Very friendly and helpful staff, central location, clean bathroom. Overall, an enjoyable stay. The rooms are small and rather dark. Using brighther lighting and light (eg cream or white) colour scheme in the rooms would make a huge difference. Using better quality bedlinen would also be a bonus. |

The location, though a bit more challenging to find due to its location on a small side street, is great. Just steps from Piazza Navona, you are within easy walking distance to the main sites of Rome. We were provided an "apartment" room in the building just across from the main hotel. This worked out well as it was roomy enough to add a cot for our daughter. It also had a small kitchenette. We were very happy with our selection. The Rome marathon was run in the city on the day of our departure which made it very difficult to get a taxi to the train station...we had tickets to Venice. We felt the hotel desk should have been more prepared with advice as to when to leave/where to hail taxi than they were. We barely made our train!!!!!! |

Lovely hotel perfectly situated. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It is accessed via stairs, with rooms on the second, third and fourth floors so may not be suitable for some disabled visitors. |

I thought the hotel was exceptional. While the facilities were quite basic, the location was ideal, the rooms were lovely and the helpfulness of the staff was superb. We will absolutely be returning to it again. A minor point but the hotel itself was quite difficult to find. It was located on a tiny side street off the Piazza Navona, which was not visable on any basic map of the city. Perhaps a slightly more detailed map on the website would be an idea. |

The room and adjoining veranda/terrace was a delight. T?he staff were very considerate and friendly. A five flight climb upstairs to the room, when a little tipsy, was a challenge we might have done without. |

excellent location & nice homey room. very clean & the people who run it were so helpful! We loved it! Good breakfast too. Was a bit noisy if you had the windows to the room open (sound really reverberates on that stone!) |

the guy at the desk in the afternoon was so helpful and really went out of his way to help us with bus schedules and getting taxis, etc. for the size of the room (Junior suite) the shower was tiny! |
