incredible location in the centre of Florence, our room (Michelangelo) overlooked the piazza and was still very quiet. The room itself was great, great bed, large room and nice bathroom. Highly recommended

Nothing, this place is great. The breakfast wasn't quite as good as I had expected given some other reviewers feedback but thats probably being picky

The staff were very helpful. They assisted us in planning a side trip and made dinner reservations for us, as well. Our room and view were amazing. The family style breakfast service was a nice change in pace. We met many friendly fellow travelers from all over the world.

It was noisy at night if you left the windows open. Better to close windows and turn the air conditioner on.

It's a beautiful old ( medieval ) historic hotel that's been beautifully updated and preserved. It's right on the Piazza Signoria, probably a 3 minute walk to the Uffizzi Museum. Great dining choices very near. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic and ready to help with suggestions or reservations. Not a cheap room but luxurious and spacious and worth a splurge.

The location couldn't be better! We loved the painted fresco walls of our room and meeting other travelers each morning at breakfast. For the woman who loves to shop, this is the place to stay! For the husband who gets to carry his wife's shopping bags for her, the location is perfect for dropping off the bags and going right back out again!

This hotel is amazing. The location is awesome, the staff incredibly helpful, the breakfast is fantastic, room was very clean and spacious.

I have nothing negative to say. It was wonderful.

A great locaton. Everyting in Florence was within walking distance.

- La disponibilité du personnel et son attention. Il est très difficile de se garer autour de l'hôtel, aussi il est plus que conseillé de laisser la voiture au parking avec lequel l'hôtel a un accord. Surtout qu'ils s'occupent de la garer et de vous la rapporter. Vu la position de l'hôtel, on peut profiter de Florence à pied pendant plusieurs jours. - Petit déjeuner très bien, avec vue sur la place. - La position géographique, au cœur de la ville entre le Ponte Vecchio et le Duomo, difficile de faire mieux...

- Il faisait vraiment chaud dans l'hôtel. Nous laissions ouvert la fenêtre dans la chambre toute la journée pour avoir un peu de fraîcheur. Ce n'était pas vraiment dérangeant cela dit.

B&B situé en plein sur le coeur de la ville historique (Piazza della Signoria), donc idéal. B&B digne d'un hôtel 4* en terme de confort, qualité de service, qualité du petit déjeuner. Grande amabilité du personnel, discrétion, gentillesse,...En plus chaque chambre a son propre caractère et décoration. Que du bonheur !!

Centrale ligging

1/We kozen deze kamer zoals op de site van booking vermeld : 'met zicht op de palazzo vecchio, piazza signoria'. We keken uit op een muur. Als je je neus tegen het linkerraam houdt en je oogbollen helemaal naar links draait, dan zie je door een spleet idd het plein en het paleis. We vroegen of we de andere kamer mét frontaal zicht konden krijgen, maar deze was bezet. Er zijn maar 2 kamers met een zicht. Let op als je boekt, want bij ons was het weggegooid geld. Wij hadden kamer Galileo. Kamer Leonardo had wel een mooi uitzicht. 2/de broodje ad ontbijttafel waren keihard en niet te eten. Er was gelukkig een fruitbord. 3/Geen koelkast op de kamer. 4/Douche zeer moeilijk te regelen. Er kwam heet water uit beide kranen. 5/Traag internet.

óTima localização, funcionários muito simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar. Quarto muito bom e ambientado ao clima renascentista da cidade. Pequena mas muito boa cozinha. Equipamentos de som individual por quarto e com ótimos CDs disponíveis. òtimo café da manhã. Adoramos!!!

Posizione straordinaria, nel pieno centro di Firenze. Ambiente molto elegante ma allo stesso tempo confortevole e familiare. Staff di grande simpatia e cortesia

Soggiorno perfetto!! Ottima posizione, belle camere, servizio ineccepibile condito da una sincera cortesia del personale. Prezzo più che corretto per un servizio pari a quello di un albergo 4 stelle alla metà del costo.

Posizione centralissima e tranquillità- azzeccata ristrutturazione ed arredo ottima la toilette lo stile di gestione accogliente

Il cattivo 'odore di fogna che di tanto in tanto invadeva la stanza ed in particolare attivando l'aria condizionata - in internet sono richiesti I dati della carta di credito solo a titolo di garanzia ed invece è stato attivato l'addebito in automatico

El estilo del lugar, muy tranquilo y bien cerca de todas las actividades de una recorrida de dos dias. Muy recomendable.

El precio un poco caro. Respecto al servicio de frigobar lo podrian completar. Siempre es util.

Posizione centrale incantevole. Arredamento classico e di qualità. Soluzioni architettoniche piacevoli. Bagno bello. Geniali i ritratti di famiglia nell'ingresso.

Il letto è duro e piccolo. Colazione un po' scarsa e più di scena che di sostanza. Il prezzo è giustificato dalla posizione in città più che dalla qualità intrinseca. Comunque piacevole.

シニョーリア広場の角地にあり、部分的に広場が臨める。部屋は広く、バスタブや調度は非常に趣深く、築60- 0年の建物にオーナーの気持ちがこもっている。朝食の食堂は600年前のようで、また行きたい。木製扉から- 外に出ると観光客でにぎわうシニョーリア広場で、ウフィッツィ美術館は徒歩3分くらい。夕刻のベッキオ橋が- お勧め。レセプションもよい。絶対にお勧め。

エレベーターは2人乗りで、その場合荷物は運べない。

Residenza d'Epoca is in an excellent location, Plazza della Signora is one of the nicest spots of the city. Our room (we stayed in the rooom Beatrice) was very clean and spacious; it was nicely decorated with wooden furniture. We had a space (kind of dressing room) between the bathroom and the room. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom has a jacuzzi but we never tried and I'm not sure if it works. Staff who serves the breakfast and does the rooms is very friendly.

The water in the bathroom- the pressure wasn't very high, especially at the beginning. When you try to make work only the shower, there was a strange noise coming from the jacuzzi. Bathroom was nicely done with marble sink and jacuzzi. However, chic is not always practical. The room was looking at the other windows of the apartment, so inside it was kind of dark, without daylight. In general room was quiet except the moments when the garbage truck passes and the tower bell, which is just nearby, rings every hour. Having the breakfast at a long table with other guests on the third floor may seem interesting to some but if you happen to have strange and not very kind people looking at you it's not very convenient.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate any request. Rooms are lovely and give the sense that they are Renaissance period. Location is exceptional. Breakfast was excellent. Other guests were nice and friendly and polite.
