The hotel was a small family type atmosphere. They were always there to help but not around when you didn't need them. It was an intimate hotel, very much like a bed and breakfast. We has some early mornings and needed to leave the hotel before the breakfast time and they accomodated us with serving breakfast early. A very nice room, great location, nice people..... Be prepared to climb many steps to get to your room. But when you are in Rome, you have to be ready to climb steps everywhere. |

Comfortable hotel. Modern design. Good location with easy access to bus system. Staff was very helpful and nice. A family run hotel with secure entrance. Breakfast was ample European style. Dish TV but only a sports channel in English. Bad coffee at breakfast, not good Italian coffee. |

this hotel is located very close to Piazza Navona and to many other sights in the centre of city. The conditioner in the room was switched on by hotel staff, when i arrived and after, during night for example, you can't switch it off, i couldn't find the button |

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was very close to the major historic sights and some great resteraunts. Too many small stairways to climb. Noisy. Not just with peaople in the streets all night but the noise of the seaguls roosting on the roof was unbearable. All nigt long they kept up a racket. No air conditioning made the rooms very uncomfortable if you closed the windows to reduce the noise. |

The owners of the hotel were so pleasant and helpful....all spoke english. The breakfast was great and lasted until noon. Very safe location among lots of antique stores. Most sites were in walking distance. They did not have staircase but helped me with my bags. An elevator is being installed. |

The location of this hotel is really perfect. Nice restaurants, bars etc. Near to Vaticaan. Very simple, no place to sit and relax. Real Italian breakfast, simple |

The central location, the quietness of the small surrounding streets, the clean and nicely decorated rooms, and the general cosiness of the place. The room we had was pretty small, but larger rooms seem to be available. |

The staff was very helpful and attended to our every need. They took a personal interest in us as guests and provided helpful information. They offered us a larger, more comfortable room when one became available without us even requesting it. This seemed to be more like staying with friends than staying at a hotel. The rooms were a little warm but with the windows opened it was fine. But then you have the noise from the city. |

The hotel was clean in every aspect (bathroom, floors, bed...) so we had no trouble using everything and letting our baby crawl everywhere. The staff was friendly and replentished our coffee supply as many times as we asked (which was in our case more than once a day). The steps... we stayed at the top floor (in the magnificent junior suite with terace overlooking roofs of Rome!) which is at floor number 4. With a non-walking baby it was quite an excercise every day.. Being (reasonably) healthy young people we didn't mind, but I advise caution to seniors or people who might have problems with steep steps.. |

I liked the location, the size of the hotel, rooms were modern and pleasant, breakfast was very good, and the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The only thing that was perhaps lacking is an elevetaor as we had lots of bags to go to the top floor, but again the staff was helpful so it reall was not a problem at all. |

The hotel was a little difficult to find at first but the staff was very nice and helpful. All spoke good English. We had a spacious room, very clean. Okay breakfast, nothing fancy. The hotel had a very central location within walking distance of both the Vatican, Spanish Steps and Colusseum. We would definitely recommend this hotel. |

Location was perfect being in the centre of all the main sites - could not be better!! The service was excellent and because the hotel was small it has a nice homely feel. The room was excellently decorated and we had everything we needed for our stay (including an iron and kettle - you do need to ask for the iron though). There are no lifts and rooms are up at least 2 flights of stairs - a big down side for less mobile but we were ok as were travelling light. The breakfast was a cold buffet so for me was lacking eggs and toast but on the whole was a good standard. |
