The staff were excellent and friendly. The location was superb given that it lies only a short distance from all attractions and the shopping area.

the hotel was in a great location right next to Piazza de Spagna. the staff and the service was excellent, and the room was big, quiet and very clean. There was no internet availble at the time of out stay, and the beds were a little too hard for my liking.

- Central located with short distance to shopping areas. - The price for a double room is relatively inexpensive. - internet free of charge. - breakfast included. - The reseption is not open 24 hours. If you are checking out early in the morning remember to do this before closing time the day before. - Old fashion room with old interiour.

Very friendly and helpful staff and excellent location. We chose this hotel for the family room (junior suite) as well as the central location. Overall a good place to stay. If you want a traditional Rome establishment near the main sights and not a chain hotel this place is for you. The room ventilation was not the best so the room was too warm for comfort even in October. The cooling system was not good. Some people may find the lift and the shower cubicle claustrophobic but no problem for us. The WiFi in some rooms did not work.

The location was excellent, and the staff had us checked in and into our rooms before we knew it. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfasts, and we felt it was a beautiful launching pad for our Rome holiday. We would definitely return. Great restaurants nearby, easy to get a taxi. Very enjoyable. The only drawback was that the bathroom, although spacious and comfortable, did not have much water pressure.

A great hotel in a great location. The staff were all incredibly helpful and very polite. The breakfast being brought to the room is a great idea and although just continental, it set us up for the day! The only downside was that my brother fell in the bathroom on the last day and broke his nose (!) and perhaps the bathroom would benefit from a remodel to avoid such accidents in the future - as it was quite bizarelly laid out (but very clean)

We chose this hotel following a recomodation of a friend and we didn't regret it. The staff that welcomed us was friendly and helpfull in any posible way. The room was large enough to include us with our 16 years old daughter. We enjoyed very much the location of the hotel, as promissed, 5 minutes from the spanish steps and the same distance from piazza del poppolo.we would defently recomend this one to friends visiting rome and would choose it again while in rome. Not enough storage space for clothing and especially for toiletries in the bathroom.

Residenza Canova Tadolini was just 2 blocks from the Spanish steps, right in the middle of one of the best shopping streets in Rome. You enter the hotel from the front entrance directly from the street and go up to the hotel reception on the first floor. It was handy for the metro which was easy to use thanks to the multilingual ticket machine! Although it was so centrally located, we didn't find it noisy at all and my husband and I and our 3 kids (13,11 and 8) felt safe and cosy in the hotel. Breakfast was brought to our rooms every morning at the time of your choice and we handed in our choices for breakfast the night before on the form that the hotel left in our rooms. We all thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Rome and our stay at the Residenza Canova Tadolini and we thought the staff were charming, especially the young lady and young man on the reception desk who smiled encouragingly at my feeble attempts at Italian.

The location is excellent - short walk to the Spanish Steps, 10-min walk to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, 15-20 min walk to Campo di Fiori, 30-min walk to the Colosseum. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was punctual and tasty. The room was cleaned everyday. The only major issue we had with our room was the temperature control. We were there in October when it was cool at night (in the 50s), but our room was extremely hot even with the air conditioning on. We opened the window to cool down the room, but you can't sleep with the window open because it is very loud on the street (you can't hear much with the window closed).

Excellent location between Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish steps. Free WiFi was a wonderful bonus as well. The staff were very friendly and generous. The location is ritzy so it's expensive to eat nearby.

RCT is in an facinating historic location, adjacent to the former Canova-Tadolini sculpture atelier (now a Museum and. Restaurant) in the lively shopping Via Babouino. The Residenza is descrete and stylish. Our room, elegant, containing antique furniture and paintings but with a modern luxurious en suiite bathroom Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in our room was timely and freshly prepared. Would definitely recommend. Great if you arrive by taxi, but parking in the vacinity of the Residenza is not recommended.

The location could not have been better (a very safe neighbourhood in the midst of the shopping area, quite calm, walking distance from all great sites in Rome) and the hotel offers excellent value-for-money (given the location, the cleanliness, the room itself). Some people don't like the room service breakfast, but I enjoyed it: you have a service most other hotels charge extra for. You can ask as many as you want of the items of the list.

I stayed at the Residenza Canova Tadolini with my husband and son (12 year old) for 4 nights and we had a very comfortable stay. We had everything we needed and the room was clean, the staff was very kind and efficient. They are not only friendly but also very helpful as well. The airline lost one of our bags at Fiumicino airport and they chased the airline while we were sightseeing. I strongly recommend this hotel specially if you would like to focus on city travel and shopping. The room was a bit dark and no WiFi at the lounge. But you can use their pc and printer with no problems.
