Friendly, helpful Staff. Most spoke or understood English, and were very accommodating. The restaurant was wonderful. A good selection of regional cuisine, and a very reasonably priced, albeit small, wine list. The location is good (near Ciampino Airport, and the Sassone Train Station) and the views and grounds are georgous. We will return!
Better soaps (it was a strech to come up with something we didn't like!!!).
Location was perfect and yet so close to airport . Shuttle bus to airport and railway station . Good food and lovely rooms .
View, especially when you eating you evening Neal
Bar closes at 12
We used this hotel as we needed somewhere to stay close to the airport as we had an early flight. Exactly a 10 minute drive from the airport; lovely room; free shuttle; dinner at hotel was nice. good place to stay.
Breakfeast was basic; wifi device didn't work for us. We had 2 big bags and there was no lift to bring the bags upstairs. I would stay at this hotel again though.
The garden surrounding the main building is great. Nice large room with plenty of space. I like that owners bought an old vinery house and turned it into an hotel.
My wife did not like much the smell of the room. This is a kind of smell, little moisture and oldness. This is definetely not due to the bad conditions of the room, but it is more due to general decoration concept of the hotel. It might be hard to find the place even with a GPS device.
Solid wood architecture. Massive bed! Beautiful surrounding vistas.
Beautiful building, lovely rooms, lots of wonderful outdoor space to enjoy, great views of Rome, lovely evening meal in the restaurant.
Very little; breakfast 'good' rather than 'excellent'.
They collect you crom the airport or in my case, I followed them in my hire car. Dining room staff. Supper. Views.
Air con being broken in July and no availability of a fan or help to open windows. Breakfast was really bad.
Closeness to the airport, the free transport,to & from the hotel. The room was excellent.
The flying ants on the terrace, but was not a fault from the hotel. It was late at night & they were attracted to the lamps.
Loved location very close to airport. Would definitely stay again if had to leave early or arrive late from Ciampino. Showers were great. Very clean and very nice breakfast with croissants, eggs, cheese and cold cuts. Great value for price and kids had big bed upstairs while we slept on the lower floor.
Smelled a bit damp in room but we opened windows and was not a very big issue. Also, not much to do in area but we really didn't need anything either.
This hotel is a gem. Tranquil and pleasant surroundings. Our evening meal on outdoor patio overlooking Rome was exceptional. You would need a car if you intended to roam far from the hotel as it is somewhat remote but that is what we wanted.
We relaxed for a day at end of our holiday whilst waiting for evening flight. Guests might benefit from some midday snack availability, sandwiches etc
The view over the hills of Rom. English speaking staff.
Very hard to find due to road works . Do not try to find the hotell with the help of GPS. Call the hotel and ask them to meet you in a close by petrol station or similar We didn´t get information that the AC was out of order in all the hotel rooms on arrival. We needed to change room to get it a little bit less hot.
Stayed here for one night as we had an early flight the next morning. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was excellent - 10 minute drive to Ciampino Airport, 2 minute drive to train which gets you into Rome's Termini Station in 20 minutes (staff even dropped us to the station and collected us later that evening). Much better to stay here in such an interesting place with beautiful views than an airport hotel. We certainly hope to be back for a longer stay.
Perfect location v
The shuttle service is working perfect.
Very nice hotel with a larger room than you might expect in Europe. We needed to leave very early (4:15 a.m.!) for a flight and the driver met us out front on time and with a smile! Annalisa recommended a great restaurant within walking distance that we really enjoyed. A very pleasant last night in Italy!
Friendliness shuttle service from airport and adjusting evening menu to provide an omelette for grandma
Our fault not speaking Italian but poss an English translation on menu
We were leaving Itay going on to Slovakia on Ryan Air. It only goes out of Ciampino airport. We wanted a hotel close by. That's why we picked this place. Real country vineyard like charm. Manager was really nice. Drove us himself to catch the plane. Good food
Didn't realize it was so remote
Beautifull hotel Nice garden & terasses Close to Rome Nice environment good shuttle service
Rooms are bad sound-isolated
Free Shuttle to and from airport and train station. Comfy bed.
Address is not accurate if using sat NAV
The staff were very helpfull, picked us up at the station or taking us where we needed to go, to the village or airport, even at a very early time. Were able to translate as some staff spoke english very well. Everything was excellent could not fault it at all, would definately go back, easy to get into Rome, but away from the madness, and the views were great.
Could do with a little bit better choice of meals, but no fault with the quality of the food.
Views and friendliness of staff
Short stay, nothing really
i liked all
