Lovely room with a view, very near uffizi gallery and all attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Fantastic location. Right next to the center of Florence and at the same time very quiet. Room relatively small but in good condition and modern. Very good wifi. Shower was perfect with hydromassage and music functions. We had a wine as a gift for our honeymoon. Very friendly staff. Good value for money. We will definitely stay here again in our next trip to Florence.
Bear in mind that there is no 24 hour reception and all rooms were part of one larger apartment with limited sound-proof, but this was not an issue as everything else was great.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room looked recently updated and was extremely clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Florence!
Tricky to locate initially.
The friendly receptionist Margaritas.. She is soo helpful and always help people and any time and she is reachable Always. And always smile :).. It is so clean and the decoration is modern.. They provide us with snacks.. WiFi signal is strong anywhere in the hotel.. And only 5m from ponte vicchio
- no thing specific..
The staff were the best we have ever come across. Thank you so much for your care and food recommendations.
Great location, quiet and very clean. Would definitely book again.
Extremely clean, modern and large room and helpful friendly staff and the location excellent next to the Ponte Vecchio Bridge Would recommend and stay here again.
The location really cannot get any better for the price. Our check-in was conducted by a very friendly, very helpful member of staff. Modern fixtures and furnishings in bedroom and en-suite. Very clean. I highly recommend this property, we stayed in one of the upper back rooms away from the main street.
Superb location, a fantastic base to explore Florence. Staff friendly and very helpful.
It was like you were at home with your friends, very friendly and always smiling people, like Gio, Margherita and very friendly guy who did our check out and helped us..
Bathroom could be a little bit more bigger :)))
Perfect location, great hosts , clean and easy to find in the heart of Florence . Highly recommend as it is central to all major highlights- ponte vetchio , duomo , museum and great places to eat. The owners helped with good places to eat and shop.
The staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly.
Loved the location - a few steps away from the Ponte Vecchio & close to the Uffizi Gallery & lots of restaurants & shops. Room was nicely decorated & fresh. Only downside was a very noisy air conditioner but was very thankful for it as it was very hot!
Having called Florence home for a few months, when it came time to move out of my flat I wanted to find a place to stay that was convenient and modern. Residenza Castelli was just that. Although, really no area of Florence is inconvenient since the city is so walkable. This hotel is situated so close to Ponte Vecchio I could see it from my window which gave my sister a feeling for what Florence is all about. Staff was very helpful. Most shocking thing to me was the fully stocked mini bar for your use free of charge. Would highly recommend this place to anyone- but do me a favor- dont worry about "quiet" rooms. Ours overlooked the street and while it had minimal noise at night with the window shut, when you opened it you got to experience what makes Florence so amazing- it's people!
Excellent location. In the heart of all attractions that Florence is famous for. Helpful and friendly staff Pamela, Margharita and Lorenzo. Went the extra mile to assist as I had an accident while in Florence. Although the room was a little small, it was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Complimentary snacks and drinking water.
Toilet is a little small.
An excellent location right in the centre of Florence. The services of the staff were more then friendly: she friendly guided me to the parking garage just around the corner and picked me up. Services optima forma.. Thanks.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived by car and they suggested a garage that was nearby. The location is right in the centre of Florence and thus very close to all attractions.
It was a bit hard to find by foot. Even though the garage was very close, we did need quite some time to figure out where it is. The shower was ok but could need some more cleaning in the corners and at the bottom.
Good locAtion. Very helpful staff. Very neat room.
Contemporary styling, good use of the space. Staff was very friendly and polite.
The fact that there was no sign of the hotel. It took us almost 30 minutes just to find out the place even though we passed the same location multiple times. Signs should be prominent enough to identify the residences.
Fantastic location, beautiful room
The location is great. The staff were great.
Perfect location, right on the Ponte Vecchio, tucked away in a little courtyard, right next to everything you could wish to see. The staff were so helpful and so friendly and made our stay a dream. We will be sure to return.
The location was one street away from the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, but away from the crowds. Fantastic food store, next door, with tastings and food gifts to bring home. Best pillow I ever slept on. Mattress was fine. We had free access to the foods and drinks in our room's refrigerator because breakfast wasn't served. Good room amenities. Umbrellas available to borrow. Candy bowl on concierge desk. Best of all, was our manager Lorenzo. He double checked our train schedules (train reservations filled up early), plans and printed out information for us. He especially came through for us the day before we planned on visiting Florence. It seems there are frequent train strikes in Italy. We left Cinque Terre a night early because of the next day's strike and Lorenzo found us a hotel room elsewhere because his hotel was full. He was so gracious and helpful throughout our stay, which was not our general experience.
Wifi wasn't consistently strong. I would have preferred more lighting in the room.
