Set in the centre of this enchanting medieval city, Hotel Residence Viterbo Inn is walking distance from Viterbo's main sights. It offers air-conditioned rooms on 4 floors with an LCD TV and minibar. Very friendly staff who were willing to go the extra mile to make us comfortable, for example making a cup of tea which is so nice at the end of a day. The young receptionist who greeted us couldn't have been more friendly, nothing was too much trouble Unfortunately the hotel is very noisy & we were affected by noise from the street & within the hotel. Request a room that doesn't face the street! Breakfast selection was average

The room was great overall. Very spacious, nice big bathroom, and there was a kitchen. There were issues with the kitchen and I was unable to use it because maintenance apparently needed to fix several things in there.

The hotel is charming, comfortable and the service is exelent! My room was spacious and clean. Staff - fantastic! They helped me more than professional travel desk people do. Anna-Liza and Maurizzio - grazie tanto! Viterbo is one of the best places in Italy.

Brilliant hotel, cheap but doesn't seem it! The hotel has a parking garage, which is fab, and very close to the centre. The air con in the rooms was so powerful I had to turn it off as it got too cold!

中心地にあるので、動きやすいです。お部屋も広かったです。焼きたてのクロワッサンのよきにおいが朝食の合- 図って感じでした。 私の部屋は、広いけど少し暗いお部屋でした。シャワーが狭く、水の出も良くなかったので、その点は辛かった- かな....シャワーヘッド固定式。

La posizione centrale comoda a tutto, la gentilezza dello staff che dà suggerimenti su cosa visitare, la pulizia, colazione a buffet abbondante. Il bagno in camera piuttosto sacrificato con doccia piccolissima, la rumorosità notturna dovuta alla strada risolta con tappi per orecchie.

Soggiorno spesso in questo hotel per la mia universita..è tutto fantastico! il personale è simpaticissimo e sempre piu gentile! la vicinanza dell hotel al centro è un altro punto a favore! camere ben arredate e spaziose tornero' sicuramente a presto!
