Secluded, yet easy to reach location. Only an hour or so drive from MXP. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Nothing comes for free. The village (Ghiffa) ain't the busiest so one has to have a car or be in really good form to see the life outside the hotel. |

Friendly staff and a very pleasant designer feel to the hotel which is almost new.The room ( after upgrading from a disappointing "side" room with no lake view to one with a lake view ) was very good indeed. . Nearby unfinished building works slightly detract from an otherwise very new and modern designed hotel.The works may well be finished since our stay. No swimming Pool is a bit of a suprise but the spa facilities are very good with a huge jacuzzi.It is important to secure a room with a view to the front of the hotel viewing the lake.Side rooms do not have a very expansive view although they are still very well fitted out.A car is essential .At the right price this is a very pleasant place to stay . |

I liked the friendlyness of the hotel staff which tried to help me in everything I asked as well as the soberness of the modern hotel, the impeccable sauna and, last but not least, the excellent restaurant at a fair price. I regretted not having a swimming pool (which seems to be in construction, though - the hotel being in its first season) |

Clean, large-ish rooms. Comfortable, wonderful location and views. Good food. Quite remote and no services / restaurants within walking distance (apart from a fun little bar across the street used mainly by locals). |

Nice, new hotel, good value for money. Spa procedures were not very impressive, but the Convivium restaurant exceeded expectations. App. 10 min by car to the nearest beach in Verbania, 5 minutes on foot to the village. Postcard surroundings, very quiet and peaceful Slightly labytinth-like structure, not too many direction signs on the walls, a bit sterile ambiance at times -probably due to the fact that the hotel is very new |

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, and when we first steped in our room we was so excited - the room was more then perfect... So was every other facility in the hotel... We had a romantic balcony with lake view, and did I mentioned that the room was perfect? Each detail is designed with precision. The hotel is on the hills so it gives you even better view of the lake. And in the mourning you eat your breakfast on the romantic terrace, admiring the view... And in the evening, you can eat your romantic dinner on the same terrace, and just watch how the night falls... I really can't say anything bad about this hotel... We liked the hotel and everything that goes with it very, very much. |

Great location in a small and quite village, beautiful lake view from the room, excellent restaurant and tentative stuff. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Stairs climbing to the gallery are not convenient, especially if when you need to carry your luggage |

Service from the staff was flawless, it was always professional and friendly. Their English was excellent, too! The food in the restaurant was sublime and promoted seasonal fare, and the buffet aperitivi was an excellent standard. The wine selection was good, and at fair prices. Our 3 course meal with wine was 89 eur. The hotel is still new, and it feels like it as you walk through the maze of hallways. However, it was so lovely and quiet for a relaxing break away from the buzz of the city, it was a blessing for us. The church bells from the church over the road are loud, but fortunately they don't start ringing before 8.30am. |

Nice location but not if you want to be on the water! There is nothing within the walking distance… you have to drive very narrow winding roads to get to the main road. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always greeted you with a smile. The breakfast is actually excellent for Italy with nice various of everything and fresh eggs any style you asked for. The hotel has a very "cold" feeling... plants are missing and a sense of warmth is just not there, even for a modern hotel-. This was probably because it just had opened four weeks earlier. The SPA is not that great … again very cold with grey stones and we hated the fact that they constantly walked new guests through for a tour and well the relaxation was simply missing. |

Wir wurden sehr freundliche empfangen an der Reception. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet - schade dass er um 20:00 Uhr schliesst. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und bei schönem Wetter könnte man auch den Balkon nutzen. Das Frühstücksbuffet, es fehlte frisches Brot (die Brötchen waren hart). Die Käseauswahl hätte etwas vielfälltiger sein können (drei Weichkäse). |

Le calme, le design de l'hôtel et sa propreté, la gentillesse du personnel. Nous avions réservé une chambre standart et nous avions eu une suite car l'hôtel n'était pas complet. La vue de sur le lac est magnifique, et la ville la plus proche n'est qu'à quelques minutes en voiture. C'était un séjour très agréable. |

Las instalaciones en general, la amplitud de las habitaciones, las vistas desde la terraza del bar y la tranquilidad del hotel, el personal del hotel y restaurante, éstos últimos simpáticos y amables, la restauración, el coqueto spa gratuito.. No gustado, pero una sugerencia sería ampliar el horario de cenas. |
