The staff are extremely polite and helpful, made our stay very enjoyable

The water in the shower goes cold really quick, that's the only thing I can fault

Close to the Vatican and easy transportation by bus and train

Asked for a large bed two single mattress put together which slit while sleeping uncomfortable

Apts were nicely furnished and close to the Vatican.

Heating in apts did not work and wifi is only available near the reception.

The room was not fresh the so called kitchen was not clean. The room had a terrible smell in it. The bathroom was never cleaned during our 4 day stay.

excellent location, literally at Vatican Walls. a very quite location. we had a small but comfortable one bed room apartment with a kitchenette.

small water tanker - after 5 minutes of shower, water temperature decreases. rooms were heated only during nights (we stayed there in December) .

Location for St Peters was excellent.

If you leave the Residence, turn left, go straight and at the end of the street don't miss the stairway,, use bus 64, 46, because the metro stations Via Aurelia, Cipro aren't so close distance,, approximately 20-25 min to get there

This is first time I comment about the hotels, I believe every body is busy, nobody is willing to spend time commenting a hotel unless it is really bad/good. This hotel is really not just bad, it is the worst hotel I have been staying during my business visit/holiday till now! So I write to let more people be careful of this Vitican Suites. --First of all, the most important thing when tourism is the motion/feeling. About my stay in Rome for my holiday with My wife in this hotel, I can say my holiday in Rome is totally ruined by this hotel; first day we moved in, we had a quarrel with the receiption, also the third day we again had a quarrel with the same receiption. --Secondly, the receiption(local italy man) can not follow you when you speak English, Why does this hotel keep receiption? Keep someone who can not understand you? Furthermore, if you try to let this receiption understand your question/problem, he will not understand you. He will misunderstand you and perform his own way. P.S no understanding from your side. will only watching his own interest, ---Third, hotel management. When I was having problems, I call the manager, the manager also do not listen / understand you. Tips: you need to shout, or they will either not listen to you, or they will tell you he can not answer you because he is driving!!!!! Thanks to the CAR. The manager always talking about professional management, this is really a funny thing. In my opinion, I suggest you go to take a Chain hotel, at least it will not ruin your holiday even pay a little more. ---Fourth, hotel is not clean, also it is very difficulty to take a warm/hot water shower. If you want to take a shower, you need to heat the water one day before; if you do not follow this, you will have a very cold water shower; Furthermore, if you heat the water one day before you take the shower, make sure only you want to take the shower; because the water will turn cold for the second people.

The staff were helpful and printed our train tickets, gave us directions, etc. The room was clean but we had to move rooms after the first night due to problems with the first room, however they were very nice about it. The second room had some minor issues, but they did take care of everything.

The housekeeping staff were (at least the younger one of the two) were very rude and didn't always clean much. Many things were in disrepair. The location is also quite far if you do not have a car for walking to the Vatican.

Location was as expected, Excellent. Cost was reasonable. Kitchenette was nice to have. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Would Definately stay here again if I ever have the opportunity to return.

I love the fact that the furnishings and everything else in the rooms looked very clean and new. Our apartment was very clean when we arrived and cleaned every two days. Checking in was smooth. But I have to say that the best part of staying at the Residence Vatican Suites was the service of the staff. We found the reception staff named Darius (who is the one on duty in the evenings) very helpful and efficient! When the showerhead got damaged, he immediately came and replaced it with a new one within 5 minutes of informing him - at 10 in the evening. He also proved to be very helpful and informative about the locality - which mode of transportation to use, best place to eat, etc. It also helps that his English was excellent so communication was smooth.

These are quite minor, but since it is a self-catering accommodation, it would really be helpful if the owners can provide the basics in the rooms like: electric kettle (for coffee or tea) and a small microwave oven.

That it was cost efficent and close to sights I wanted to see.

Lack of so much as a snack machine and the lack of any English channels on the television.

The staff was wonderful!!! So helpful amd friendly. They really went out of their way to make our stay a great one! The apartments were very clean and much more spacious than the reviews led us to believe. We would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is not ideally located but is an easy 1/2 mile walk from St. Peter's Square.

Ficamos numa habitação com 2 quartos e uma pequena cozinha. Como estávamos viajando eu, meu marido e minha mãe, o hotel foi bom por proporcionar privacidade ao casal e ao mesmo tempo nós 3 não precisamos ficar separados. Também foi possível fazer pequenos lanches na cozinha.

Era possível ouvir (e incomodou bastante) toda a movimentação dos hóspedes que estavam num quarto acima do nosso, inclusive o barulho de abertura de torneiras, descargas e da água passando pelo encanamento. Também não tínhamos acesso ao WiFi no quarto apenas na área comum do hotel

Dużym plusem jest cisza otaczająca hotel, co po na prawdę hałaśliwym mieście daje wytchnienie. Czysto, pokoje sprzątane codziennie I wymieniane ręczniki. Przyjechaliśmy do hotelu o 1:30 w nocy I nie było żadnych problemów. Personel miły I uczynny. Niedaleko przystanki autobusowe (ok. 5 min. Spaceru), dobrze skomunikowane miejsce. W bliskiej okolicy miłe lokalne knajki z pysznym jedzeniem I cenami - polecam. Blisko Watykanu.

Pokoje I łazienka niezbyt przestronne, ale to chyba specyfika rzymskich hoteli w kamienicach, kiepska akustyka - słychać sąsiadów. Szkoda, że brak możliwości napicia się porządnej kawy w hotelu, ale w okolicy 5 min. Przyzwoite knajpki z pysznym cappucino :)

До метро идти пешком далековато.

Очень удачное расположение, вежливый персонал, чистые комнаты. Все понравилось, вернулся бы в этот отель в случае приезда в Рим.

amplasarea este foarte convenibila, un avantaj foarte mare il constituie chicineta modesta ca dotare dar foarte utila pentru prepararea cu buget redus a unui mic dejun cald sau a unei mese calde dupa o zi obositoare.

Camerele nu au balcon iar conexiunea la internet este foarte slaba in camere. Cea mai buna conexiune este chiar langa receptie la hotel.

le calme du quartier, l"espace de l'appartement, le personnel, l’accès facile

le bruit de la tuyauterie ( on entend les voisins se doucher ou aller au toilette), le peu d'élément de cuisine dans la kitchenette ( pas de casserole, de poêle)
