Residence La Rotonda Sul Mare  

Absolutely fabulous! What really makes this hotel special is the wonderful Colella family that own and run it. They are marvelous.They take every oportunity to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Also, their family owned restaurant is both delious and healthy. The son Amerigo (who manages La Rotonta) is always helpful, friendly, dependable, and respectful.On the day of our departure there was a change in the ferry scheldules. Amerigo took us (at no charge) to four different ferry locations and then made sure that we got on the right connection. He exceded any of my expectations. We look forward to returning to enjoy the pleasant surroundings and experience the hospitality of this wonderful family.

Over and above the call of duty is all I can say!!! I arrived on Ischia to attend a family wedding, staying only for a couple of days. I, and two other friends, chose La Rotonda Sul Mare because of it's location on the beach and it's close proximity to the wedding venue. From the moment I landed on shore the owner, Amerigo was there to warmly welcome me and take me to the hotel. The hotel position is amazing, it is on the seafront, literally on the water, tucked inside San Francesco bay, and a very short walk to the village and the port of Forio. The hotel is family run and very relaxed and comfortable, everything you could want or need for an island holiday. The Owner/Host, Amerigo is born and bred on Ischia, there is nothing he doesn't know about the Island. His family even owns a vineyard and an exquisite restaurant, which the other wedding guests got to experience before I arrived, they were very impressed, the food, the wine, the aspect, the family and the hospitality was superb! Unfortunate for me, but also fortunately for me, I had an accident on the 1st night, and being in a strange country without being able to speak the language, it could have been an absolute nightmare, however, Amerigo came to my rescue like I couldn't believe! He took me, along with my two distressed friends to the hospital in the middle of the night, and stayed by my side for the whole ordeal, translating with doctors and nurses and comforting me and my friends! After a night in the hospital, 6 stitchers in my head, cat scans etc., he was there later in the morning to arrange my discharge and to get me to the wedding on time!! I can't say enough about this man's caring sensitivity, nothing was too much trouble for him! He waited on me/us, hand and foot from arrival to departure, providing transport, advice, food, coffee, painkillers, and friendship!

Amerigo was an extremely helpful and friendly host, with great suggestions and directions to local sights. His personal touch made our stay here stand out above the other hotels on our trip. The room was fine, with a great location close to the beach. The hotel has a big deck perfect for watching the sunset and we took their kayak out for a paddle too. The family restaurant (with free shuttle) was another highlight of the trip. This is a genuine Ischia family business and I would recommend it highly.

Excellente Résidence très bien située, en bord de mer et au bout d'une voie sans issue donc calme ! Le patron est très accueillant et donne de bons conseils pour les visites. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la cuisine plutôt bien équipée. A conseiller pour les familles avec enfants.

La location. La baia di San Francesco è in assoluto il luogo dal mare più trasparente e dalla vista più romantica. La Rotonda è proprio sul mare e si gode lo spettacolo del tramonto più bello di Ischia. La struttura è molto originale e le stanze hanno l'essenziale per un buon soggiorno. Abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia e la disponibilità di Amerigo, che si è prodigato anche per dei nostri amici non suoi clienti, e l'ottima cucina del ristorante di famiglia. Contiamo di tornarci...

Tutto, in particolare la posizione, l'organizzazione e la disponibilità del proprietario

la posizione è eccezionale, l'accesso al mare è diretto, si passa dal bar alla piattaforma sul mare attrezzata con sdraio ed ombrelloni, ci sono a disposizione gratuitamente pedalò e canoe, la camera ed il bagno dove eravamo noi erano molto piccoli, se volete la perfezione fatevi dare una camera più grande ai piani superiori, costa di più ma vale la pena, comunque gli spazi comuni a disposizione integrano egregiamente, c'è un salottino con due postazioni internet, un ampio bar ed una bellissima terrazza sul mare. Sia il supermercato che la fermata dell'autobus, che gira tutta l'isola, sono ad un centinaio di metri, tuttavia si può raggiungere il paese anche a piedi, con una bella passeggiata lungo il mare. Forio è carino, pieno di negozietti e locali, ma se volete provare un ristorante di ottima qualità, a prezzi ragionevoli, approfittate di Amerigo che la sera accompagna e va riprendere, con il suo pulmino, i clienti che lo desiderano, nel ristorante della sua famiglia, con 25 euro a persona abbiamo preso antipasto, primo, secondo di pesce e contorno, tutto ottimo, e non dimenticate di provare i tagliolini al limone che fa la mamma di amerigo, sono straordinari,

Отличное расположение, рядом с пляжем и не далеко от центра Форио. Гостям отеля предоставляется бесплатная платформа с лежаками и зонтами, оттуда сразу спуск в море Номер просто обставлен, но в нем есть все необходимое,бесплатный доступ в интернет.Доброжелательная атмосфера со стороны персонала,особенно Америго.Очень дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь

Отдыхали семьей в июне 2011 года. Отличный номер с видом на море. Две комнаты, мини-кухня, кондиционер, уборка раз в неделю. Америго (хозяин) - замечательный человек, привет ему и спасибо за отдых! Amerigo, hope to see you next year! Thank you!!

Мы отдыхали семьей в данном отеле шесть дней. Очень уютный отель для семейного проживания на берегу моря. Находится недалеко как от центра Форио и так от термального парка Негомбо. Также нам понравился семейный ресторанчик.
