Free wifi or 15mins use of provided laptop at counter. The room is dusty. If you are allergic to dust, do not stay in this hotel. Also, for the room condition, original price should be 40 euro and not 100 euro as stated. The discount is a gimmick. |

The staff was very nice and helpful. The added bonus of internet service was great. The room was very warm, comfortable and nicely furnished. Lots of hot water in the bathroom, which was great after a long day of sight-seeing. The location was excellent, right in the centre and beside the train station, where I was coming and going from. The bathroom was down the hall and the shower water leaked all over the floor which was annoying but overall, the bathroom was fine. The lift was a bit frustrating to use but not a big deal. The internet not working in my room was a bit annoying but no problem as it worked fine in the lobby. The hotel was a bit difficult to find at first but once I found it, was great. |

Уютный недорогой отель, расположенный в оживленном месте в центре города, в 5 минутах ходьбы от вокзала. Очень гостеприимный хозяин. Каждому номеру положен ключ и от входной двери, которая всегда закрыта (безопасно и уютно). Вокруг множество мест, где можно вкусно и недорого поесть. Бесплатный WI-FI доступ в интернет. Добавить к завтраку яичницу и сосиски. |

very near to station,walking distance to everywhere in firenze centre.change towels and clean room everyday,we had private bath&it was nice and clean.The floor was parquet,it is much better than the carpet covered. for 3 nights stay no change for the bedsheet,rooms have to be renovated esp. the walls and the curtains.Breakfast was not so rich. |

Hotel was cozy and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful with things to see around the area. Hotel was in a great location. Great spot to begin your walking trip around Rome. Only a 5 min walk to major train station. |

Very good location, nice staff. Very good price! It is expensive to park the car around. The room was noisy (thin walls) and there was a bad smell from the toilet.it was very hard to find the hotel - there is no sign - it is a normal building entrance and the hotel is on the 5-th floor. |

Location was good, close to the train station. The room was alright and due to the good position it was quite cool and didn't get hot during the day. A bit noisey, breakfast too poor - no scrambled eggs even. |

Close to the main train station (smn), staff was helpful and nice, very clean, rennovated shower, wi-fi in the room It's part of derby Hotel - very confusing apon arrival. The evlevator is tiny - not adapted for a wheelchair. |

Hotel is very close to the very сentre of Florence. Special rate from booking.com was a real value for money. Breakfast is modest and our room was very small, though everything needed was there. |

Cheap hotel, well located, big rooms, clean, nice staff. Very noisy, we took a 3 beds room. There were a double bed and a single one. The single bed was very uncomfortable (the second night we decided to sleep the three of us in the double bed !). But I think that for 2 people it would have been ok... |

Location walking distance from major sites. Clean room and bathroom (mind you, we were the only ones using it). We booked a room at Residenza Belli but upon arrival were sent to another hotel (apparently, the bathroom in our intended room was broken).The other place had ho breakfast, there was enough hot water only for one shower, and the room was very noisy.I wanted to pay with my visa card but their machine broke, so I was sent back to Residenza Belli to pay. I got the feeling they do this all the time... |

During my first night of stay,my bed infested with bed bugs.When I told the night porter who was himself asleep in the reception about them, he did not try to help and did absolutly nothing and went back to sleep. I left the hotel at 3 am after spending an hour checking my bags and clothes for any infestation. I left my hand bag in the room as it was infested with bugs.I left and slept in the park |
