Location was fabulous. We stayed in a juniour suite with terrace - well worth the extra money. Staff was very friendly and helpful - even carrying bags up the 3 flights of stairs. They could improve the coffee. A full length mirror in the room or inside the armoire would be nice. Although rooms were spotless shower stall grout could be bleached. |

There was a cozy Terrace in our room. We could see the roofs of neighbor and church from there, and feel like we are living there. staffs were very friendly and nice. No elevater. Then, it was really difficult to find a hotel at night. There is no sign on the street. You must look for the hotel as you look for someone's house. |

Location, Location, Location. Steps from Piazza Navona. Friendly and helpful staff and an exceptionally well appointed room. Breakfast was marginal. Ok, but not as nice as any other hotel during our stay. |

A superb location. Less than 100m from Piazza Navona, friendly, clean, great value hotel in a very expensive part of Rome, older people may find the stairs a small issue. |

Staff was helpful, responded quickly to your concerns.location is great- right next to Piazza Navona Yes...quite a few.there was no elevator, and stairs are small and steep- it's a challenge to carry luggage.Room was tiny,ac was leaking and we shut it off at night. There were no info about hotel services placed in the room,we had to go to the front desk and ask-like the number to reach that desk from your room!breakfest was ok but always the same food every morning |

This is an excellent hotel. The stuff is very helpful. The location, 100 meters from Piazza Navona, is superb, and the rooms are great. Highly recommended. No elevator. |

Everything. This small hotel is a real gem. The staff was exceptional and always around to help. The location was ideal for sightseeing and shopping and very peaceful. The rooms were charming. We stayed in a more expensive hotel nearer to the train station on the return part of our trip and it did not come close to the Canali by any measure. The stairs were tiring after walking around Rome all day. (no elevator) But we would stay there again in an instant. |

The hotel is on a quiet street zoned pedonale so not much traffic, it is located within easy walking distance to top sightseeing in Rome and good restaurants. the flushing toilet sounds from the room above were loud |

The room was very big and spacious. The air conditioning was worthless, it was on but the room was still extremely hot. Also, pack light. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs. No elevator. |

It was central and very close to the lovely Piazza Navona. The room was clean and the breakfast was simple but good. Free internet on a PC in the lobby for guests. The aircon worked but could have been better. No wifi. |

The room had a decent terrace - although the plants there could profit from a little care. The location is quite allright for a walk through the center of Rome, and the room itself was okay as well. To walk with luggage from/to the nearest metro station is not very comfortable, but don't let that be a reason not to use this hotel. |

The hotel was a small family type atmosphere. They were always there to help but not around when you didn't need them. It was an intimate hotel, very much like a bed and breakfast. We has some early mornings and needed to leave the hotel before the breakfast time and they accomodated us with serving breakfast early. A very nice room, great location, nice people..... Be prepared to climb many steps to get to your room. But when you are in Rome, you have to be ready to climb steps everywhere. |

Comfortable hotel. Modern design. Good location with easy access to bus system. Staff was very helpful and nice. A family run hotel with secure entrance. Breakfast was ample European style. Dish TV but only a sports channel in English. Bad coffee at breakfast, not good Italian coffee. |
