Very friendly staff lovely room. 5 min walk from trevi fountain and 2 mins from metro.

Shower in our room did not work too well could only get hot water if we. Had the pressure low.

It was very central and the staff were very pleasant

Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast presentation was lovely. Nice size room and bathroom. Refrigerator in room was a bonus. Hotel staff helped book some fabulous tours.

The staff, location of the hotel, and the friendly environment was great!

The hygene was not the best and the room were a little bit small.

We stayed there for the first time eleven years ago and remembered its location and friendly staff. We decided to stay there again and were not disappointed. It is convenient to the Spanish Steps, Via Veneto, Piazza Barberini, via Condotti and some great restaurants nearby.

The staff was great very courteous and helpful. All in all the experience was great I would definitely stay there again. When you have staff that's friendly and makes you feel welcomed that's a plus. The place can use a little facelift but am not gonna complain.

Personnel très accueillant et prévenant, notamment Paolo qui parle remarquablement français. Hôtel à la décoration baroque et au charme désuet mais chaleureux. Literie spacieuse et de très bonne qualité. Bien situé, proche du métro ( à 2 stations de la gare Termini), à deux pas de la fontaine de Trevi et au maximum à 20-30 mn à pieds de l'ensemble des centres d'intérêt.

Petit déjeuner sommaire en terme de qualité : produits bas de gamme ( jus de fruit industriel,...). Dommage !

нет возможности закрыть дверь ванной комнаты(туалета), скромный завтрак. на первом нашем завтраке не было даже сливочного масла. мы наблюдали картину, когда пожилая гостья пошла проверять холодильник в комнате для завтрака в поисках масла...в последующие дни появилось масло, отварные яйца и колбаса! но рим настолько красив, что это не испортило нам впечатление о городе!

Le camere sono pulitissime e molto ben arredate, la posizione è ottima, in pieno centro! e il personale è molto cortese. 10 e lode!

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione,centralisssima e molto comoda per I mezzi pubblici,le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e silenziose nonostante la posizione.

Non mi sono piaciute per niente la tappezzeria molto sporca e la moquette polverosa,il bagno molto umido e anche vecchio;l'impossibilità di chiudere gli antoni rende troppo luminosa la camera fin dalle prime ore del mattino.La colazione lascia molto a desiderare.

Zimmer war grosszügig. Die Fenster hatten sehr guten Schallschutz. Sehr freundliches Personal mit Tipps zum günstigen Einkaufen und Essen gehen. Im Umkreis gibt es mehrere typische Bars die leckeren Cappuccino und Cornettos oder Panini anbieten

Frühstück war uns zu teuer.

Mi ha colpito molto la disponibilità della proprietaria nonché di tutto lo staff. L'albergo è inoltre molto insonorizzato e molto accogliente, considerando che io sono stata quasi sempre in camera per motivi di studio. La posizione dell'albergo è centralissima. Conto di ritornarci per le mie prossime uscite /studio.

Una piccola struttura, arredamento bizzarro e suggestivo, una camera ben insonorizzata e pulitissima in una via centralissima di Roma a un passo dalla metropolitana, Piazza di Spagna e Via Veneto.. Bel bagno con ottimi prodotti, prezzo -tramite booking- davvero conveniente

Non mi sembra elegante far pagare all'arrivo, anche se posso capire che sia comodo.Comunque è un dettaglio

Unbeatable location for a good price. Have stayed here twice and love the old style decor and charm of the hotel. Staff are helpful and the location is excellent, making it great value for money.

They sold room as a quad - it was a single room with two twin beds and two additonal beds smaller than twins crammed together! The beds had 3" between each other and only about 18" at the foot of the bed before the wall! We ask for another room and were turned down. We asked how they could sell the room as a quad and they said it was "normal" for them and we told them it wasn't a quad based on our experience of having quads throughout Europe. This room was not a quad and should never have been sold as a quad. It was a terrible room. The shower was even worse. The shower was 2' x 2' and you couldn't run the water more than a few minutes without it flooding. They never fixed it.

Отличное месторасположение, метро рядом. Очень дружелюбный персонал - всегда готовы помочь (есть русскоговорящие). До всего близко, много ходили пешком. Хорошая звукоизоляция номеров.

Posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi o in metrò le zone più interessanti di Roma. Estrema cortesia del Personale, camere ovattate per riposare tranquilli.

Il frigobar era vuoto, ma un distriburore automatico sul piano sopperiva egregiamente alla carenza, ma senza lo spumantino.
