The staff was welcoming, friendly, and bilingual. It has an elevator.This hotel is an excellent value with rooms larger and more modern than I was expecting for the price. The water was hot and the towels fresh daily. The breakfast was standard with expresso, fruit and simple pastry. The staff helped me find the English CNN and BBC stations on the TV. It's in the center of the ancient walls of Viterbo and non-touristy. I highly recommend this hotel for the budget traveler. |

tágas kényelmes szoba, hűtőszekrény, jó elhelyezkedés a városközpontban, a ki- és bepakolás időtartamára parkolási lehetőség a hotel előtt, később pár percre gyalog ingyenes parkoló Raffaela első próbálkozásra 30 fokos vizet hozott teához, másodszorra 60 fokost. Többet nem kértünk teát, és ő is nagyon igyekezett jól megfelelni. A személyzet nem beszél angolul, csak a főnök, tőle tudtunk kérdezni. |
