The Sant'Uberto is set on 3 acres of private parkland in the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by the Metallifere Hills. It offers an outdoor pool, panoramic views and free parking. Hotel Residence Sant'Uberto features rooms and apartments with private bathrooms, minibar, TV and views over the countryside. Some have a four-poster bed, a patio or a balcony. The Sant'Uberto's extensive gardens are home to the large swimming pool with a children's pool area and a furnished sun deck. Indoors, the small gym has Technogym equipment, a sauna and a jacuzzi. The Sant'Uberto restaurant serves typical Tuscan cuisine and local specialties typical of the Maremma countryside. Special dietary meals can be prepared upon request. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Non ci è piaciuta la strada per raggiungere l'hotel sterrata e percorsa dagli autocarri della vicina cava di caolino, che non ha minimamente disturbato con rumori e polvere, durante il nostro soggiorno.

Ottima posizione per chi vuole rilassarsi in mezzo al verde e boschi; cortesia del personale eccelente; Per una coppia di giovani la posizione non è per niente agevole, si trova un ora dal mare con strade piene di curve, intorno all' hotel non esisre un centro degno per una semplice uscita serale, obbligati a farsi minimo 50 km per trovare svaghi. Camera troppo illuminata con faro che punta verso la finestra tutta la notte. Difficile da raggiungere.

Hotel molto bello, un pò fuori mano ma è proprio questo il motivo per andarci, Consiglio di andare al sant'Uberto ma sconsiglio vivamente la mezza pensione,non mi era mai capitato di non avere perlomeno un'altra alternativa,quello c'era e basta e anche la qualità era scadente, cosa che a pranzo avevamo mangiato li e anche molto bene spendendo poco più della mezza pensione!

Sehr schönes und außergewöhnlich sauberes toscanisches Landhaus-Hotel. Liegt in einem weitläufigen gepflegten Park mit Restaurant, großen Pool und viel Rasenfläche. Lage außerhalb des Ortes und Mitten im Wald, daher sehr ruhig, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Tierfreundliches Hotel. Besseres Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis geht kaum. Einziger Nachteil: Roccastrada liegt sehr hoch in den Bergen, daher relativ lange Fahrzeit über kleine Straßen zu den größeren Orten und ans Meer, dafür in wunderschöner Landschaft gelegen.

La amabilidad de la señorita de recepción, la rubia del pelito corto y el camarero de las cenas. El restaurante merece la pena probarlo, muy bueno. En general el sitio es mas que recomendable. Me gustaría que el jacuzzi y la sauna estuvieran incluidos en el precio.

Die freundlichkeit des personals, das zimmer waren super. Das swimmingpool war sehr schön und gross. Das frühstück war für den preis finde ich nicht ausreichend. Das schlimmste war, es hat nur schmelzkäse (Toastkäse) eingepackt gegeben. Das kanns in der toskana normal nicht sein, dass man nicht offene käsescheiben serviert. Das essen am abend war am 1. tag auch nicht so schmackhaft, aber das ist vielleicht geschmacksache. Ich finde es auch schade, dass es keine gerichte bei der halbpension zum auswählen gab!

la location è quella che desideravo, lontana da qualsiasi frastuono, ci svegliavamo con il rumore di un ruscello che scorre a pochi passi, la sera abbiamo incontrato due cerbiatti nel vialetto, emozionante. Il personale è davvero ineccepibile e cordialissimo. Visto il periodo di bassa stagione ogni sera abbiamo fruito del romantico ed efficiente idromassaggio, con candele e un buon rosso di montalcino che ho ritenuto fosse davvero appropriato accompagnare. Inoltre l'hotel è a pochi passi da suggestivi paesini medioevali dove è anche possibile degustare ottimi prodotti. un grazie a tutto lo staff del sant Uberto un restiling dei comfort gioverebbe alle camere un pò vecchiotte ma nel complesso con sufficienti servizi.
