Location and conditioner in the room. Toilet and shower were not even cleaned (no words about desinfection) after the previous tourists! Breakfast room is small and consist of 1 big table at which you should eat (no more than 6 persons at time) and take food. Poor italian breakfast with bad coffee.

Excellent location. Clean bathroom. Big room and bathroom for 3. Helpful and friendly staff- Marina in particular. Bearable quality of beds and pillows. Towels replaced every day and the room/ bathroom is tidied up and cleaned every day. High first (second in my mind) floor without an elevator. "Free" internet only works close to the office. Charging per hour for Internet is ridiculous nowadays- in my opinion. Bathroom was not equipped for 3 people with enough hangers ( hooks or bars) for clothes and towels- a very easy fix but highly inconvenient for tenants. Very basic, totally sweet breakfast. Dim money saving lighting- no light at the bathroom mirror- very inconvenient for make up.

Our room was quite nice. We had a superior room with a fireplace, but had no need for a fire. The room was near the breakfast bar and could hear plates and glasses in the morning. Very clean and large for Florence. Great staff.

Location, location, location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The steps wre daunting to get luggage into and out of the hotel. Do not try to drive to hotel. It is very confusing and is in a no car zone.

It was a fair b &B. In an excellent location. Pricey for what you get. A simple room, poor breakfast and a limited schedule from front desk. Service hours from 9:00 am ( became 9:15 or 9:20am) to 8:00pm( closing earlier than that) making check out difficult if you wanted to leave early and came late the night before. A couple of blocks from duomo and The Market Poor Staff and the hours of operation.

Great location--right in the heart of historic Florence, very close to the Duomo. Extremely attractive room decor. Small breakfast room with uninspired breakfasts. No fresh fruit.

Surprisingly, it was being right smack in the middle of Florence. It was a pleasure waking up to Florentine life, seeing the Bapistry and Duomo 3 or 4 times a day, and the room, staff, facilities were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful, enthusiastic.

The hotel staff was very nice and gave us good tips on Firenze (great ice-cream place !) and the location is perfect, almost at the foot of the Dome. It is quite complicated to reach it by car (even with the help of a gps) and very difficult to get a temporary parking spot to drop the luggages. But someone comes when you check in and takes the car to a garage (paid) so you don't have to worry for it for the duration of your stay.

The stay was great, the staff was wonderful and very helpful! Also the location is perfect, in the heart of florence and close to main things to do. Would definitely recommend this B&B to everyone. One minus was the breakfast - very Italian, only cake and some cereals. The room where the breakfast was served was too small.

The rooms are big and clean, with air conditioned, tv, and hair dryer. The staff of the hotel is very nice and kind. The hotel is in the center (5 min on foot to Duomo). There is water for the clients in the hall. A really nice and confortable hotel. The room for the breakfast is small (6 people) but you can take your breakfast and have it in the room, and the breakfast is good (and could be perfect if there was also some fruit!). There is only a mirror in the bathroom, it would be nice to have a big one in the room.

The room was comfortable, clean and attractive ... ditto bathroom. The staff was welcoming and very helpful, e.g making various reservations. The inner city location is ideal, however it appears that convenient parking may not be available as a result ... I was traveling without a car.

Tha staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious for three people, the furniture pieces beautiful and the high ceiling with ornate molding gave it a classic touch. It was a pleasure staying there. I would have preferred to have clean towels daily.

Travelling as a young couple from Sydney our stay at Residenza dei Pucci made our visit to Florence all the more enchanting. Our hostess Rossella and her co-worker were very friendly and helpful. On both nights we stayed in the city, Rossella made bookings for us at nearby restaurants as the city was in peak tourist season (mid july) and most restaurants were full. The room we stayed in was neat, tidy and very stylish with beautiful furnishings, high ceilings and thick walls The bathroom was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is everything you would ask for, not noisy at all yet still in the heart of Florence, a 2 minute walk away from the Duomo and 5 minutes from the Ponte Vecchio. The Italian (sweet) style breakfast in the morning was excellent - lots of little cakes, strudels, croissants, toast, jams, yoghurt and good coffee. We had hired a car from Rome and were able to drive into the city to have the car parked at a nearby garage for 22 Euro a day, quite convenient and cost effective considering the city blocks of traffic at certain times of the day. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you're travelling through Florence.

Lovely hotel, relaxed and helpful staff especially Marina who was brilliant . We stayed a week with our 7 yr old and felt very comfortable and looked after. Our triple room was a double bed and a smallish fold out bed which was sufficient for our small child. The location was perfect! The room was clean, elegant and spacious and the bathroom was in keeping with a good working shower with constant hot water. I would totally recommend this hotel for all the right reasons !!!!!!

The location is one block from the Duomo. You walk out of the door and everything is right there. The room was very clean and comfortable. Intimate setting. Do not come here with a car because of the city location. The closeness to the sights includes noisy revelers at night. Minimal breakfast.

My husband and I love this Residence and consider it our home in Florence. Marina, the manager at this hotel went completely out of her way to help me when I had an accident and broke my kneecap while walking to the hotel from the train station. They accommodated my ever need and more. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else!
