Niets, ontbijt was erg slecht en matig. Geen koffie en thee in de ochtend.daarbij lagen e overal haren in de kamer, niet schoongenaakt. We keken uit op zwervers voor de deur, niet heel ideaal. |

De douche zag er zo onfris uit dat we die niet gebruikt hebben. Het toiletpapier hing meer dan een meter van het toilet af, ook erg onhandig kan ik u verzekeren. Hotel lag aan een waanzinnig lawaaierige straat. |

het contact met het personeel geen bar slechte bedden en kasten en toilet waren door achterstallig onderhoud bruikbaar maar stuk. maar dat waren dan ook de enige punten verder waren we zeer tevreden |

During my first night of stay,my bed infested with bed bugs.When I told the night porter who was himself asleep in the reception about them, he did not try to help and did absolutly nothing and went back to sleep. I left the hotel at 3 am after spending an hour checking my bags and clothes for any infestation. I left my hand bag in the room as it was infested with bugs.I left and slept in the park |

The people were welcoming and helpful and I thought for the location and price it was good value there was no in room phone, and I couldn't get the one in the hall to work |

The midnight staff is very unhelpful. He used fluent English said that he can't speak English. The next day, we saw him use fluent English chatting with other guest. |

It was quite a cheap hotel in an excellent location, close to the Firenze SMN train station and to the historical centre where all the tourist attractions are. It was difficult to find the hotel. From the outside it does not look like a hotel, and there is no big sign declaring it as such. Look for a door with a lot of intercoms on it on the left hand side of the street from the train station (probably 100 metres walk). The numbering system can be a little confusing on Via Nazionale. |

Hotel is on great position, everything is few minutes from it. Kind personal. Room ok, clean, with bathroom. Little noisly - street and beer pub with live rock music. It does not have own parking - you use public garage, which is 28 euros per day! I will recomend it for young persons. |

Good Location, 5 - 10 minutes walking from the train station, close to the major attractions of the city. Good breakfast. It is rather noisy in the night as the hotel is located at the opposite of a club and the window can hardly keep out of the noise. The room is not warm enough. |

It was great to have a private bathroom included with our double room, which sometimes you don't see with hotels in Florence. The staff was very friendly and helpful, complementary breakfast was great and the hotels was priced reasonably. We had a double bed in the room, which was rather small. |
