We stayed here as part of our honeymoon, very welcoming hotel it was v homely which we both loved. Nothing negative to say about this hotel and we would def return
A family residential feel in the most active neighborhood in Rome.
A significant variation in room standards from Grand to not so good. Our room was fine but we were traveling with friends one had a palazzo type room and the others had small room off the lobby that was not good at all.
Great Location, large rooms, magic bathroom for Rome, friendly staff, normal breakfast. Sunny large windows with white curtain. But if you can not fall asleep to the sound of the street, ask the room to the yard. I do not know whether there are such rooms in the hotel, because street noise is not a problem for me. I liked everything! And I will definitely stay in this hotel next time without hesitation.
I felt very unsafe in this Residenza. I was given the wrong key to the front door and when I rang the bell, the staff did not respond as I was told they had something outside the hotel to do. They are supposed to be available 24/7. Not a great feeling for a single woman returning at night. Staff was nasty and unaccomdating overall. The room I stayed in smelled of cigarette smoke and sewar. I plan to file a formal complaint with the hotel. Unfortunately, the booking.com advertisement is quite misleading.
Location, right on great shopping road, easy walk to most major tourist sites, and transport if you don't walk. Can't complain the room was worth the price, the bed comfy and the bathroom worked. Lots of restaurants nearby but Rome is expensive for sit down dining
helpful staff .
difficult to find.
I liked just everything.
On my room wi-fi did not work. I had to go to the breakfast room.
Great location, once you find the actual b&b. Same stairway as museo goethe
Hard to find. Expensive mediocre restaurant recommendation.
Very central, clean and sufficiently spacious.
English speaking staff at breakfast would be very helpful. And better coffee. I mean, it's Italy after all.
location, you could walk everywhere
The location is great. A great atmosphere in a beautiful part of Rome. The restaurants are open till late downstairs and there is an absence of cars and bikes so no noise at night.
Location great, friendly staff, breakfast good enough, Nice small hotel, rooms with old furniture but very clean, room service everyday.
It would be nice to have standard bed blankets( duvets).
Location excellent. Old but modern facilities. Staff very helpful.
The location was very good and central, and the room was very big, good for travelling with children. The kids liked the jacuzzi in the bathtub.
Sometimes the door rattled at night.
Fantastic location, lovely and helpful hotel, great staff!! Would definitely stay again!
the room space, bathroom
very small elevator and breakfast options are very limited
It's on the shopping via in Rome.. Room was nice and clean, big window for some fresh air and sunlight. The breakfast was good too.
I could hear peoples voices from outside the door.. More privacy is a must. They ask me to check out 11:30, but on the website it says 12:00 check out
The room was beautiful!
A little loud at night!
Excellent location,museums,Borghasi, Spanish steps& shopping.
A bit nervous arriving. Appeared to be a business, but hotel on second floor and became clear once found. The shower had excellent water pressure, but space not big enough to change your mind.
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the bathroom
the streets below noisy but the windows have really good double glazing
Room offered was not what I booked. Lift wasn't working and hasn't been for some time (2nd floor unit so this was a major issue)
