The ease of getting to the major visitor site made the trip even better for us, as my husband and I were both under the weather that week! Helpful staff unfortunately they were changing internet servers that week and going from antenna to digital...... |

Staff were great. The information and maps they provided made it very easy to find everything (like the supermarket, bus tickets etc) as well as navigate our way into town. It might seem like it is far from the main sites but we had no problem walking to the Pantheon via Vatican City with an 6 and a 10 yr old. There were two choices of parking, one in the street level carpark (free) and one in an underground secure carpark (with you paid for). We found the street level carpark very safe. |

The staff were very helpful. The rooms & hotel was very clean. The pool was nice to come back to after a hot day in Rome. There were not enough sun beds around the pool. |

The hotel was pretty close to many bus stops. Having the frig and dishes helped with quick breakfasts. We were from the us and did not have beach towels and had to use the towels from the hotel (same as bath towels). It cost 3 euro for another towel. |

Thank you to Saul who welcomed us when we arrived, he is a true ambasador for your hotel and was extremely helpful and curteous. After spending 2 weeks in Italy it was refreshing to not only find a helpful english speaking person behind the checkin desk but also large comfortable rooms. While the location might not be in the heart of Rome, all amenities and transport are close at hand. |

The facilities were very clean and the staff was friendly. It is not a luxury hotel but it is quite comfortable and reasonably close to central Rome. I would have liked more amenities. The facility was very basic. |

The room was comfortable and clean. Hotel is situated in a quiet part of Rome. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not good (although the cappucino was great). For € 10 you get old bread, no fresh juices, old cereals, cheap factory croissants, no fried or boiled eggs. Solution: you can have a great breakfast at the Café Glamour in the nearby Piazza Pio XI. |
