Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt, gut zu erreichen, sehr sauber, würden sofort wieder hinfahren.

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Das Frühstück im Zimmer zu essen war auch ganz lustig.

Die Zimmer waren sehr dunkel. Die Eingangstüre extrem laut, so dass man spätheimkehrer einfach hören musste

angebliche 4 Sterne, absolut hellhörig, man hört die Nachbaren atmen, d.h. mit fremden Fernsehen aufwachen und einschlafen; miserables Frühstück mit Pulvercapuccino, und das in Italien, Das Hotel hat keine Skrupel, wissentlich ein Zimmer mit Baustelle direkt vorm Fenster zu geben, wo Bauarbeiten um 7 Uhr morgens beginnen. Warmes Wasser morgens knapp.

Location, location location! The staff were super helpful, organising tour guides and providing us with important info. The hotel was 2 mins from the metro station beside the spanish steps which meant it was so easy to get anywhere and also within walking distance of trevi fountain and pantheon. Amazing hotel,will defo be returning.

The room was beautifully designed, and really made us feel we were staying in the heart of Rome. The location was also excellent, right between the Spanish Steps and Piazza Popola. Even though located on quite a bustling street, the hotel itself was always extremely quiet. The hotel staff deliver breakfast to your room each morning (this is included in the room rate). We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

It was not a problem for us, but if a guest has trouble with walking the lift is not always operational, as it is old fashioned. However there are only 4 floors to the hotel so it shouldn't be a problem for everybody.

Room was big enough for a couple and a 2 year old child. It was very well decorated, wallpapers were very nice-although I thought ıt would be very dark while I was making reservation-. I was 300m to Spanish steps and to Piazza pompolo and this was veryvery perfect! We walked to Fontana Trevi,Pantheon,Piazza Navona. It was only 500-1500meters away. Luxury shops were all around and it was a very safe place. People were sitting on the steps all night. Bathroom was very new, perfect, Carpets were handwoven which makes you feel like home. Even the hanger was a piece of art. Breakfast comes to your room and you may choose everything and as much as you want. Reception lady was very kind, nice,helpful,polite.Room cleaned everyday.No noise.

The guy in the reception while we were checking out was not as helpful as the lady. He started answering our every question with a big aoufffff!! and also after he answered any phone, he did the same.It was very unpolite. He described the adress to Villa Borghese in a very perfunctory way and we were lost and we had to pay a lot for the taxi to find the right way. The internet did not work at room during our stay but, did in the mini reception.

I really loved this hotel it really gives you the feel of Rome, the reception staff (in particular a lady named Nori) were second to none and the location is brilliant. We could walk everywhere and the spagna termini is right beside it. The room was small but had everything we needed. For me had a lovely feel about it with wooden beams on the roof and the old style decor. I would definitely recommend.

The room was dark and breakfast was served in there, but with no place to really sit. Internet was on and off all weekend.The night clerk was totally unhelpful, but the day women was great. I found out from her that there are rooms with balconies which is what I asked about upon check in from the night person.. Location was great. I would personally go back here if I could request their facility that has a balcony so I would not feel so claustrophobic.

The location was excellent and everywhere was within a walkable distance. The room was clean and good value for money.

The outside steps up to the room were quite steep and narrow, I would not of liked to of stayed there with more than a small weekend bag.
