Our room was perfect for the 3 of us. Clean and spacious, with good Wi-Fi reception. Loved that breakfast was delivered each morning to our room by a very sweet young lady. It was very good and we were able to select our choices of pastry, juice and coffee! Easy walk to restaurants and felt quite safe walking through the neighborhood and into the centre of Rome, even though it is quite far.
Check-in was a bit awkward, and took some time as it was in another building from our room. Also, there was no soap for the shower, so we had to use the liquid hand pump soap from the sink.
EVERYONE SHOULD READ THIS. I have stayed at a variety of hotels in many different countries and have never written a review before but my experience at this place really deserves to be shared. My friend and I booked a double room here and when we arrived we were put basically into a "large closet". This was not only a single person room but the smallest one I have ever seen. We were not able to get from the bed to the door or bathroom without having to literally walk on our luggage. This room is not shown in any of the photos they have up and looked completely different than the rooms they do show, this is also in addition to the fact that it was NOT THE ROOM WE ORDERED (clearly a single room when we ordered a double). We immediately notified the receptionist and she said she didn't have anything else available and would move us into another room in the morning. After a full day of traveling we were exhausted and agreed to wait until morning. We waited for the receptionist until 12 pm the next day and she never came, wasting 3 hours of our vacation in order to move us into the actual room that we paid for. When we came back that day around 8pm, she was already gone so we had to spend a second night there. Not only was this room not suitable for one person because of the size but literally all the amenities were broken. The tv was broken, the fridge was broken, the sink drain was running so our bathroom floor was all wet (which by the way looks nothing like the photos, it was very old and dirty and just gross) also the AC was broken and the we couldn't stop the vent from blowing cold air into the room so my friends got sick from this. We tried emailing the hotel that night, since there was no other employee there to talk to, and we never even got a response. We had to go through booking to get in touch with them because they would not speak to us directly.
Trastevere is a very nice area with vibrant atmosphere at night. Countless bars and restaurants work until late, and they are all easily reachable from this hotel. The room was good, but some things in the bathroom were nearly broken.
Pesimo servicio. No lo recomiendo

The airport transfer booking
Perfectly located, center of the very nice neibourhood very close. Also easy to reach citycenter by tram
Our room could have been somewhat bigger.
There were no significant redeeming features.
Room was claustrophobic and depressing. Very poor housekeeping: broken lamp, TV and toilet seat, curtains hanging off rail, wallpaper torn and peeling, exposed ceiling fan in bathroom clogged with gunge, sheets covered in hairs and noisy ventilation system. In the morning the noise from the corridor was unbearable. The worst place I've ever stayed in!
Cleaner was friendly, location was good. Price wasnt bad. Would recommend for short visits.
Too small of a hotel for my taste, six rooms and reception within 3 meters of paper thick wall-covered corridor. Reception closed after 8 pm which was nice because too much of "das leben der anderes"-feeling. Changed Our room without offering explanation after two nights.
The location is great. It's central, and the rooms is clean, the man what is on the day is verry funny and verry helpfull, he clean the rooms every day:) Breackfast excelent:)
The pictures don't have nothing to do with the reality :( They change us 3 rooms... Wi-fi is bad bad, and if they give to you rooms near to entrance you don't have nothing internet...near to reception is something, one or maximum to lines of wi-fi If you are smoker is verry bad, need to go outside where didn't exist ashtray, a bench or chair where you sit...
Rooms are very small, old and not so clean.
Quite rude staff and rooms didnt look like as on the website....
The staff was great!
the location was good for taking trains or buses
no soap in bathroom,
The 'hotel' is in an excellent location in a nice neighbourhood.
This is not a hotel, but a flat converted into rooms. There is no 'reception' and staff are not available around the clock. While there is a telephone there you can call, it is often switched off. Don't as them to book you a taxi to pick you up from the airport: they forgot to book ours so we had to make our own arrangements. The breakfast is hit and miss: sometimes you get fresh croissants, at other times they are quite old. The bathroom is very small and the shower door was broken. The staff, when they are there are very casual about the hotel's inadequacies and are not particularly concerned about making things right.
Location in Trastevere
This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever encountered. Let me count the ways: 1. the images of the facilities on the website are totally misleading with regard to size and amenities 2. the attitude of the staff was totally unprofessional and unhelpful 3. the lighting in the room was so poor it was impossible to read after dark 4. the shower was too small with low water pressure, and the water temp. was inconsistent ranging from freezing cold to burning hot, and back, within a matter of minutes. 5. the air conditioning/cooling system was inadequate 6. the value of the experience for the money spent was not commensurate 7. We spent an excessive amount of time negotiating with them to acquire basic things, i.e., soap, shampoo, air conditioning, bottled water, etc. 8. the only step down would be camping, but then with camping you know what you're getting and paying for.
location was excellent deep in the heart of Trastevere!
did not have a front desk where you could go to ask questions. There was a lady that came every morning to fix the breakfast otherwise there was no one. Did not have key access to get to the front desk and there is no phone. Also the water pressure in the shower was awful. Could not take a shower due to lack of water pressure.
Comfortable beds. Quiet street. The area is wonderful!
The shower was destroyed. The fridge in the room was destroyed. The reception tried to sell us a taxi to Ciampino airport for 50€ when the official price is 30€. When we discovered and told them to cancel their private arrangement, they threatened us that probably in the end when I arrived the airport we would have to pay 80€ anyway. Totally unprofessional and unfriendly staff.

Cleanliness and security
It was so loud. The bedrooms are all off one hallway with the reception at the end. You hear everyone come on and talk. The walls are very thin and you hear everything!! Definitely NOT worth the money.
The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful.
Internet signal wasn't the greatest, but it did work.
- The size of the apartment - Location - Staff!! Erica and Romeo are great! Keep up the good job guys! <3
- NO WIFI!!! - Stained walls - Apartment looked like have seen better days - Very limited supply of hot water, not enough for the 3 of us. And we counted accommodation for 5 people - Heating system disabled - No trash can in the kitchen
The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They were very kind and accommodating. They researched locations and had great recommendations for getting around town and attractions in the city. The location was good and accessible by foot or by tram. It was nice to come back after a day in Rome to a quiet, home like feel, in the middle of the fun Trastevere neighborhood.
Very good localisation close to nice restaurants and quiet at the same time. Very close to oldtown. if u're there visit a restaurant opposite (but not next to!) flowershop delicious and another must go is not far from the square you have to pass cinema americano and it is on the corner close to newspaper kiosk. The staff is nice and helpfull, the room was cleaned every day. Breakfest was ok one may say continental but upper level:) the place is worth recommending
Everthing was fine
the room was new, clean and near to bus and tram.
