande. C'était juste histoire de trouver quelque chose!

Die Lage ist wunderschön, Blick aufs Meer, dahinter Berge, absolute Stille. Man hört nur die Schafe mit den Glöckchen. Die Terrassen liegen alle wunderbar. Der Pool eignet sich sehr gut zum Schwimmen. Da wir in der Nachsaison (22.09. - 1.10) urlaubten, waren wir fast alleine in der Residence. Mit dem Auto ist man in einigen Minuten auf wunderschönen Stränden und auch für die Entdeckung des nördlichen Teils der Insel eignet sich der Standort sehr gut. Wir fuhren 1.300 Kilometer mit dem Leihwagen und besichtigten Landschaft, Berge, Dörfer, Gigantengräber und Nouraghen. Würden jederzeit wieder in die Residence Sa Raiga fahren. Auto ist unbedingt nötig!

Ottima accoglienza, totale disponibilità staff, struttura immersa nel verde. Dog friendly!

Lägenhet med egen härlig terass och liten gräsmatta. Stor och trevlig pool med grönskande omgivning. Rent och trevligt. Tvättmaskin, strykjärn, fullt utrustats kök. Nära till fantastiska ständer. Barnvänligt.

Personale e proprietario gentilissimi e molto molto disponibili. L'appartamento era spazioso, molto funzionale, comodissimo e con tutto il necessario. Assolutamente rara la gentilezza del sig. Piero che ci ha consegnato la casa in anticipo e ci ha permesso di restare l'ultimo giorno fino all'ora della partenza. Ci è inoltre stato prestato gratuitamente per tutta la durata del soggiorno un comodissimo ombrellone con seggiola per la spiaggia!

La meravigliosa pergola carica di uva matura e bellissima era però un ottimo richiamo per le vespe che si abbeveravano continuamente e molto numerose in piscina... e con una bimba piccola non eravamo tanto tranquilli.

Logement très bien équipé ( 4 personnes) avec la climatisation ( 38° à l'ombre au mois d'août). Les pavillons sont situés un peu à l'écart de Budoni ( 3km) ; Environnement très calme avec au loin le son des cloches des moutons . Il y a une très jolie vue sur la mer ( 1km). Piscine très agréable à côté du coin réception avec le responsable( Piero) toujours très avenant et près à conseiller sur les meilleurs coins à visiter.

Rien même si l'établissement est un peu à l'écart de Budoni . De toute façon une voiture est obligatoire en Sardaigne

La disponibilità e la cortesia dei proprietari sono il punto di forza della struttura. Inoltre sono rimasto soddisfatto della tranquillità, della cura dell' ambiente e della pulizia degli appartamenti.

Il sito, lievemente elevato e più fresco e ventilato rispetto alla campagna; l'edificio ospitante e la piscina; l'accoglienza e cordiale disponibilità del responsabile (signor Piero).

Migliorabile il servizio offerto dalla televisione, soprattutto per I canali nazionali.

La struttura é immersa nel verde. Gli appartamenti sono tutti dotati di piccolo giardino e la privacy é elevata. Relax e tranquillità. Piscina ben attrezzata, con giochi per bambini gratuiti. Si trova a 5 minuti di auto da Budoni e dalla superstrada per Nuoro-Olbia. Staff cordiale e disponibile

Un accueil très chaleureux pour une résidence super paisible et familiale.Adresse idéale pour un séjour familial!

La voiture est indispensable si on souhaite visiter ou trouver de belles plages.

no,ma il comune di budoni dovrebbe estendere il servizio pubblico di trasporto anche ai residence che si trovano nel comune stesso ma in località limitrofe.

Il rumore all'esterno dei condizionatori il tavolo esterno semi instabile e la mancanza di villette con 2 camere da letto ma questo si sapeva all'atto della prenotazione

Prachtige residence! Alles is echt zo als op de foto's. Door de ligging van de bungalows een prachtig uitzicht(zwembad en zee) en veel privacy zowel op het terras als in de (grote) tuin. Mooi zwembad dat elke dag zorgvuldig schoongemaakt wordt.Schitterende onderhouden tuin. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Bungalows goed ingericht(grote koelkast en diepvries) Eigen wasmachine en goed werkende airco. Kortom: een echte aanrader! Het is wel handig een auto ter beschikking te hebben.

Küche gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Schöner Blick aufs Meer. Alles unkompliziert. Für 2 Personen Handtücher und Bettwäsche für 3 Nächte 20,-€.

Die Tür des Kühlschranks war etwas defekt; was aber der sehr guten Funktion des Gerätes keinen Abbruch tat. Vorsicht: das warme Wasser ist heißer als die Hölle:-)). Das Bett ist für größere Menschen etwas kurz

sehr ruhige und liebevoll,persönlich geführte Anlage, man hört nur das Bimmeln der Schafe, alles war sauber, keine Schaben, nur wenig Ameisen, sehr effektive (Split-) Klimaanlage: auch bei Hitze konnten wir gut schlafen, WLan war gut, wenn auch der Empfang zeitweise schwach war. Für Einkäufe ist ein Auto erforderlich, da die Anlage etwas entfernt von den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt.
