Very friendly and helpful staff. The residence has a lot of character but at the same time is comfortable. Good to have a small sitting room plus kitchen facilities. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water in shower. |

Very friendly and helpful manager Elisa. The security system was good & reassuring. Central position in Citta very good. Shower in need of repair/upgrading - not very clean. Otherwise the bathroom was palacial! |

The receptionist/manager was excellent she was so helpful and kind to us.the hotel was actually appartments and they were very large,comfortable,quiet & clean. the reception had limited hours which need clarification as they were not as stated on the internet infomation and access was difficult as there was a coded lift system which I fortunate to find some one to help me with this. this actually did mean that it was very safe and secure. |

Very welcoming staff. Unusual room / apartment. Lots of local character. Central location. Felt at home immediately. The door bell / entry phone was hard to find due to exterior building work. |

Sicuramente la comoda posizione centrale con parcheggio pubblico vicino. Una menzione speciale ad Elisa che ci ha accolto con simpatia e disponibilità dandoci dei consigli utilissimi per il soggiorno, La residenza era davvero molto ampia, Forse si potrebbe migliorare con almeno un mobiletto nel bagno, grande ma spoglio. |

la gentilezza e gli utili consigli di Elisa. La posizione centralissima e vicina al parcheggio. Struttura dal fascino storico, ma di conseguenza manca di comforts. Arredamenti vecchi e lugubri. Bagno grande, ma spoglio. |

Vacker och rymlig lägenhet med lungt och centralt läge. Unik stämning: antikt, sakralt och tyst. Ombyggnaden något störande. Den vanliga ingången stängd. |

La Residenza e' davvero in una posizione unica e centralissima, praticamente adiacente al Duomo. Elisa, la proprietaria, e' stata molto cortese, simpatica e disponibile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare la zona (nello specifico Perugia - Gubbio - Assisi), gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, ben arredati e abbastanza puliti, l'ambiente molto intimo e silenzioso. Si potrebbe migliorare l'arredamento del bagno, mancano mensole o spazi dove appoggiare il necessario, anche la doccia non era un granche', nonostante la stanza da bagno fosse molto spaziosa. |
