Excellent location! Short commute to all major Rome's attractions - Colosseum, Vatican. Just steps away from Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. Average two star hotel... Bad value for your money. |

You can't beat the location as we were just minutes from the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, shopping and restaurants and Piazza de Barberini where we could easily catch a cab to anywhere we needed to go. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean. We were traveling with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. They put two extra twin beds into our room along with the double that was already there. We had plenty of space. The beds were confortable and the air conditioner was a welcome relief from the hot outside weather. The shower is small but that is what we expected and found in every hotel we stayed in Italy. There is no wireless internet but there is an internet cafe just around the corner |

I cannot honestly say I like the hotel very much. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. The owner is very friendly and the staff are friendly. The name sure suits the hotel because it looks very antique inside and outside. Very gloomy rooms. If you enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere of the 17th or 18th Century kind of living, this will be the place. There is variety for breakfast but horrible (all ready confectionaries). Yoghurt were warm. The carpet in the room smells musky. If you are asthmatic please take note. |

Due to airplane delays, we arrived well after midnight but were greeted as cordially as if it were midday. Our room was sumptiously decorated and very pleasant. |

Das Hotelpersonal und die Hotelleitung (das Hotel ist ein Familienbetrieb) sind sehr bemüht, freundlich und bemüht. Es ist ein sehr kinderfreundliches Hotel. Das Frühstück ist für österreichische Verhältnisse einfach, aber sehr gut. Aber Italiener trinken ja normalerweise nur einen Espresso ;-). Obwohl unsere Fenster auf einer verkehrsreiche Strasse waren, hörten wir keinen Verkehrslärm. |
