Superb, very helpful support from the staff (thanks, Alessandra!); excellent location close to Ponte Vecchio / Piazza Santo Spirito; room was very spacious and comfortable in a beautiful old palazzo; and the breakfast arrangements in a non-touristy cafe virtually next door were also great.

Some minor points: room had virtually no natural light due to the proximity of the building next door; we couldn't find the communal roof terrace (but the courtyard garden was a good alternative); and the shower was feeble. As noted by other Florence visitors, the street noise at night was truly epic, but nothing that a bottle or two of red before bedtime couldn't cure.

Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and showed me to our room. Having found Florence to be expensive accomodation wise, I would say this is value for money.

There were some odd and rather annoying quirks. I was told, sometimes the lights might turn off, so then we have to go downstairs and hit the power switch. However the main light in the room switching off was an extremely regular occurence. Very annoying. Also, the hotel markets itself as having WIFI, but I didn't pick up a WIFI signal once in our room or in the corridor outside. Also the hotel has office hours most days until 1pm, which makes liaising with staff difficult if you are busy exploring the city in the morning.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Each room was well equipped and clean. The common room was a great place to play cards in the evening. It's location was a short walk to all the museums and churches as well as being in a great part of town.

There were lovely common areas that we could have used. We were content to stay in our room and found the little kitchen adequate and used the microwave to reheat takeout. We have stayed in the neighborhood for months at a time and love the area. The room was newly decorated and very cozy. We were happy that there was a lift.

This is the perfect location for Florence- close to Ponte Vecchio and the center while being away from the craziness of the shopping area. We stayed in the apartment Virginia Woolf which provides ample space - big living ara with sofa beds if needed. View on the tile roofs but nice. The kitchenette is small but sufficient for quick cooking or breakfast. The bathroom is small but has a tub. The bedroom is separate and has sound proof windows. The breakfast cafe is at a couple of hundred meters and the voucher provides coffee/tea, juice and a sweet pastry. We did not bother most of the times as we like a more consistent breakfast and had it in the apartment. a couple of shops are around where you can get cheese, bread, ham, fruits etc. We will be back!

We thought that cleaning and towels should be provided daily instead of every 4 days. In one week we had 1 cleaning and towels twice. when you are on a city tour you dont want to bother....The living room is not sound proof and for those sleeping ther it can be noisy as every sound from the narrow street comes up.

It is located very close to the Ponte Vecchio and has excellent restaurants adjacent. our apartment wa very large.

It was quite dark although this may not be a problem at other times. We stayed in November and the sun was low and the weather often dull or raining. The kitchen is tiny. No English TV channels so we missed the news.

Staff was very friendly (Alessandra in particular) and spoke perfect English. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything but off the busiest streets. There's a beautiful little courtyard to relax in, the rooms had fans (unusual in Italy), and parking was just around the corner (unusual in Florence). Very safe, comfortable, clean, beautiful hotel with great staff.

I thought the amount of space was very generous for the price of the lodging. I thought the amenities of a kitchenette and laundry services added a lot of value to the booking. I thought the staff was very welcoming and professional.

I knew the room did not have an air conditioning unit when I made the reservation. It would have been nice to have a portable air conditioner since window units would not be feasible. The fans helped with the heat, but a portable air conditioner would be more effective.

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Man hat gemerkt, dass der Kunde wirklich König ist und sich die Angestellten grosse Mühe gegeben haben, dass man sich in Ihrem Hotel wohl fühlt. Weiter ist es ein altes Gebäude, welches aber sehr schön eingerichtet wurde.

Ich war vollumfänglich zufrieden.

Прекрасный персонал. Отличный номер с миникухней. Прекрасное местоположение -- тихая улица, до центра 5 минут, рядом магазин, кафе, винотека, рынок.

Ограниченное время работы ресепшена. Впрочем, об этом заранее предупреждает менеджер, с которым можно обо всем и договориться. Нет автостоянки.

Recepce není k dispozici 24 hodin denně. úKlid a výměna ručníků není každý den (museli jsme si vyžádat po dvou dnech).

Хорошее местоположение. 5 мин до центра (но очень тихая улочка) , 15 до вокзала, 5 мин хороший супермаркет.Апартаменты находятся в старинном красиво оформленном доме.Номер на четверых был большой и удобный, красиво оформлен в старинном стиле.В комнатах тепло,чисто. Проживание было комфортным.Мы улетали поздно и нам разрешили задержаться до 17 часов.Это было очень приятно.Персонал приветливый , хорошо говорит по английски.Я бы остановилась здесь еще.

Не очень удобная кухня (очень маленькая , из дополнительных продуктов только две бутылки воды) . Маленькая ванная комната.Не удобная дополнительная кровать.Слабый интернет.

I locali sono tenuti perfettamente: puliti, eleganti, comodi. Oltre che essere di piacevole aspetto le stanze dispongono anche di piccoli comfort (per esempio le disponibilità nella cucina in comune di servirsi liberamente di tisane, zucchero, olio, ecc.)

Cadeva facilmente il contatore della luce se si tenevano accese troppe fonti di corrente elettrica, dettaglio di cui comunque lo staff ci ha avvisato al momento del check in quindi correttamente.

L'appartamento era ideale per 4 persone con ogni comfort e ogni dettaglio anche in cucina. Si poteva cucinare o prendere del cibo da fuori e riscaldarlo all'interno in modo molto comodo. A noi è servito molto perchè un bambino si è ammalato e non poteva muovesi da casa. Erano presenti biancheria da letto e da bagno come in un albergo con anche prodotti per il bagno. Proprio vicino all'uscio di casa c'è un buon ristorantino che ci anche preparato cibo da asporto. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere entrambe le sponde dell'Arno. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, lasciandoci anche la stanza fino all'ora della partenza.

Edificio antico davvero piacevole e camera comoda e spaziosa. Da segnalare l'eccellente pulizia delle stanze e zone comuni. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro della città e per visitare la zona oltrarno. Staff molto gentile e preparato. Nel complesso la ritengo una buona struttura e mi sento di consigliarla ad altri viaggiatori. Concilia l'organizzazione di un tradizionale hotel con l'indipendenza di un appartamento.

Non ho trovato di mio gradimento la soluzione per la colazione che ahimè non è servita all'interno della struttura ma in un bar molto vicino. Posso dire che il cibo presentato sia di scadente qualità e molto misero. Dopo un primo giorno di prova, ho optato per prepararmi da sola la colazione. Mi sarebbe piaciuto che in camera ci fossero anche I fuochi e non solo il forno, per poter cucinare qualcosa senza dover uscire e andare nella cucina comune, che come si immagina non è sempre libera al momento del bisogno. Molto rumore a ogni ora del giorno e della notte dalla strada sottostante. Ci vorrebbero delle finestre con migliore isolamento acustico, il frastuono è davvero disarmante, tanto che ad alcune ore del giorno è impossibile sentire la tv posta a pochi metri dal letto a volumi ragionevoli.
