Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.

Κατ'αρχήν είχε πολύ ιδιαίτερη διακόσμηση και design και θύμιζε λίγο παλιά εποχή σε Barrok! Ήταν γενικά πολύ όμορφο και το προσωπικό του ήταν πολύ πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει και να μας δώσει και tips για την περιήγησή μας στην πόλη. Μας άρεσε επίσης το γεγονός ότι σου σέρβιραν το πρωινό στο δωμάτιο!!! Τέλος ήταν πολύ σημαντική η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου γιατί ήταν στην καρδιά της πόλης! Το μόνο που θα σημείωνα σαν παρατήρηση είναι ότι είχε λίγο φτωχό πρωινό. Ναι μεν διαλεγες τι ήθελες να φας αλλά οι επιλογές του ήταν περιορισμένες! |

Location, location location! The staff were super helpful, organising tour guides and providing us with important info. The hotel was 2 mins from the metro station beside the spanish steps which meant it was so easy to get anywhere and also within walking distance of trevi fountain and pantheon. Amazing hotel,will defo be returning. |

The room was beautifully designed, and really made us feel we were staying in the heart of Rome. The location was also excellent, right between the Spanish Steps and Piazza Popola. Even though located on quite a bustling street, the hotel itself was always extremely quiet. The hotel staff deliver breakfast to your room each morning (this is included in the room rate). We would definitely stay in this hotel again. It was not a problem for us, but if a guest has trouble with walking the lift is not always operational, as it is old fashioned. However there are only 4 floors to the hotel so it shouldn't be a problem for everybody. |

The location is fabulous - so near the Spanish steps. The room was done up beautifully - gorgeous decor with a sparkling clean en-suite. The breakfast was included in the price and offered a good selection brought to your room when required. |

Room was big enough for a couple and a 2 year old child. It was very well decorated, wallpapers were very nice-although I thought ıt would be very dark while I was making reservation-. I was 300m to Spanish steps and to Piazza pompolo and this was veryvery perfect! We walked to Fontana Trevi,Pantheon,Piazza Navona. It was only 500-1500meters away. Luxury shops were all around and it was a very safe place. People were sitting on the steps all night. Bathroom was very new, perfect, Carpets were handwoven which makes you feel like home. Even the hanger was a piece of art. Breakfast comes to your room and you may choose everything and as much as you want. Reception lady was very kind, nice,helpful,polite.Room cleaned everyday.No noise. The guy in the reception while we were checking out was not as helpful as the lady. He started answering our every question with a big aoufffff!! and also after he answered any phone, he did the same.It was very unpolite. He described the adress to Villa Borghese in a very perfunctory way and we were lost and we had to pay a lot for the taxi to find the right way. The internet did not work at room during our stay but, did in the mini reception. |

Nice small hotel, although the roof was creaking and noisy, like there were staying some elephants in the upper floor. Fortunately we didn't hear those sound's at night unlike at evenings... Breakfast in the room was great, and the air condition worked well. And the location was pretty good. It wasn't so difficult to get in, it was very italian... I think we might go there again, unless we win in the lottery... ;) |

I really loved this hotel it really gives you the feel of Rome, the reception staff (in particular a lady named Nori) were second to none and the location is brilliant. We could walk everywhere and the spagna termini is right beside it. The room was small but had everything we needed. For me had a lovely feel about it with wooden beams on the roof and the old style decor. I would definitely recommend. |

The room was dark and breakfast was served in there, but with no place to really sit. Internet was on and off all weekend.The night clerk was totally unhelpful, but the day women was great. I found out from her that there are rooms with balconies which is what I asked about upon check in from the night person.. Location was great. I would personally go back here if I could request their facility that has a balcony so I would not feel so claustrophobic. Breakfast in the room, Darkness in the room |

Simple, unspoilt b&b in a great location. Lovely high ceilings to compensate for the small bathroom. Surprisingly quiet so easy to get to sleep. Slightly patchy breakfast. Real jam and real toast or a bread roll with the delicious croissant would have made all the difference. |

The location was excellent and everywhere was within a walkable distance. The room was clean and good value for money. The outside steps up to the room were quite steep and narrow, I would not of liked to of stayed there with more than a small weekend bag. |

Roma egyik legjobb részén található, gyalog minden látnivaló elérhető. Patinás régi házban izlésesen kialakított szobák. Reggelire finom capuccino. A szobának nem volt ablaka!. |

La ubicación es buenísima, cerca de todo lo más importante para ver, sin necesidad de hacer uso del transporte público. La habitación es confortable y no demasiado pequeña, el baño es amplio y está completamente reformado. La próxima vez que vuelva a Roma repetiré en esta Residenza. Realmente me ha gustado todo, sí, tienes que tomar el desayuno en la habitación, donde no hay demasiado espacio, pero por otro lado, puedes desayunar en pijama :-) |
