Our stay was excellent, the gm Dennis and his colleagues were amazing and no request was too small, they were also a wealth of knowledge.

Two things. 1. The bed in our room needs to be replaced, sags in the middle. 2. The noise from the pizzeria adjacent to the holiday, very noisy from 6.00am with collection of bottles, waste removal.

We were given the duplex with a fantastic view of central Siena (Duomo etc) from both the room and the room´s lounge. I am sure we got given a better room than we paid for and what was shown in the web. Very nice, clean and very well maintained room/wc/furniture. Clearly shows that being in an "centuries old" italian bulding does not mean fixtures and furnishing have to be badly maintained and worn out as is often the case, The lounge, breakfast room and respective terrace are beautiful with the same amazing view. Breakfast was continental only but all products of very high quality. Very helpful staff. Maria Luisa was especially helpful recomending a great restaurant and other villages to visit. Additionally she was very comprehensive of a last minute change of plans, cutting our stay short without notice, and even helping select a hotel in our next town. You are clearly meant to feel at home. Walking distance to the carparks and to the centre while avoiding the masses by not being bang in the centre. Overall a great stay.

The staff were great. The location was fabulous, easy walking to everything in Siena, the salon which had on honor system bar and provided snack made you feel at home and relaxed. The breakfast balcony had georgous view to the Duomo. Just lovely!

The location of this small b and b is unparalleled for the views of old Siena. This alone makes it a wonderful place to stay. It could be a far more appealing property if the management would spend a little more time in refining some of the rough edges of the decor and maintained the property a little better. We were given a two bedroom suite as an upgrade which was very kind of the management, however, one of the bedrooms (granted the one that we were not going to use) still had the dirty laundry piled on the bed. If nothing else, the room should have been locked.

The Residence was walking distance to the 2 major sites in Sienna, as well as the Wednesday Market where hundreds of vendors set up weekly to sell clothing, and other merchandise. Also 3 restaurants were available very close to the residence.

Our room was not what we selected on the site. Instead it was very small, cramped and not at all like the photos shown to advertise the rooms. The photos showed a beautiful room with white bedding and drapes cascading around a four poster bed. Instead the room was done in a completely different color--a green color. The room was not bad if that was the expection, however. Also, the breakfast was a large mixed match of varying items that was not satisfying nor a good combination. There was canned fruit such as pineapples, peaches, etc. and olives, cheese, croissants, and sandwich meat. We had to still buy breakfast offsite. If a person chooses to stay here they need to be aware they may not get the room shown in the photos. Also be aware that the residence really is a vary narrow 4 or 5 level town home with a bedroom on each floor. I could not see how there could be 7 rooms. I will point out, that it was a comfortable residence, however, the information oversells the actual offering.

Great staff, so friendly. Beautiful terrace for breakfast and drinks. Close to everything...but Siena is a small city

Too expensive

Worth staying just for the view from the breakfast/bar area. Staff were fantastic and room was gorgeous. We stayed on street side of the building so room was a little smaller than the other side but everything was clean, smart and perfect. Breakfast was plentiful and only about a 4 min walk to main sites. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excelente en todos los sentidos, la ubicación en el centro de Siena, la limpieza,las vistas, el trato recibido por el personal del hotel que te facilitan todo lo que necesites. Inmejorable.

O Hotel é excelente, as acomodações são adequadas, a localização é ótima com vista privilegiada para o centro histórico de Siena e o atendimento da equipe é excelente.

A recepção do Hotel fecha às 20:00h e não fica nenhum funcionário no local, esta informação não estava clara quando efetuei a reserva, como consequencia, se nossa chegada fosse posterior as 20:00h não conseguiriamos entrar no hotel. Sugiro melhorias.

L'emplacement en plein centre de Sienne, l'accueil et la décoration de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse face à la ville.

Rien, tout était bien y compris le parking à 5 minutes de l'hôtel. (stadio parking).
