Location although it is not accessible by taxi as the whole street is closed to traffic. Travelling with 5 pieces of luggage made access interesting, Internet access was not possible, as the information could only be obtained from reception that operated during very short hours in the morning only. TV channels were available in Italian only and showed no regard for international travellers. There was confusion concerning the registration process as the person at reception only spoke italian and had to find a colleague to assist. The breakfast consisted of stale rolls and coffee, yet we were charged top rates for this room. |

the loacation was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and clean There was limited reception and we had to leave the keys as no one was available at 8am to check out. A taxi was promised but not booked and we were lucky to make our flight. |

The location is perfect for touring the loveliest parts of central Rome. The rooms at no. 14 were pleasant. Breakffast, both the selection & the location (very cramped, right next to guests' rooms. Almost no common area. |

Absolutely fantastic location, very clean and new, not bad decor for a reasonably priced Roman hotel, as usually they are horrid. Room was quiet as looked over a side street. |

The hotel is recently remodeled in a quiet area but very close to attractions. The hotel staff was very helpful in directions to attractions and suggestions on places to eat. |

The location of this hotel, within an easy walking distance from most of the classic monuments, made our stay a pleasure. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean and the breakfast just the size we like. There wasn't anything we did not like but the entrance to the hotel was a bit unsettling upon our arrive. |

The hotel is perfectly located in the old city center. The breakfastroom is much too small. |

location is the only positive thing One of the major reasons I picked this hotel was that it indicated there was a lift. My husband is 82. lift mentioned in the description was a myth. The main location did not have one although we were told it was being "fixed" I work in architecture/construction so I went looking for where it could be physically located...could not find it. The place where you go for breakfast does have an elevator. Main desk in lobby is manned only specific and very limited hours. If key is with one person the other cannot get access. I kept ringing bell until one of the customers came out to open the door. I would have had to wait on doorstep until someone with a key came back to their room. Breakfast was OK but minimal for the room rate, |

The best part of Residenza Domizia is the location. The Piazza Navona is the perfect locale, which is in walking distance to most of the main attractions. A charming, comfortable, welcoming. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean bathroom. Overall, an enjoyable stay. The Concierge made some good recommendations for some smaller local restaurants serving traditional cuisine. Our favourite was L’Angoletto. We would definitely stay again. We loved this hotel and cannot understand some of the negative feedback. I would definitely stay here again, without a doubt. |

The location of the hotel was good. Many things. Help unfriendly, air conditioner broken in room, breakfast served in a different building, no one explained how to get there. Would not recommend!! |

The location was perfect, in the middle of the Centro Storico in Rome It is very much to be criticized that during large parts of the 24 hours of the day there was no staff at all present. |

Beautiful, clean, quiet, conveniently located room with modern amenities. My usual frustration--the double bed is really two singles pushed together. |

Excellent location practically on the Piazza Navona, easy to find and walking distance to every important sightseeing destination in Rome. Extremelly clean place (unlike everything else in Rome, including Sheraton Roma that I stayed at prior to arriving to Residenza Domizia!!). Friendly, helpful and english speaking staff...simply, a place to recommend! Breakfast could be improved in a terms of offer...beside the beverages only cereals and kind of bagels with butter, jam and nutela was served. But, at the end...we was not hungry! |

This is a quaint little hotel in a great central spot near Piazza Navona in a street filled with antique shops. The breakfast room and some of the hotels other rooms were in another building across the street which was unusual but fine. The bus to the train station stopped at the bottom of the road which was convenient. Walking distance to all sights. They needed proper glasses or at least more sturdy plastic cups. However this is just a minor detail |

The location!! Just around the corner from Piazza Navona. Cleanliness of room. Staff was helpful. Maybe the cramped breakfast room, and the toilet that had the water running. |

It was a simple but nice decorated place in the center of the old part of Rome. Very quiet and very clean. Everything was in a walk distance and you could feel that you were a Roman citizen getting out of your house. The breakfast room was in another building on the same street. Actually it was a very small room without windows and not enough place for all the guests. Also I noticed that the doors which were facing the tiny breakfast room opened to guests rooms (I would never stay there). It would be better if the owner of the Residenza Domizia could make a collaboration with nearby "cafe". |
