The staff are wonderful - nothing is every a problem for them . The room was a studio and was really spacious and modern - all that you need for a week long stay.

Very clean and spacious apartment, moderately priced, friendly staff, near subway stations, railway station and Corso Como (walking distance), not very far from the city centre (Duomo) by subway, convenient & inexpensive parking. You could hear the trains; didn't bother us, though.

Excellent Staff and location - Easy 5 min walk to Milan-Garibaldi Station. Very flexible staff who helped us store our bags in the building on the day we left although we'd checked out @ 11am. Perfect base to see Milan and also go to the Grand Prix @ Monza. Basic but very clean room...you will pay a lot more for a lot less in Milan - I would recommend these apartments to anyone with a group of up to 4 adults.

Great location, easy walk to Garibaldi Station and close to good bars and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and well designed. We were on the street side but the windows closed out the noise completely. Plenty of shops nearby including a supermarket next door and gelateria opposite. Air conditioning was just about adequate, but may have been a problem if the temperatures had gone above 30°C.

Reception Staff were very co-operative & flexible. It is very near to Porta Garibalidi Station which makes it very convenient to access.

It was fairly close to the train station. The front of the hotel had graffiti all over it. The staff isn't available on weekends, so we checked in and left key in room. She checked us in and we never saw her again.

Мы заезжали в субботу, когда администрация не работает.. договорились на определнное время, чтобы нам передали ключи, но наш самолет опоздал и позвонить не было возможности.. несмотря на это, нас дождались! Также в этом же доме продкутовый маркет. Очень удобно! Мусор нужно выкидывать самостоятельно

La habitación es amplia y limpia. Con facilidades integradas en un mismo ambiente, como una pequeña cocina y refrigeradora (por sí vas a estar varios días) No funciona como un Hotel, no hay un personal que permanezca 24 horas en una recepción. Esta información no la leí al hacer la reserva, recibí un email después de hacerla, donde me explicaban que sí llegaba después de las 18:00 horas, había que coordinaron. Escribí un email explicando que llegaba a la 20:30, me confirmaron que ahí estarían esperándome. Al llegar al lugar, no había nadie! Tuve qué pedirle a la persona de la heladería de enfrente que me prestara su celular para llamar a la persona "encargada". Después de varias llamadas, una hora después llego otra persona. No recomiendo este lugar para un viajero que llega de noche! Es un dolor de cabeza.

Goede internetfaciliteiten, gunstige ligging, grote kamer. Zeer beperkte handdoekwissel (1x in de 5 nachten dat wij er waren). Maar 2 Engelse (nieuws)zenders op tv en verder meer dan 100 Italiaanse zenders. Dat is zeer vervelend als je geen Italiaans verstaat.

Everything were excellent!!!! Mainly the staff.... The room clean and comfortable, the location very good (Tram 4 and 7 is at easy reach...) and the neighbourhood was very safe and nice..... Nothing at all... We were very pleased....

Residence, nie je hotel a nebol som na to patricne upozorneny na Vasej stranke!!! Recepcia je otvorena len do 18.30, telefonne cislo je uvedene az pri recepcii ale vchodove dvere su zamknute!!! Recepcna musela kvoli nam docestovat co trvalo cca 15 minut.

Gli appartamenti del residence sono essenziali ma molto confortevoli, il personale è cordiale e gentile. La posizione è molto comoda ed il quartiere Isola offre molte opportunità sia per mangiare e sia per il dopocena.

Location of the hotel is very interesting for artist and designer. Walking down to centre through Como, Garibaldi street and Brera is, to feel, 'you are in Design capital'. There are many restaurants around, which are good and not expensive. 5-6 min. to walk to Garibaldi station, where air port express stops. Because of Tram, rooms to street are not recommended. There is no hair drayer in the room. Whole station area is now big construction site.
