Loved the decor, the convenient and very considerate facilities, and the immediate sense of care and pampering the staff exude once checkin formalities are completed. The reception staff are excellent.

Everything. And they even have a litle kitchenette in the room, they exceeded our expectations in everything, plus the beautiful (complimentry ) spa The staff was attentive and helpfull, we would have staied there the entire trip if we could.

The internet was far from great, but this appears to be a problem across the lakes, not just there. Getting there is a bit on the adventures side, it's about 4 km from the nearest city and the roads are not the greatest

A bit cold in terms of atmosphere

Perfect location if you want to be out of the crowd. Very tasteful warm contemporary design (not cold design), 2 room bedroom, well equipped with a fridge and boiler for tea/coffee (free soft drinks), TV in each room, nice balcony, bath robes. We had a lake view suite. Nothing to compare with the tacky kitch palaces of Stresa. Nice Spa and terrace with wonderful view. Great massage (you need to book in advance, before your arrive) Huge free parking. There is a little bar/cafe next to the hotel with a very friendly owner with always lots of local people. Be aware that this is the only local attraction. Good quality of food and service at the restaurant and very reasonable prices. Wonderful terrace. Very quiet and peaceful.

Very low level of service for this kind of hotel, but very friendly staff. There was nobody at the reception when we arrived. The receptionist took us to our room (you need to carry your bags yourself). They do not refill the bath shampoo and body milk. Restaurant closed for lunch.

Roads that lead to the hotel are rather narrow. I tried 3 different routes, and one was better than other two. Views of the lake and mountains backdrop are nice. Reading some other reviews, the room was larger than I expected. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. They helped me with golf bookings, and golfcourses in the wide area I played were all very good. The WIFI worked fine, and was free of charge. Softdrinks in the minibar are free of charge, and refilled on daily basis. I can easily recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a hotel with some peace and quiet.

La cena a pagamento alla Spa prenotata la sera per noi due.l'unica cosa positiva in tutto l'hotel oltre la colazione.

Negativo, hotel caro per il servizio dato, pulizia camere carente vengono fatte in 5 minuti polvere, cimici morte trovate in camera, asciugamani non sostituiti il giorno dopo, accessori per il centro benessere marchiati di un altro hotel 3 stelle, accessori bagno scarsi e scadenti, frigo bar di bassissima qualità , camera freddissima nonostante il riscaldamento, niente coperte e cuscini aggiuntivi, ristorante non incluso per cui a pagamento con cucina scadente, Spa ( carina ma l'idromassaggio non funziona a regola d'arte) poche cose ...si potrebbe avere di più, (unica cosa bella nella spa: cena a pagamento con la spa privata la sera) questo e l'unico ricordo positivo che abbiamo. Il personale alla Reception e stato scadente (ordinato in camera cesto di frutta 4 frutti a 18 euro e senza coltelli , scesa io a cercarli ho dovuto seguire la signora dalla cucina alla dispensa per avere delle bustine di tisana ) , mi sento dire per la spa a pagamento a 260 euro per la sera , gentili signori scendete in Reception in accappatoio e ciabatte e vi accompagnò alla spa, sinceramente avendola a 20 metri della camera al 4 piano trovo assurdo un gesto simile. Pessimo opinione e tra l'altro lo dico perché non abbiamo badato a spese 2 notti e il conto finale 850 euro! Pertanto doveva esserci l'eccellenza.

Arredamento molto semplice e di stile e massima pulizia ottima vista sul lago molto romantica al tramonto!

A part peut être les meubles de la chambre, et l’absence de chaines françaises....mais nous n'étions pas là pour regarder la tv...

Die Suite war sehr ansprechend, warm und sauber. Wir haben uns sorfort wohl gefühlt. Der Spa-Bereich ist angenehm und sehr erholsam. Das gesamte Hotel strahlt Ruhe aus.

Es wäre schön, wenn noch eine kleine Bar im Hotel wäre.

La posizione con vista panoramica, l'arredamento delle camere e degli spazi, la SPA anche se con pochi posti disponibili per sdraiarsi/sedersi visto il numero di camere dell'albergo

alcune camere sono ubicate troppo decentrate dal corpo centrale ed è un labirinto arrivare al ristorante o alla SPA o alla reception

Die Gäste lassen in der Sauna ihre Klamotten an, danach sitzen sie mit den gleichen Sachen im Wirlpool.

Suite-Raumaufteilung nicht gut. Großer, weitgehend leerer Aufenthaltsraum, ohne Radio und TV Gerät. Sehr kleiner Schlaufraum mit TV und Telefon in der hintersten Ecke. Bad zu klein. Preis und Leistung passen in diesem Punkt nicht zusammen.

Das Wellnessangebot

Fitnesscenter ist nur eine Alibiübung.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut geffallen.Sehr freundliches Personal.Bei der Frau Elena am Reception möchte ich noch mal Bedanken.Mann hat einen traumhaften Seeblick.Perfektes Wohlfühl-Hotel.Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön.Unsere Suite war sehr geräumig,und es war sehr ruhig.Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Lage des Hotels am Hang war sehr schön und ruhig. Traumhafter Blick von der Terasse auf den See und sehr sehr gutes Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Hotelrestaurant bot überteuerte Speisen an, die nicht wirklich unserem Geschmack entsprochen haben. Unser Badezimmer war sehr lieblos eingerichtet und für zwei Frauen, die sich schminken möchten, zu wenig beleuchtet. Etwas "kalt" hat sich das Zimmer ansich präsentiert.
