we liked the location which is in the center of the hitroric Rome

the fact the it is very hard to find . no indication. then we had to ring the door bell for 5 minutes when going back because the guy was sleeping. we did not like the fact that the rooms are facing a inside patio and people where talking ( shouting) at 6.10 am on a Sunday and so on till 9am. impossible to sleep. the we could not acces the wifi the first day because the night guard was not aware of the wifi id and password. they did not change the linen in my room eventhough there was blood in it ( I had scratched my led during the night) and did not replace the shower gel. I had to request for some at 1 am!!! then the first day I was washing my teeth and my friend was taking a shower and all of a sudden , there was no more water... definitely a place we would never come back to....

Very nice staff, room was fine, but a bit small (may be typical of Italian hotels). Very good location for my particular business trip. The bathroom was very well-equipped.

The hotel is literally hidden, I wasted a lot of time trying to find it, there is absolutely no sign on the entrance. No Internet (not all the time at least, I might have accidentally connect to another open network for a while). No shower gel (?!) - there is a lot of cosmetics, but no shower gel (just regular soap and body lotion, and hair shampoo and things like that). The walls in my room were a tiny bit dirty.

the size of the room and modern design

Dark room, view only into the closed back-yard with air-cons; the paid rate included breakfast however as it turned out the place doesn't have a licence to serve a proper food. So they serve toast bread and fruit!!! as breakfast.

The hotel and room were very clean, modern and spacious. The staff was AMAZING! Gene was such a great help to us. She was so friendly and had a great attitude. She spoke great English and assisted us in booking tours and rides to the airport. The staff was great!

The walls were thin, it was not very private as I could hear everything. It was noisier than I would have liked.

Jeanna was very helpful in providing directions to beautiful Restaurants in the area especially La Giara. We were also grateful for her help in making reservation for our Guided Tour of the Vatican City, Cistine Chapel and the Saint Peter's Square for only $63.00 euro, and the Hop-on Hop-off tours of Rome for only $36.00 for 2 persons. We enjoyed the Continental Breakfast each morning delivered in a timely manner. Many Thanks to Jeanna and the Helpful and Friendly Staff at Residenza Borghese, the most convenient hotel to all important historical sites in Rome!

    Helpful staff. Clean.

Paid for a delux room - but it was absolutly basic and not like the photo in the add. It was the most expensive hotel of the 7 on my trip by a mile and the 2nd worst. Small room, but was not terrible. Breakfast in the room is a joke. Wifi in the room worked if you sat by the window. I know Rome is expensive, but am sure you can do better than this place.
