Best hotel in Siena. It has the best view in Siena which can not be described in words. Beautiful hotel. Excellent location. Outstanding service. Best staff in the hotel business. Dennis and Maria Luisa were wonderful, always willing to help. The breakfast is delicious. It includes pastries, regional breads, cheeses and cold meats. Best breakfast in Italy. We stay in room number 3 which has a beautiful bathroom and very nice furniture.

The people who ran the hotel, Denis, Maria Luisa and Tommaso were amazing. We loved the central location of this hotel and the room was so amazingly beautiful. We would never stay anywhere else in Siena. Loved it!

We were given the duplex with a fantastic view of central Siena (Duomo etc) from both the room and the room´s lounge. I am sure we got given a better room than we paid for and what was shown in the web. Very nice, clean and very well maintained room/wc/furniture. Clearly shows that being in an "centuries old" italian bulding does not mean fixtures and furnishing have to be badly maintained and worn out as is often the case, The lounge, breakfast room and respective terrace are beautiful with the same amazing view. Breakfast was continental only but all products of very high quality. Very helpful staff. Maria Luisa was especially helpful recomending a great restaurant and other villages to visit. Additionally she was very comprehensive of a last minute change of plans, cutting our stay short without notice, and even helping select a hotel in our next town. You are clearly meant to feel at home. Walking distance to the carparks and to the centre while avoiding the masses by not being bang in the centre. Overall a great stay.

Amazing view, beautiful facility, great food, very welcoming staff.

Worth staying just for the view from the breakfast/bar area. Staff were fantastic and room was gorgeous. We stayed on street side of the building so room was a little smaller than the other side but everything was clean, smart and perfect. Breakfast was plentiful and only about a 4 min walk to main sites. Wish we could have stayed longer.

O hotel é maravilhoso super bem localizado, a suite que ficamos possibilitava uma linda vista do Duomo e dos principais pontos turisticos de Siena, depois de vários dias na Itália era como estar em casa, além do mais os funcionários são atenciosos, prestativos e dispostos a ajudar no que forem solicitados.

A pequena janela do quarto volta para o Campo Regio, fechada por uma cortina de lona com fita colante, era muito estreita e permitia a entrada de luz.

Fantastische ligging; werkelijk in het centrum van het centrum. Schone en plezierige kamer, goede airco, etc

Parkeren in het centrum van Florence is erg lastig. Neem van te voren contact op met het hotel; wij hadden verzuimd dat te doen. Uiteindelijk zijn wij ergens naar een openbare parkeergarage gegaan die ons vervolgens naar het hotel hebben gebracht en de auto daarna hebben geparkeerd. Bij vertrek kwamen ze de auto weer keurig terugbrengen. Deze parkingservice kostte ons voor drie dagen in totaal 75 euro; 25 euro per dag inclusief de ophaal- en wegbrengservice.
