Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa. Hotelik bardzo czysty, smaczne i wystarczające śniadania (pyszna kawa), dla urozmaicenia można za 3 E dokupić sobie jajko lub ser ;) Hotel jest świetnym punktem wypadowym, do Fontanny Di Trevi można dojść spacerkiem w 8 minut, na Plac Hiszpański 12 minut lub podjechać metrem w 2 min.Odradzam restaurację na rogu Pl. Barberrini i Via Veneto - tragedia !!! Słabo wyciszone pokoje, bardzo duży hałas z holu. Opis że łazienki są wyposażone w jacuzzi jest mocną przesadą, zamiast łazienki z jacuzzi otrzymaliśmy pokój (mały) z malutką łazienką i ciasną kabiną prysznicową. |

Dobra lokalizacjia hotelu. Człowiek z obsługi był pijany, kłucił się z nami i nie miał pojęcia jak wypełnić kartę meldunkową. Zachowywał się w stosunku do gości skandalicznie !!! Dopiero na drugi dzień inny pan z obsługi lub właściciel był bardzo miły i pomocny. |

Dostaliśmy apartament zamiast normalnego pokoju, jakieś 35 m/kw. Świetna lokalizacja. Niezbyt komfortowe łóźko. |

The hospitality of the staff, they were eager to help us, give us information about Rome, how to move etc.Although, there was not a huge variety in breakfast, personally for me it was fullly and the most important was served in the room.In general i recomend it for somebody who wants to stay in ''a low price and near to the centre'' hotel. |

Central location by the Metro and Via Veneto. Staff and Owner provided excellent service and advice. Will stay here on future trips. Walking distance to many areas and although we are senior (60+) could walk to everything except the Vatican which was acessable by the Metro. Be careful at all restaurants who will add items to your requested choices as well as a service charge. |

Friendly and very helpful staff; convenience for sights; very quiet; feeling of security; small Breakfast!! Poor (hence 'fair' above) It is delivered to the room (which we prefer) but the croissants/rolls were unappetizing, and there was one cup of coffee or tea; the Residenza has limited facilities but at the price it must do better, eg coffee/tea in cafetiere/teapot. No tea-making facilities in room. |

Absolutely nothing. On checking in I asked for a different room. Was turned down. Extremely bad experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had a lousy room,with a full kitchen(unusable) rubbish in 2 deawers.Tv only worked 10% of time. Could not open window, since it was at eye level on street.Cold coffee for breakfast and one paper napkin for two people. Lousy Place !!!!!!!!!!!!! |

The hotel is located on a quiet street just off Piazza Barberini with plenty of good restaurants and bars located close by. Also only a 2 minute walk to the Metro which has you at the vatican or the Colosseum in 10-15 minutes. The hotel staff are very friendly and helped us to book a nice restaurant on the 1st night. There are no facilities, only a reception area and the bedrooms, breakfast is in the room and one evening we wanted a cup of coffee after a long day before heading out and it wasn't available. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Much better than a 4-star hotel that we also visited nearby. Amenities were good for a couple travelling with a small child. Also has a convenient store next door. Great location in a nice part of town with excellent transport links and good restaurants/shops nearby. Staff went out of their way to assist us at all times and we felt very welcome.Excellent all round! |
