All-in-all, an excellent place to stay. Our room was comfortable with modern appliances and a well-equipped kitchen. Bed was comfortable and the baby cot we were provided was clean and of good quality. WiFi connection was fast with a strong signal... the same cannot be said of other places I've stayed in Italy.

Travelling with a toddler and pregnant wife... it was annoying to find that the lift to our second floor apartment was out-of-order. But these things can happen from time to time :-s Still a good place to stay.

the place is very clean and nice. the owner has several apartments in a very beautiful building. the equivalent of 3stars hotel

when using more than one home appliance (eg. washing machine and fan) we experienced a black out. very nasty when it happens later in the evening and when the power fuse panel is outside the room while the indications of how to fix it are in italian!!! staff is also very helpful however if you need something you better note down the cellphone number as there is unlikely someone will be at the reception desk! this place is not hotel

Its located in the heart of the city- its the main important.

A very old house with no air conditioning, very very noisy all day and all night because all the windows facing on the noisy street. Problems with a complete kitchen equipment and cleaning. There is no free parking around. Hot water only from boiler.

The hole staff was very friendly and helpfull! They liked little children, and our 3 year old son loved them! The hotel situated just a walk away from the main sights. The one bedroom appartment was very clean and spacious. Soundproofing was good. The kitchen was new, there was a dishwasher (but you have to ask for the detergent), a stove and a big fridge+freezer. One supermarket (Billa) was across the street

There were very little drinking or coffee glasses, no filter coffee machine or a toaster. There were no free parking around, but the garage (with 10-12e/day) was near (ask the staff for instructions). There was no fixed AC, but for extra cost you can get a movable unit (20e/day). It made the nights more comfortable :)

Spacious, modern apartments very close to the center. Had everything we needed, including a washing machine. The host was very attentive.

It was a little confusing trying to find the reception area as there was little signage to assist. The shower went cold after only one shower.

This place is a real find. It is extraordinarily inexpensive for the fabulous location, comfort, quality of facilities and services provided. The unit is fully fitted out and accessed via a lift. Everything is in close walking distance with a supermarket across the road and restaurants within 100 meters. Simone and Maria were really nice. Simone knew local restaurants and was happy to make recommendations.

Nice big apartment, very nice staff, well furbished, nice big flat screen tv, freezer, refrigerator, location.

They should have conditioning sistem and microvawes in kichen.

The hotel is in the center of Trieste, our studio had a balcony and the studio was very clean. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. The staff speaks english very well, and we got a map of Trieste and god tips where to eat well and what to see during our stay. The bathroom had a very nice high preasure shower and we got enough towels to use. There was even an air freshener in the room which made the room smell very nice. Our studio had a kitchen with a refrigerator and a dishwasher and was completely equiped for cooking. Hotel offers free Wi-Fi, and a parking garage is in the next street where our car was safe. We liked this hotel a lot and we will come again. :)

Buona l'accoglienza,appartamento dotato di tutto l'occorrente necessario. Posizione centralissima e comoda per gli spostamenti in città.

Un po' troppo rumore dalla strada sottostante.

L'eleganza dell'edificio, il confort dell'appartamento, grande, ben arredato e pulito, la cucina ben attrezzata, la posizione in centro città. I servizi a due passi, bar, supermercati, negozi.

Un parcheggio nelle vicinanze...c'è, ma devi essere molto fortunato a trovare un buchetto!

Goede ontvangst, voor aankomst contact en informatie, behulpzame mensen, receptie goed bezet, schoon, heerlijk rustig maar toch midden in het centrum, mooi appartement en verzorgd, fijne ruimte om te verblijven en heerlijk warm bij koud weer; goed openbaar vervoer, supermarkt dichtbij, alle benodigdheden dichtbij. Veel engels sprekende mensen.

Enkele niet uitgevoerde reparaties (afwasmachine deur ontbrak en machine bleek niet te werken, overigens niet een groot probleem, verder geen buslijnen- plattegrond, wel overzicht van nummers, maar geen halte stops, zelf uitvinden, maar ook geen groot probleem
