Very comfortable and budget-friendly hotel. Very good breakfast and personal. I can recommend. For shoping Rimini is a good one.

everything was great, the receptionist Claudia was very helpful, she upgraded me to a bigger room facing the sea even though i booked a smaller room. the breakfast was good, the price was good, the room / bathroom was having a very modern decor.i wish i could stay in rimini longer, but i was there just for a night

Nice and comfort apartment style rooms. nice kitchen. Very near a bus stop to go the train station.

the hotel was really nice and Claudia the day receptionist was verry very good!

the man at reception when we checked in put us in the wrong room which i had booked for four but he showed us to a room for two, it transpired at the end of our stay that he had checked two people in to the room for four so i was not greatly impressed!!!!!

Room on 7th floor was fabulous, overlooking beach with a balcony that went all the way round to the front of the hotel so sun all day long.

Because it was March not much open, just two restaurants within walking distance.

caludia at reception was fantastic, the room was spotless. lovely sea view.

The people at the htel were extremely kind and friendly and I would highly recommend this place if staying in Rimini

Nothing I didn't like.

Remini is a most visit city, infact I have promised my wife to bring her in five yeats time for our wedding anniversary to remini and of course residence terminus is the best place with there in built kitchenet. The staffs are very hospitable, worthy of mention is claudia who became my interpreter in communicating to my business partners and drawing up my travel routes. In short residence terminus is a beautiful place to stay. Builder Uba Sam

The location,which is over looking the sea. The finishing and fittings in there suites,beautiful designs and production, they have class.

It was the best accomodation I had in Italy. The room was very nice, big (like in no other place for such money). The surrounding was very calm, the view out of the window 's just fabulous. And the staff is really friendly - Claudia and Zina gave me all the info I needed. And the breakfast - real breakfast!!! - was very tasty and rich.

The renovated furniture, despite nice, are too "minimalist" so if you have a family you cannot find almost place for your stuff. The lifter and the stairs, no chance for mothers with kids. They said they will provide soon to set up a easy access.

Very close to beach. Even 'back rooms' still beach view. Good breakfeast. Very service minded personal Flexible and not just money thinking. Got an extra bed.

when we where there it was a lot of 'renovation' ongoing. That disurbed the calm athmosphere a bit.

Lejos del centro de Rimini. Quince minutos de auto.

L'ampiezza delle stanze.

La camera era praticamente un appartamento, separato da porte scorrevoli e molto grande. Letto comodissimo. Finestre fino a pavimento con bella vista ed illuminazione. La doccia è enorme, stupenda. Veramente consigliato. Mai visto camere cosî grandi per un prezzo così irrisorio. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Non si è in zona centrale ma a Nord di Rimini, ma poco importa.
