Brilliant room, very spacious clean & comfortable. Excellent location, just off Via Roma (main street), don't worry about some (US) comments about the area it is safe.Very helpful staff. Would highly recommend for anybody with small childern. Breakfast area was a little small. We had a disabled access bathroom and while very big there was no overhead fixture for the shower head in the bath |

Arrived late & hotel staff were very friendly & helpful Very difficult to find by car at night. Palermo's one way system is best negotiated by taxi. |

die lage war super zentral.gute lokale in der nähe. und natürlich auch der preis.frühstück war in ordnung.grösse des zimmers auch kleines bad.blick in eine weniger schöne gasse,und frühstück nur bis 9:30 |

La posizione è molto centrale ed è perfetta per la visita della città. Dall'aeroporto, il pullman ferma a piazza politeama, a soli 5 minuti a piedi. Avevamo una camera enorme, una vera suite, molto sobria ed elegante, con cucina e sala da pranzo. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Nella hall c'era un pò di odore di chiuso/muffa, così come nella sala colazione. Tutto il buffet della colazione è un pò scarso. |

Отличный отель. Понравился всем: хороший номер, в номере есть все - и кухонка, и гостиная с диваном, и спальня, и даже микроволновка на кухне. В номере два окна с балконами. Чувствовали себя, как дома. Все близко. Если буду еще в Палермо, не задумываясь остановлюсь в Residenza d'Aragona. Очень приятный отель. Улучшить завтраки и поставить на кухне чайник. |

Poco y nada solo el personal de noche fue amable, durante el dia la gente muy poco servicial,menos mal que nos cambiamos a un hotel a la vuelta que era realmente 4 estrellas y mas barato .. no es ni cerca 4 estrellas desayuno super pobre habitac amplia y nada mas no es 4 estrellas y muy caro por lo que es |

La gentilezza dello staff, la posizione in prossimità del centro città, la rapidità del check-in/out, la pulizia e la spaziosità della camera-suite, la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in un'area riservata all'hotel. I letti non sono comodissimi ma la posizione silenziosa consente comunque un buon riposo. |

Ligt centraal t.o.v. centrum en toch rustig, de receptionistes spraken goed engels en d.i. heel bijzonder in Sicilië hebben we gemerkt. Onze kamer lag aan de achterkant, ramen keken uit op een soort steegje, er was weinig daglicht dus de lampen moesten altijd aan overdag, daardoor was het een beetje een sombere kamer. Misschien beter aan de voorkant hoewel 't een smalle straat is. |
