Residence Villa Beuca enjoys a hillside location with panoramic sea views of the Gulf of Genova. Accommodations come with sea-view terrace or balcony, and with kitchenette and refrigerator. All apartments are all brightly decorated and have private bathrooms with hairdryer. They are air-conditioned, and have a separate living and cooking area. Villa Beuca Residence is set in landscaped gardens and has a children’s playground. You can enjoy sea views from the outdoor pool with sun terrace and loungers. Villa Beuca is located in the popular seaside resort of Cogoleto, which has many restaurants, bars and shops. It is a 30 minute drive from Genoa airport, free parking is available on site. Plenty of room, a good kitchenette, great Ligurian Sea views, lovely walking trails through the botanic gardens, restaurant does take-away pizzas and lovely dining options. Parking is easy. Let down by trivial things: WiFi cost extra and was only accessable within the main office area. The shuttle bus was out of service. Dishwashing liquid was not supplied until asked for.

Not recommending it to others and will not stay their again. Stayed in an Appartment. Good size rooms with separate bedroom and living room, which includes kichen. Awesome view from the balcony overview the coast and montain. Nice restaurant in front of the hotel. Big pool. Free shuttle service from hotel to coast/city of cogoleto, however to few departures. Isolated in the mountains. Not a chance to walk down to Cogoleto. Huge parking problems in the city of cogoleto. Around the pool, no splashing, no toys and you have to wear a bathing cap. Personal seems to be sorry about turists in their attitude.

The appartment had separate aitconditionar in the living/kitchen and bedroom. Very nice interior (IKEA) all new and fresh colors. The complex is build on a hill which gives a beautifull view on the see and a peacefull environment during day and nighttime. The swimming pool was great and sun-beds and parasols plenty in this time of the year. Our appartment had the exclusive advantage that we could sit in the front on the terras and also in the back in the shade under some nice old trees on some sunbeds. Finally the friendly staff completed the total picture. The location was too far away from the town and beach to walk. You have to travel by car or with the shuttle bus (4 times a day) Bread could be ordered at the reception (small fee) so we didn't have to go down town to buy it every day. There is no brush and nothing to dry the dishes bring your own ! We also missed some easy outside chairs to sit on the terras instead we had to use the uncomforable kitchen chairs.

Viva Italia! не убрано, сан узел течет, все ставни поломаны, телевизор микроскопического размера, стены грязные и обшарпанные впрочем как и все остальное. ну и если вы из восточной европы, вас поселят в самые худшие номера с видом на старый разрушенный дом с коровьим навозом на останках крыши. интернет платный и только в районе ресепшена. без машины или такси спуститься с горы весьма затруднительно. впрочем для жителей западной европы есть вполне аккуратные апартаменты с прекрасным видом и территорией. удручает ...

Красивый вид из окна. Близость к очаровательным городкам Arenzano и Cogoleto, пять минут и ты на набережной, на пляже или в уютном ресторане. Обязательной наличие автомобиля. Самое приемлемое место по цене/качеству. В номерах не убирались за все время прибытия. Нет Wi-Fi. Не работал кондиционер. Определенное время регистрации заезда, иначе останетесь на улице. Не добраться пешком до моря.

Adorei tudo o funcionário da recepção foi excelente, sempre prestativo e muito simpático, adorei a localização e excelente para quem quer descansar a cabeça e ao mesmo tempo fazer praia a casa e enorme com um jardim incrível recomendo e espero voltar se deus quiser com mais tempo Adorei tudo só tenho pena porque só foram 3 dias.

La location correspond exactement aux photos sur le site et à l'idée que je m'en faisais. Endroit calme et tranquille, la vue est imprenable. Le resto juste en dessous est aussi à noter, c'était très très bon ! Rien..peut-être le manque d'indication pour trouver l’hôtel..on a du tourner un peu..

La résidence est bien entretenue, propre et récente. Située en hauteur, au calme par rapport au village, l'autoroute et la voie ferrée. Idéale après des visites dans les alentours. Le restaurant situé à l'entrée de la résidence est excellent et propose des spécialités locales à base de poisson. L'accueill à la réception est réalisée en français ! Tres belle vue sur le golfe de Genes depuis la résidernce et l'appartement (vue mer). Pas d'internet dans les appartements, seulement à la réception (1 euro de l'heure). Trés peu de vaiselle pour faire la cuisine. Ecran de télé assez petit dans la pièce centrale. Résidence excentrée et loin de la plage (caillou).Nécessité d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer.

Il prezzo in questa stagione, altrimenti per noi è troppo caro. La posizione del panorama. La tranquillità di questo periodo. Sul sito avrebbero doivuto esserci le informazioni riguardo la disponibilità di lenzuola, asciugamani, così evitavo di chiamare molte volte per capire se ci fossero. Non sono indicati gli orari di segreteria poichè non è sempre aperta. Mancava stracci monouso per asciugare per terra, e per lavare stoviglie e sapone lavastoviglie, visto che lo chiamano miniappartamento (li avrei portati).

Замечательный вид из окна.Очень просторные и удобные апартаменты.Рядом интересный ботанический сад.Он открыт всего 2 дня в неделю ,но нам повезло,мы туда попали.И с удовольствием прогулялись.Мы были совсем недолго и случайно,только потому что не удалось на эти два дня забронировать жилье в Генуе,но в результате нам понравилось.Единственное ,что спуск к морю - серпантин,это для нас было неожиданностью.Может быть можно спускаться и по пешеходной тропе,но мы не искали ,просто времени на это не было.

Personnel aimable et parlant plusieurs langues et l'intimité de notre petit jardin. La piscine avec une super vue sur le golfe de Genes. A 10 min du centre ville de Genes quand il ni a pas de trafic. le manque de fourniture dans la cuisine
