A wonderfully relaxed place to stay. Comfortable and unique surroundings (was a former convent - still has frescoes). In a very friendly small town with excellent facilities for those who are self-catering. Small shops, market as well as choice of places to eat out if you decide not to cook. The position of La Citte, not far from a main North/South road makes it ideal for day trips to Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio and many more. Would make an ideal base for those wanting a walking holiday. Elise who manages the Residenza is very helpful and friendly.

Located in the heart of the old city, the hotel was ideal for walking tours to all areas. With a car, the location near a major highway allowed for day trips to many interesting locations. The manager was available for assistance with travel plans, and general information. The facility itself was comfortable and well kept.

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, in an ideal location and is in a fascinating building, and keeps nice and cool in spite of the heat outside. Alisa, who runs it, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Can't recommend it highly enough and will be looking for an excuse to go back!

We arrived very late but keys were left for us and everything left beautifully. The hotel was excellent and we are considering a longer stay in the future. I guess th if temperatures were to be 30-40 + a fan would be welcome and also ac though this would up the price I would think. The apartment was well equipped and would be suitable for self catering. We loved it.

Rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ottimo appartamento in centro storico (adiacente cattedrale) per 6 persone con 2 bagni, cucina, soggiorno e 3 camere da letto a 100 € a notte (16,67€ a persona) Alla reception non c'è mai nessuno. Anche al momento del check -in abbiamo dovuto aspettare in strada 20 minuti perchè non c'era nessuno nonostante le telefonate di sollecito. Parcheggio in loco gratuito non molto corrispondente. Ce n'è uno vicinissimo a pagamento (gratis di notte) oppure uno lontano gratuito.

Ottima la posizione. Sei praticamente in centro. Cordialissima la ragazza della reception. Ambiente pulito. Non adatto per chi ha la carrozzina e bambini piccoli. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era disposta su tre livelli con scale molto ripide e pericolose anche se avevo comunicato che viaggiavo con una bimba piccola. Il prezzo non è compatibile con la stanza.

es ist schon etwas besonderes so ein Zimmer in der Residenza Antica Canonica...kein 08/15 .....kann man deshalb auch nicht wirklich vergleichen mit einem Standardzimmer ....es hat mehr einen spröden Charme...und wenn man sich dann in dieses Zimmer verliebt hat..an die hooooohen Decken...die Kupferleitungen an den Wänden...das Ziegeldach...dann ist man eben verliebt und dann stört auch die Gastherme nicht wenn sie sich nachts einschlaltet und man eben mal meint sie steht kurz vor einer Explosion....es ist etwas ganz besonderes ...ja sehr weiterzuempfehlen für Menschen die ein besonderes Ambiente zu schätzen wissen etwas schade daß der Parkplatz in der Nähe schon etwas weiter weg liegt wenn man nicht direkt in der Straße parken kann was denk ich selten möglich ist...der öffentliche Parkplatz is halt dann doch außerhalb der Stadtmauer...aber...wenn man sich in die Stadt und ins Zimmer verliebt hat dann macht das auch nichts aus

Ci ha colpito dove e stato ambientato " ripreso un vecchio convento " molto bello ... Siamo stati 2 giorni la sera non abbiamo trovato il cambio degli asciugamani dunque impossibile farsi la doccia :-(
