Fantastic location- not too close to downtown Firenza, but close enough for a short walk. Angela and Cherubino were very helpful with planning activities. The neighborhood was very nice, with very pleasant Trattoria's nearby. |

Very nice hotel. Only 7 minutes by bus to the center. Fantastic view overlooking the city from the view deck in the neighborhood. Friendly staff. Free parking is a great plus. Sugget to have a sign of the Residence on the road. |

Beautiful residence in only 15 mins walk from the centre of Florence. The only issue was the noise, its possible to hear most things in the hotel as the doors/walls do not seem to shut out any noise. |

Hotel staffs were very helpful. Convenient location (comfortable walks to city centre and Piazza Michelangiolo. We could enjoy the relaxing stay. Also ideal location for those who travels by car. |

The staff could not have been more helpful and treated you like a family friend rather than a hotel guest. Any requests, however minor were dealt with almost immediately. The room was very spacious and comfortable.The location of the hotel to the centre of Florence was as described and there were numerous places to eat and drink nearby. |

It is easy access to walk on the hill with a full view of the city. High-Ceilinged, Free water bottle,juice,coffee,bread,cake,city map,etc. 20 minutes to walk to the center of city or take a bus at 1.2 euro. But it is easy to go to the train station by bus number 23 from hotel. |

Great staff. Very welcoming. Free parking, free internet services, free minibar. Also very specious room in a beautiful villa. Our room had a terrace. Quite but very nice neighbourhood. But if you are with friends and are looking for area to go out at night, there are many outdoor bars / pubs within 5-10 min walk. 20-30 min walk to Ponte Veccio (city center). Taxi to the city center is approx. € 8 A bit of a walk (I'm really slow) to the city center. But taxi is not very expensive. |

What the hotel lacked in services (such as food services) it made up in assistance from the lady at the front desk. She was helpful about places to go for food close-by, tours and directions out of town. The walk to the centre of the historical town is quite a walk from the hotel. The 20mins quoted on the website would be a brisk walk. It took us 30-40mins strolling. |

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Michelangiolo. Our room couldn't have been nicer - very large, comfortable and clean. Angela was very welcoming and helpful. We loved being on the green side of the river, but appreciated the easy access to the center of Florence. |

Vriendelijkheid personeel. Mooie en ruime kamer. Dicht bij de stad. Bushalte. Ontbijt. Voorverpakte sandwiches en croissants in mandje, niet te eten. Voor die prijs verwachten wij een degelijk ontbijt. Verkeerslawaai. |

Het hotel ligt erg rustig op 5 min. lopen van de Arno. Ponte Veccio (DE bekende brug) ligt op 20 min. lopen. Daar zijn ook al diverse goede restaurants. Het centrum is 25 min. lopen. Openbaar vervoer is vlakbij en Angela en Cherubino zijn erg behulpzaam met alles. De kamers zijn erg gehorig, als de gasten naar het toilet gaan ('s nachts) word je wakker en ook als je maar op normale toon praat is het bij de buren te horen. |

Nettes Personal sehr gepflegtes Haus neu renoviert, Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit . Sehr schönes Zimmer und gute Lage zur Stadt. Wir werden diese Haus wieder besuchen. Schön wäre wenn es ein Frühstück anbieten könnte. |

Muy linda casa, en una zona muy linda de Florencia, con un personal muy agradable Angela y Cherubino. Habitaciones amplias, limpias, confortables. Se encuentra a unos 15 a 20 minutos del centro histórico, a pie. La caminata es muy linda y bella, para quien le gusta caminar es muy buena opción. Muy recomendable. Tener presente que no es un hotel, sin dejar de ser un excelente alojamiento. |

L'accueil des propriétaires, le quartier, l'isolement du centre touristique de Florence, la verdure. Peut-être un peu moins bien que l'image qui en est donnée sur le site Internet, notamment parce que le bâtiment semble isolé, alors qu'il est en fait dans une rue finalement assez dense. |
