Staff at reception were really helpful about directions and restaurants in the area. The apartment was spacious and tastefully furnished and was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect-close to Metro. |

Residenza is really close to Stazione Centrale - just a short walk, so if you're travelling around by train, it's ideal. Also having a kitchen and a bit more space made it very comfortable. Overall a good place to stay. If you're looking to just wander around Milan city centre, shopping etc, it's not a short walk (but still achievable). |

Spacious apartment which was cleaned every day from Monday to Friday, but not . We felt at home. Absolutely quiet at night. A mere 10 minutes walk to the central railway station or Metro Loreta. Kitchen facilities. Very good value for money at eighty euro per day. Warmly recommended for longer stays. We would definitely stay here again! Everything excellent; no complaints whatsoever |

On arrival to the Apartment, someone was already in our room so we were upgraded to a suite free of charge. The suite was spacious with a fabulous Balcony Area. Location was near Central Train Station. Felt like a home away from home! |

The suite was very spacious and well presented and the bathroom was lovely. There was everything you would need in a self catering apartment and the staff were very helpful in arranging tours etc for us. Laundry facilities are also on site and inexpensive great if you are travelling for a while. Very close to the main station and nearby metro stop. |

The Staff were very helpful. They advised us of train timetables for our day trips to Como and Bergamo etc. The apartment, bathroom, sitting area and cooking facilities were clean and tidy. There were 2 safes within the room (no charges). We left our bags at reception on our final day, there was no charge for this. A great place for self catering as the supermarket is a short 5 minute walk away. |

the size of the room, including bathroom; comfortable bed; location near stazione centrale (5 min walk) and one station of the M1 subway line (the dome, san siro, fiera) the carpets in the room, but could be easily disregarded |

There was a lot more room than a normal hotel room. It was fairly close to Central Station and it had Sky TV with English stations. |

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. It was also very well located (many metro stops within walking distance!). Our booking said that it was two bedrooms. I had called and checked this with the UK bookings office but it turns out that in Italy, two bedrooms mean that the bedroom is separate from the living room. So when it said it could sleep four, it meant two in a bedroom and two on a sofabed in the living room. |

Our stay at the Residenza delle citta was pleasant and relaxing. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very clean, relaxing and romantic. The location is fantastic with easy access to the metro and tram cars. We will return again. No we love it! |

Friendly, helpful staff- Lisa was great! Good location, spacious, very nice decor. Kitchenette was great to be able to have food without having to eat out for every meal. We did not get cleaning services or fresh linens the day before we checked out. |
