Our stay was delightful- our apartment was spacious & comfortable. The Residenza is ideally situated for a stay in Citta di Castello : very close to the large free public car-park just o'side the old city walls, yet within a short stroll of the centro citta, The 'manageress, Elisa, was charm itself & most helpful & friendly. Very few other people were staying at the same time & the quietness enhanced the 'ambience' of the Residenza. We would recommend anyone to stay there & hope to stay there again ourselves. |

Provides unusual, interesting and roomy apartments in a splendid old residence in the middle of a proud bustling Italian town. The welcome was warm and helpful and future plans for art events and renovation will be an excellent innovation. I liked everything-looking forward to seeing how plans develop! |

For the money this is an incredible amount of space, with 2 large bedrooms, a large kitchen and living room, and closets and a bathroom. And it is a gorgeous and imposing old building. For the 3 of us it was palatial. Very comfortable and an excellent location. And Elisa, who runs it, is great. Just be aware there is no maid service unless you pay for it extra and it is not staffed full time. But when it is staffed Elisa is great the hotel is gorgeous. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. The residence has a lot of character but at the same time is comfortable. Good to have a small sitting room plus kitchen facilities. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water in shower. |

Very friendly and helpful manager Elisa. The security system was good & reassuring. Central position in Citta very good. Shower in need of repair/upgrading - not very clean. Otherwise the bathroom was palacial! |

The receptionist/manager was excellent she was so helpful and kind to us.the hotel was actually appartments and they were very large,comfortable,quiet & clean. the reception had limited hours which need clarification as they were not as stated on the internet infomation and access was difficult as there was a coded lift system which I fortunate to find some one to help me with this. this actually did mean that it was very safe and secure. |

La gestrice è molto disponibile, cordiale ed affabile, mette subito gli ospiti a proprio agio (voto 10 e lode), gli spazi messi a disposizione sono grandi, parlano di storia e sono dignitosamente tenuti (austeri, ma godibili ed apprezzabili). Inoltre la residenza è nel cuore di Città di Castello. Non ho gradito il freddo della prima sera, perchè il riscaldamento è stato probabilmente acceso un po' troppo tardi, ma soprattutto l'odore di arrosto in camera dall'inizio della mattina alla sera (arriva da sotto, ci dev'essere la cucina di un pubblico esercizio, il cui impianto di ventilazione andrebbe revisionato probabilmente!). |

La comodità di risiedere nel centro storico cittadino ( soggetto a limitazioni di traffico) potendo visitare siti d'interesse storico- artistico ( il Duomo è adiacente all'albergo), passeggiando per I suggestivi vicoletti cittadini anche alla scoperta di deliziose osterie. |

Fantastische Lage mitten im Ort; Beeindruckendes historisches Gebäude, sehr geschmackvoll modernisiert; Unser Zimmer war eine kleine Wohnung mit drei Räumen auf drei Etagen; Wenn einem Treppen nichts ausmachen, dann ist dies ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mit viel Atmosphäre. |

Sicuramente la comoda posizione centrale con parcheggio pubblico vicino. Una menzione speciale ad Elisa che ci ha accolto con simpatia e disponibilità dandoci dei consigli utilissimi per il soggiorno, La residenza era davvero molto ampia, Forse si potrebbe migliorare con almeno un mobiletto nel bagno, grande ma spoglio. |
