The staff was wonderful. the location great and the hotel was beautiful. great breckfast, capichinno and great beds and linen, we loved it. no, maybe could have better internet conection for guests. |

The attention to detail in the room defied belief - just gorgeous - and the view from the tiny balcony breakfst room is very special. Easy walk to Piazza del Campo and great shopping & dining. Parking is difficult but that's a Siena thing rather than this hotel; and the cheaper rooms overlook the narrow street, which has limited traffic but not zero. |

Beautifully designed rooms, with excellent staff, right in the ehart of historic Siena. The back terrace, overlooking the duomo, is a beautiful spot to relax in the afternoon or enjoy a glass of prosecco in the evening. Fabulous breakfast buffet too. |

Pleasant historic location near city center. decent breakfast, small lobby terrace with view of old city. Well appointed modern bathrooms and rooms. Please note this is a small hotel converted from an old house, which means rooms are quite small Skeleton staff, no staff at all after 8pm. Overpriced at 250euro for the standard rooms. Some charm but does not live up to the web site. Checked out Villa Elda while there. While it is a little further out (another 8-10min walk from city center) it is a better choice |

The Location was perfection. Our own private patio. It was as if we had Siena all to ourselves. This was more than a Room with a view, it was like being in a movie set. Huge delightful room & bathroom. Beautiful furnishings, Egyptian cotton sheets, piles of crisp pillows. Everything was extra-special. And service and staff were the best I have ever encountered. nothing. Only that we couldn't stay longer! |

The room was absolutely gorgeous, with an incredible view, and very easy to find from the bus terminal! Staff was friendly and helpful. |

La elegancia del hotel, las vistas de la ciudad y el duomo, y la situación. El tamaño de las habitaciones. Muy pequeñas. El llegar con coche es complicado pues es area peatonal. Los GPSs no sirven para nada en ésa zona. |

Chambre très cosy (la plus belle ?), terrasse privée. Vue superbe sur Dôme et la ville. Plutôt b&B. Prix beaucoup trop cher pour prestations : presque pas de personnel (même au pd), entrée, escaliers, bar minuscules, hôtel fermé le soir après 20 h (pas oublier le code !). petit déjeuner médiocre sur des tables et dans un espace très réduits. |

A vista que se tem do centro histórico de Siena, a partir da varanda do Campo Regio é simplesmente inesquecível, principalmente se acompanhada de um bom vinho, ao pôr do sol. O hotel é extremamente simpático, confortável e charmoso. Pessoal eficiente e acolhedor. Sinos das igrejas dão mais charme ainda ao lugar. Não há ninguém na recepção após as 20 horas, mais um motivo para que o hóspede se sinta em casa, ao chegar mais tarde ao hotel. |
