Only 100 meters from the resort, you will found a beautiful beach, white sand and clear blue water. The hotelroom is small but comfortable, inside is a little kitchen.

Near great beaches. Okey pools. Nice area.

Not many restaurants and pizzerias.

When we arrived we had not expected it would be so lovely. Quiet place surrounded with juniper trees. Extremely relaxing. Though the bungalos dating some 15-20 years, all bathrooms are rennovated. Basic equippment in the kitchen, but it did not really matter. Wonderful and helpful staff. Just 70 meters from a cosy beach. Nice surprise - tennis courte

The only regret is that we stayed just fro 2 nights

It' s unacceptable that the Res. Capriccioli is not accessible at all to impaired people. I have never seen something like that. I asked why to the front manager and he gave me pathetic answers completing his supposed explanation with the fact that anyway the Res. Capriccioli is 4 legs friendly!!!!! But no access for impaired humans!

* 100M to the sea in cala di volpe is pure luxury and this, at this price ! * fine appartment which has all what you need * excellent value 4 money for costa smeralda.

You can easily lock-out yourself / take car. They can put just a few flowers here and there , and then you are in a 5* residence .... not a lot is missing to be on the top edge / but value for money is excellent.

Amazing. Got a little worried because of the price - only that for a stay at the famous "costa smeralda"? Something must be wrong - where my thoughts. Turn out I was wrong. The hotel is perfect, the staff very helpful, near five beautiful beaches, and near (by car) other amazing places.

I just think a nice restaurant would fit well there. Not a complaint about the hotel, but it would be a nice addition.

We liked this place so much that we stayed for an extra two nights. We had a lovely relaxing time here. The lovely emerald sea and white sandy beaches are nearby and the accommodation was perfect for those looking for self-catering in the sun, near the sea and by the pool. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and had all the information one could expect.

The hotel could do with more bar facilities such as having water or snacks available otherwise, there are restaurants nearby in any case. The internet reception was not fantastic in the rooms but then again, the whole feel of the place is to unwind and admire the natural rural atmosphere around and not internet. The bathroom was a bit small for a 6 footer chap like myself.

Outstanding value for the money !

l'immersione totale nella natura, e il benessere determinato indubbiamente dalle qualità oggettiva della struttura. Consigliatissimo, se non si è necessariamente alla ricerca del lusso, ma "ci si accontenta" del relax e della natura!

Está a sólo 100 metros a pie de una de las mejores calas de Cerdeña: Cala Capriccioli.

Las habitaciones disponen de cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios... pero no hay jabón lavavajillas para poder lavarlos.

Sicuramente la posizione che da accesso a piedi ad almeno 4 delle spiaggia piu' belle della Costa Smeralda. Il posto è bellissimo, ben curato, l'arredo rustico non è comodissimo ma lè dà quel tocco di romanticismo. La zona piscina è dotata di una grande zona relax. Wi-fi compreso, con una copertura non ottima ma comunque sufficiente.

L'unica nota negativa che devo segnalare sono dei rumori abbastanza fastidiosi che provenivano dagli appartamenti vicini la mattina presto.

Location, struttura e staff eccellente in ogni dettaglio!!! Un ringraziamento particolare a mauro che ci ha accolti in maniera fantastica! Sempre a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi info!!!! Ci tornerò appena possibile!!! Top.

Ubicacion perfecta. A 50 metros de 2 calas, y con otras 3 cruzando la carretera. En coche, todo a mano (porto cervo, romazzoni y playa del principe a 5 minutos en coche). Piscina y tenis. Habitacion comoda, con tele y aire acondicionado. Personal muy amable, te recomiendan restaurantes no muy caros de la zona. Muy recomendable con la oferta (6 dias 850 euros).

No hay servicio de habitaciones y cambian las toallas cada 3 dias (tuvimos que pedir que lo hicieran).

la tranquillità.

L'emplacement géographique est le point fort de la résidence pour qui aime les plages et criques de rêve ... masque et tuba à prévoir obligatoirement !!! La résidence n'est pas récente et les logements mitoyens un peu sombres mais le charme des constructions en granit compense cela... La piscine est agréable et ... jamais encore vu ça ... il y a une piscine pour chien !!!! accueil très sympa ... il nous a été proposé un surclassement que nous avons bien apprécié.

l'ensemble est un peu vieillissant et le tarif un peu fort ... on paye la situation géographique.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de commerce a coté, surtout quand on ne prend pas de voiture de location.

El personal fue muy amable y nos diereon un apartamento de caracteristas superior al que habiamos contratado, tiene una playa muy cerca que se accede andando. El sitio es muy tranquilo y acogedor, para pasar unos dias en contacto con la naturaleza y muy cerda de Puerto Cervo.

la conexion a internet es bastante deficiente.
