It is a comfortable middle class hotel offering excellent value for a very reasonable price. It is also very well situated, the staff is very friendly, breakfast ample, parking available, room made up every day. It is also very cozy and charming. |

Large rooms and beds that were servced daily. Breakfast was a cold buffet with a good range of food choices. The rooms lacked character and were quite bland, the hotel has obviously seen grander days and was a bit run down. |

The Breakfast was very good. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was nice with a large shower. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of room for parking. Bar was closed, No restaurant on site. The location of the hotel was a little difficult to find. I almost drove by because the hotel is hidden behind high bushes. |

It's a beautiful hotel that has two vocation (hotel and banquet hall). If you want the Tuscane experience with the comfort of a hotel this one is for you. You need a car to get there. We were doing a road trip through Tuscany so the location was reasonably close to cites like Sienna, FLorence, Lucca, San Gimignamo and Cinque Terre. The lack of smile of the staff diminishes the beauty of the place. But that's Italy! |

A fabulous place, the rooms were too good to be true. Breakfast was the tops and the staff were always helpful. A complimentary map of the area would be helpfull. All in all one of the best places that we have stayed in on our 6 week tour of Europe. |

Everything was great about this place. I like the way they've rebuilt, exellent style and so well in tune with Toscane. Rooms are very clean en comfortable. Breakfast was great, good choice in food and beverages . Although the kids had a large area outside to play, there were no swings and climbing tools to play with. |

Large clean suite, especially for the price paid. Nice building with high ceilings and some charm. Hotel is very remote and town not very interesting. Breakfast could be much better and waiter more interested in providing a good service. |

It is a fantastic hotel for those who are exploring the Northern part of Tuscany by car. It is located in the middle of the way between Pisa and Florence, so you can choose to use the normal highway or the parallel roads. Bedrooms are huge, with comfortable double bedrooms and plenty of space even if you are traveling as a couple with two kids. They have also an excellent breakfast. The main problem of the hotel is that - due to the fact that the hotel is not exactly in downtown Monsummano (you need your own transport to go), there are few alternatives to stay at hotel. Improving some leisure facilities (what about a swimming pool?) would be nice. However, this is a detail because the hotel is excellent. Go and relax! |

The spacious room and the breakfast. The hotel lies between Lucca Pisa and Firenze and are easily reached bij train. The hotelwebsite did not show a good direction of then location of this hotel. We had to search an hour but our 4 days stay was worth it. |

Free wireless internet. Lots of space for parking. Rooms are excellent. Very large and very large bathrooms. Comfortable beds and lots of light. Kind of in the middle of no where. No shops around the hotel, so you really had to drive if you wanted anything. The installation of a swimming pool would be a nice improvement. |
