Ho apprezzato tutto: la cortesia dello staff che è stato pronto a soddisfare le mie richieste; la posizione che mi ha permesso di muovermi facilmente evitando il traffico cittadino e mi ha permesso anche di rilassarmi, godendo della tranquillità e del silenzio della zona...una bella esperienza per davvero!! In zona non ci sono molti locali per passare le serate, però organizzandosi si può rimediare.. |

Ottimo il comfort della camera, la pulizia e la silenziosità delle camere. Personale molto gentile La posizione: alla sera intorno non c'è niente, neanche per mangiare. L'hotel tra l'altro non offre servizio ristorante. |

Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.Buona la prima colazione con ampia scelta.Le camere hanno anche l'angolo cottura con fuochi e forno a micro onde. Le camere sono piccoline,non hanno un balcone e la finestra si affaccia su di un cortile privato tutt'altro che decoroso! |

Hotel confortable, muy comodo y el personal muy atento y agradable. Algo lejos de la playa y de los restaurantes pero cerca de la entrada a autopista y no tener que entrar al centro que es un caos. La lejanía al centro de la ciudad para poder ir a cenar o ir a la playa. Es necesario cger transporte publico o el auto. |

Personale molto gentile e la camera era esattamente come visualizzata sul sito. Ho girato una mezz'ora per trovarlo. Essendo vicino lo stadio e quindi in centro, a Catania non è facile muoversi in macchina. |

L'hotel è facile da raggiungere grazie anche alla segnaliteca che si trova lungo il percorso. Ho apprezzato lo stile e il design di questo hotel, piccolo ma confortevole e tranquillo; lo staff è giovane, cortese e professionale e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta del cliente! Ottimo il buffet per la colazione, buona la varietà di prodotti (possibilità di una colazione "tradizionale" o di un English breakfast). |

Il confort e la pulizia delle camere Il termine più corretto per classificare lo staff dell'hotel è "improvvisato"; infatti tutti gli addetti fanno di tutto, e fanno male tutto. Carentissima la colazione, dove i prodotti che terminavano, non venivano rimpiazzati e chiedendo allo staff, la risposta che si sentiva era: "mi spiace, ma è finito e non so cosa fare". |
