Nice, helpful staff. Room was big and clean with antique furniture and newly re-done decor. Breakfast was a nice European style breakfast including ham, cheese, boiled eggs, a variety of breads, and fruit. Hotel is well-located just outside the gate to the old city of Pienza. It was nice stay in a lovely hilltop town in southern Tuscany. Nice parking garage available free of charge. No, all good! |

Perfect location in the middle of Tuscany/Pienza. The possibility of relaxing by and having a swim in the outdoor pool in between visiting Pienza, other nearby towns and the countryside. It was crowdy by the pool and not enough sun chairs. We would prefer a larger pool area. |

Friendly staff, clean and large room and very close to the city center of Pienza. It was not a luxury resort but a nice place (with a kitchenette, king size bed and great shower). A great facility and I would stay there again with my family! |

Gentilezza del personale, camere ampie, letti comodi, parcheggio. Ottimo il ristorante con un buon rapporto qualità- prezzo. Televisore un pò troppo piccolo, doccia senza tendine. |

Hotel avec jolie façade dans un ancien théatre. Chambres et appartements avec cuisine. Nous avons eu un appt avec bcp de surface et hauteur de plafond. Piscine agréable (cependant encore non finalisée, quelques travaux). Petit déjeuner buffet copieux avec quelques gâteaux typiques toscans. Réceptionniste très agréable, ménage impeccable. Grand parking privé souterrain. Hôtel aux portes du centre historique de Pienza (50m). Extracteur de la salle de bain hyper bruyant mais possibilité de ne pas le mettre en marche. Attention dans le parking aux infiltrations calcaires qui tombent du toit et tâchent la voiture (réceptionniste au courant : il vous fournit gentiment un anticalcaire pour enlever les traces) : problème dû apparemment à la nouveauté du site. Encore quelques travaux autour du site qui a l'air de s'agrandir. Déco de la chambre plutôt moyenne mais correcte. |

La chambre familiale est composée d'une chambre très confortable, d'un séjour avec un grand divan-lit , d'une kitchenette, et d'une sdb munie d'un bain jaccuzzi très relaxant. La piscine est correcte. Le petit- déjeuner est très bien. La piscine est située entre deux bâtiments en en attente de finitions. |

De ontvangst zondagmiddag was zakelijk, maar hiet erg hartelijk. De aanleg rondom het hotel en de parkeer faciliteit wordt telkens beter. Ik ken het hotel al lang en vindt dat het nu een wat ouderwetse quasi degelijkheid uitstraalt, De kamers zijn goed, maar allemaal zo somber. Dat geldt ook voor het restaurant. |

E' un hotel molto accogliente, elegante, arredato con il gusto della tradizione toscana, la camera è spaziosa e confortevole, in bagno ci si può coccolare con l'idromassaggio. La piscina dell'hotel abbiamo potuto godercela in solitaria per pigri pomeriggi di relax. Ci si sta davvero bene. Per la colazione ci si deve spostare in un grazioso bar adiacente l'hotel. |
