This is what a B&B should be. The rooms are nicely decorated and have all comfort. Home away from home ! Also the location is simply perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The best B&B I have ever had ! |

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Florence. The staff was gracious and helpful and the room was just lovely. Nice big bathroom with full shower. |

Hotel manager gave a run through of things to see and recommended places to eat which was helpful.Our room was very clean and quiet. Bed for my husband and I was comfortable. Breakfast was nicely presented and fresh. We asked for an extra bed in the room when we booked the hotel on your web site because we have 2 grown children, but this message was never received by the hotel. The manager could have given us a bigger room but instead had to cram a 2nd roll-away in our small room. These beds were not comfortable. |

We loved our visit to Florence, the hotel was perfect! It was clean, lovely and the staff was very helpful. I would stay there again. I am recommending it to friends who plan to visit in October. The staff was delightful, they recommended some great restaurants. The breakfast was great. The location was perfect. We walked 15 min. from the train station to get there. |

we liked the kindness of the 2 managers, the place is also very central, 20 meters to Medici palace, in a quiet street breakfast is self service in a narrow looby with maximum 6 seats, that was fine for us but could be annoying for the people resting in the 2 rooms just in that looby (noise) |

1.location: close to railway station, close to all the sites; Clean & spacious room but could be noisy; water provided 2.The hotel staffs are very friendly & English speaking. She gave us a lot of detail information as to where should go, where to eat, where is internet bar and also she helped us book a tour. No elevator; no internet access; no 24 hrs. reception (means you can not receive phone call in the room after hours ; Also means make sure to communicate clear enough if you will be arrive late); Breakfast is OK but not fresh. The apple I had was actually rotten inside. |

Great location and our room was quite spacious. Terrible breakfast! We also noticed a sewer smell quite strongly in our bathroom and sometimes in the lobby area. |

This hotel was outstanding. It is located in the city centre, has onsite free parking, room was very comfortable, staff was attentive and breakfast was great. We highly recommend this hotel. |

sehr zentrale Lage, ruhig, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, sehr gute Empfehlungen zu Ausflugszielen und Restaurants (Tischbestellungen wurden vorgenommen) in den Kleiderschränken könnten mehr Bügel und Ablageflächen vorhanden sein |

Muy céntrico, sabor antiguo No hay ascensor (hay que acarrear las maletas por la escalera unos cuantos pisos). No hay personal (nadie durante la noche). El desayuno escasísimo y prácticamente de autoservicio. La señora del hotel (única persona visible) no da facilidades: tiene el carácter distante y displicente |

Gute Lage des Hotels nahe zum Dom. Es ist mehr ein B&B als Hotel. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend, teilweise mit Antiquitaeten ausgestattet. Sehr netter Service, familiaere Atmosphaere. Gefuehl, dass man wirklich in Italien ist. Wir wuerden wieder dort wohnen. In der Nacht kann es etwas laut durch Touristen sein, dann muss man die Doppelfenster geschlossen halten. Ein Aufzug fehlt, ist daher fuer Gaeste mit Gehproblemen nicht zu empfehlen. |

La nostra camera era molto grande, calda e accogliente. Lo spazio per la prima colazione è limitatissimo..meglio portarla in camera visto che c'è la possibilità. Cmq colazione ricca e fornita. |
