Friendly and helpfull staff. Excelent location. Parking very close and free. Good breakfast. Medieval sensation.

Too much stuffs on the room makes it squeeze. Tiny shower. Stairs is a problem if one has big luggage. Wifi does not work on the bedroom. Noise from the others guests can throug the door.

Location close to the city centre however in a quiet street. The B&B has own parking space (garage) just across the street which is very convenient. The host was friendly, room clean.

The rooms are on the first and second floor with narrow staircase - might cause problems in case you have health problem or big luggage.

Rooms were beautifully and tastefully arranged. large comfortable bed with en-suite and also a sitting room. Very spacious and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Alessandra (spl?) welcomed us with a friendly nature. It is a real B & B where the owner takes care of their guests. Breakfast was excellent. Good place to park the car.

Although it is not the hotel's fult but just in fron of it there is an ugly fence making it look like there is construction.

The building is very old and interesting. We had a lovely bedroom and bathroom. Quirky design that we really liked.Tthe breakfast was very good and the proprietor was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved this charming little hotel. Parking was in a locked building right across the street. Perfect location,easy to drive to. Wonderful staff,very helpful. Would stay here again.

The Antica Residenza has a delightful nineteenth century atmosphere and decor..like a boutique hotel at a reasonable price. Good breakfast, large bedroom and bathroom. Well situated for touring Lucca. A perfect place to stay.

A good base for a short visit to Lucca ,located within the city walls. Staff very helpful via e mails before the visit itself.

All of Lucca was within easy walking distance. Proper sized bathroom & very comfortable room. On-site parking

Both the room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The room was pleasantly decorated and a welcome change from the typical hotel room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The e-mail direct from the hotel after booking was a nice touch and provided helpful advice. Thanks to Jessica.

Comfortable large bed and good breakfast. Quiet and peaceful at night. Some good restaurants nearby.

Photos of our expensive room were misleading , as the outdoor area is messy and unattractive. Rooms dark and in need of re-decoration. Certainly not worth extra cost of this"suite"

Unico neo la mancanza di ascensore e le scale sono abbastanza strette quindi non adatto a persone diversamente abili.

Wenn schon ein Fernseher im Zimmer sit soll der auch gut sein!

buona posizione, il cenro storico ed i bastioni sono raggiungibili comodamente a piedi.

camera rumorosa pareti e infissi sottilissimi. E' come dormire in camera con i vicini di stanza e con i passanti della strada. per fortuna il traffico automobilistico è ridotto.

Idealna lokalizacja, duży. ładny pokój i ogromna łazienka. Ciekawy wystrój pokoju.
