Lokalizacja świetna - do wyciągu 150-200m, można dojść w butach narciarskich. Przy dużym śniegu spod wyciągu można dojechać na nartach pod samą rezydencję. Personel był grzeczny, zawsze do usług, ale nie było widać żadnego starania o gości. W pokoju zabaw dla dzieci stał zdewastowany stół do ping-ponga, bez paletek, piłeczek.Leżały zdewastowane rakietki I popękane piłki. Nie było w apartamentach pościeli ani czajników elektr. Do wody. Na booking.com w opisie obiektu nie było słowa o braku tego sprzętu, więc niemiło się rozczarowaliśmy po przyjeździe. Hotel zaoferował nam pościel w postaci powłoczek tylko na poduszki I prześcieradeł, przykryć można się było dodatkowo kocem.

bello E in ottima posizione immerso nella natura E in zona stupenda. reception gentile E preparata struttura buona E abbastanza moderna pulizia della camera superficiale, ma in particolar modo il bagno lasciava molto A desiderare...(vedi tendina doccia sporca E ventola D'aspirazione intasata di polvere)

För priset av 100 kr/person och natt var det ok. Bäddsoffan var ok för barn men ej vuxna. Det fattades lite porslin och var lite låg standard på köket. Billigt men ingen positiv överraskning. Var ett nytt hus som ej fanns på bilderna så utsikten var inte så storslagen från fönstret.

Molto comodo avere a disposizione la cucina nell'appartamentino, lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile e (quando siamo andati noi, non so se è sempre così) per gli ospiti dell'albergo c'era lo sconto del 10% al ristorante-pizzeria El Fenil dove la pizza è buonissima. C'è la sauna inclusa! Vicino alla sauna ci sono anche tavolo da ping-pong, biliardino e qualche gioco per I bambini. La reception non è aperta 24h al giorno; il paesino di Serrada è tranquillo e adatto per fare trekking, ma non c'è molto nei dintorni (serve la macchina per arrivare a Folgaria che è un paese molto più turistico).
