We liked the location of the hotel. On a quiet street near the historic downtown, restaurants and shopping area. We were able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was very nice. The appartment is fairly large - loved the king size bed. The appartments need updating - although clean - it is a little tired and worn. Time to upgrade to a proper category 4 facility. I would rate it as a 3 for now.

Lovely rooms, more like appartments. Good breakfast. Excellent location for the city sights. We would all be happy to return having got the hang of a quirky management style. We arrived at 11.30am on a Sunday and the front door was locked. Since I had arranged accommodation for 3 other couples this was not good! Nadia had assured me she would be there until 1.00pm. We were let in by a cleaner who then negotiated with Nadia by phone. This wasted a lot of time but eventually we were allocated 4 rooms. Other slight problems - no towels were left in one room - a problem when there is no one to contact on site. The 4 rooms all had differently stocked mini bars without price lists which led to us being contacted after our return and accused unjustly of owing euros 9 for water! The rooms are so good we would return!

The suite we stayed in at Residenza d'Aragona was huge, with a spacious bedroom with two large wardrobes, large living area with sofas, dining table, chairs and kitchen facilities and bathroom. The breakfast was really good (for continental!) and the staff were more than happy to help. The bathroom could have been better kept (a bit mildewy, shower hose leaked), and the usual twin beds pushed together were slightly different heights and on a slope!

The hotel is easy to find with direct acces to the centre and airport shuttle busses.Spacy rooms, quiet location in a sidestreet from Via Roma. Reception is not always occupied, gives an unpleasant feeling in case of emergency or late unexpected arrival at the hotel for checking in.Hotel is ok for 1 or 2 nights citytrip.

Good location for sightseeing and local restuarants. Quiet street with off street parking available nearby. Suite of rooms provided with more space than expected. Difficult to find by car at night. Signposting in Palermo is haphazard.

A little jewel, in the heart of Palermo's via Roma, in the middle of everything. Our plane came in late, well past the check-in time, but they waited for us. Nice, quiet place, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Lots of independence, as you get the keys to both your room and the front door of the building. Loved it. If you rent a car at the airport and drive in, it is not easy to find, as the Palermo signage is bad and the streets are one way. So, this is more about finding driving destinations in Palermo than about the hotel. If you can, get a GPS. Better if you do not drive in Palermo.

Location was good, main room nice and big. Good furniture No services after 1pm. Room (extra beds weren't made). Kitchenette not accessable. No kettle - this is unacceptable for a 4star. Bathroom (shower/bath) in corners very dirty. First day not anough toilet paper, and because there's no room service, we had to wait for the next morning

5 минут от порта. от вокзала 30 мин пешком. до автобуса на монделло (пляжи) 3 мин. большая площадь номера. сантехника не новая, но все работало. полотенца меняли каждый день. кондиционер работает хорошо. это, конечно не 4 звезды и даже не 3. администратор работает до 13,00. вам выдают 1 ключ на всех (не важно сколько гостей) плюс 2 ключа от входных дверей в отель. и таскайте это все с собой. а если решите разделиться - то решайте как будете попадать в отель. в описании отеля сказано - кухня, но не сказано, что это дополнительно 15 евро в день. чайника, кофеварки или хотя бы турки нет. 2 кастрюли и сковорода. 3 тарелки. 1 ложка, 2 стакана и нож. это все. простыни рваные. полотенца не простираны. полы не помыли за неделю ни разу. мусор если не поставить у дверей - не выносят. окно открыть нельзя - упрешься носом в грязную стену жилого дома. завтрак скудный.

L'ampiezza delle camere, il rapporto qualità/prezzo e la posizione abbastanza centrale, a piedi si può andare dappertutto. Personale simpatico e cortese. Non eccessivamente negativo, ma la pulizia delle camere può migliorare e rendere la Residenza D'Aragona quasi perfetta.
