Residence Sacchi  

Great location in Turin, friendly staff who all spoke English, modern large apartments, we wished we had found the market sooner as would have bought lots of fresh produce and just cooked for ourselves in the kitchen!

Upon arrival we were greeted by the reception staff who were very friendly. They showed us to our apartment which was clean, tidy, spacious and luxourious. The hotel was only a minutes walk from turin's bus station and train station and close to shops and coffee shops. We had a fabulous few nights and would recommend the residence Sacchi to all

The apartment is a little out of town however quite generous size and very clean. With kitchenette and washing machine, which we did not find in any other hotels/apartments we stayed in.

The building itself is quite old and needs a good clean and upgrade of stairway carpet. The area is Turin is not the best, graffiti lined buildings.

*Good location within 5 minute walk of Porta Nuova Station * frequent tram service outside door into main centre. * big spacious rooms fully equipped with all necessary facilities. * good wi fi access in rooms

I stayed in a first floor room overlooking courtyard just above 4 .. noisy with guests coming and going at night.

Super-clean, super-friendly, near airport bus stop (7 or 8 mins walk), most have a bamboo garden view (but this is also for smokers), secure on-street door entry. No street noise in our particular flat. Most flats seem quiet. No neighbour noise (thick walls). Decent nearby bars/restaurants but you need to walk 10-15 for most of these. Nearby supermarkets x 2 (not Sunday). Near railway station / metro / taxi rank: about 10 minute walk.

Weekends can get noisy in the inner garden at night - shut the double glazing and turn on aircon.

My wife and I thought the service and the facilities at Residence Sacchi were fabulous. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Please pass this on to yóur staff. Regards Dave Hurley

Wonderful. Friendly staff, fantastic facilities.The room was stylish, beautifully designed and well equipped. Really spacious. It had the advantage of a charming courtyard where it was possible to sit in the evening. We were even given free parking immediately outside the building.

We couldn't fault Residence Sacchi. It was a real find.

Very friendly and helpful staff. In particular Anna was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Cafes/ bars close by, but bit of a walk for breakfast if you want to buy it rather than prepare your own.

The kitchen set up was awesome...I was only there for a night and wish I could have stayed longer to use all the facilities. Perfect location for train not airport though. Great little cafes around and try the Chinese restaurant...this is coming from a US resident (FL) and I hate Chinese food in the states but it was the best I have had better than our best gourmet places in South FL at least. The staff is so friendly!! And so helpful. The studio we had reminded me of a place right out of the show Mad Men...I would love there if I could. Another plus they have all the necessities...better than a chain hotel because everything is in your room (razor, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.). Internet is included which if traveling overseas you know is a major plus!

The bed was quite hard and really that is my only complaint.

Extremely pleasant, helpful and knowlegeable staff. Lots of xlnt info on local dining options and a great central location. The apartment was spacious, had fridge and washing machine and really quiet at night despite being next to Turin's main railway station.

The apartment was overheated, which seems a common problem in Europe. Fortunately it had opening windows so we could cool it down and sleep with open windows.

The reception and help is the best for a city accommodation. The location to sites,shopping and restaurants was great.

This apartment-hotel provides the best of both worlds: a fully equipped apartment with amenities like a hotel (daily maid service and very helpful staff -- great restaurant and touring suggestions etc.). We were amazed by the spaciousness of our apartment, lots of room to spread out. A beautiful, big bathroom and a small, but more than adequate, kitchen that even included a dishwasher. We were so impressed with other small touches like a nice tablecloth for the kitchen table, detergent for the dishwasher, and black-out curtains. And the maid service was wonderful. We spent 9 nights here in perfect comfort -- highly recommeded! And the city of Turin was another nice surprise -- a real gem that is still somewhat undiscovered.

No complaints -- we liked everything!

Room was rather basic and dated, not like any of the photos they show for studio 2 apartments! We stayed in room 33, there was a little mould around the shower door and the door to the dishwasher had melamine over chipboard and this had broken off in a couple of large areas making that look a bit shabby.
