Francesca was so accommodating. We arrived much later than planned but she was helpful and pleasant. Our adjoining rooms were very nice --clean, comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was delivered when requested, and we easily found street parking. We will absolutely stay here again.

The location is perfect, as well as the staff. They're so helpful, for example, they always try their best to answer my questions & solve my problems. They recommend good restaurant to us, the food quality is good with reasonable price near patheon. I want to buy a famous candy in Roma, Elizabeth offered help to buy me the candy with a wholesale price, which is a lot more cheaper. All in all, we had a wonderful stay here.

Since the hotel is within the old building, the wifi is weak if you live in the room at the end of corridor. But it's still a comfortable place to live in.

    1. Heating didn't work 2. Please do not nook taxi with them as they charge 50 euro each way. According to the local law it must not exceed 48 euro when you take white taxi 3. Staff not happy when you pay by card and just keep pestering you to pay everything in cash. 4. Breakfast- 1 croissant per person and 1 cup of coffee. 5. Finally they toilet got blocked and we had to pay 40 euro for the repair despite that we didn't use the toilet as we used the toilet in the other room.

Nice cosy appartment nearby the centro storico.

The room was Not soundproof. You hear the neighbours like if they're in the same rooms with you.

The room was clean, warm, tidy and well decorated. The staff was friendly and very eager to help. The location of the hotel was ideal, center of the city but not...too much center. Everyone should explore the neighborhood since it is not touristic, therefore you can find originally Italian restaurants and bars etc.

    Bad wifi reception. Nothing else.

Elizabeth is extra friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and you feel like you a are a guest in someone's well-appointed home. They provide a free bottle of champagne in your room (though we don't drink alcohol but great if you do!).

Better to bring your own toiletries (shampoo and conditioner). Note that there is no sign outside, so just go directly to the address and look for the name on the call buttons next to the door. Breakfast is extremely basic.

Good location (quiet but close to all touristic places even by walk; safe as the police station is just in front), clean & new room, friendly & really helpful staff. They stored our luggage on the last day, which was a huge plus and also offered us a nice restaurant nearby.

The breakfast. Not the point that it was really basic, but the croissant & the toast was pre-packaged one. Would prefer to have the room cheaper without this type of breakfast. The bed was a bit hard.

Excellent location, great staff and breakfast, coffee/hot chocolate anytime, close secure parking, cheap, great AC after hot walks around the city, and a police station literally right next to it. For first time travelers to Rome who want a safe place near all the tourist locations. This is the place. Also there is a great sushi bar right down the street that has good prices for a tourist location.

The room I was in had it's own bathroom but to get to it I had to go out into the hallway. My room was the only one that was made like this though. Be careful in Rome however, near the tourist areas there are beggars, pickpockets, and people wanting to give you "free" things that will later hound you for money. This is not within the area of the hotel, but mostly around tourist locations.

We only spent one day in Rome and already knew the city, so the location was perfect for shopping and visiting the city center.

The breakfast is only coffee and croissant, and there is no breakfast room.

it is quite close to Vatican City and other places. convenient to have dinner and shopping.

They provides breakfast, but it is too economic with one small bread and a cup of coffee. Of course, it is better than nothing.

We liked the room which are very modern & stylish. location was good

The day we arrived we were told that we had to stay in another place for the first night as they had a problem with water-no water in the bathroom which would be solved early the next morning so we could move. When we arrived the next morning there our room and also the bathroom were not prepared then ( bed used, old towels on the floor). So I have the feeling they simply overbooked. The other place wasn't a quater as nice as the final one. our room was the only one with an external bathroom which meant down the hallway. moreover this bathroom was rather old fashioned and the shower wasn't clean: it was mildewy and had moldy stains in the joints. there were also soap rests from the guests before which wrre not removed during pur whole stay. we have also seen the other bathrooms and they are new. About their cleanliness I can not judge. the breakfast was Italian which was ok but we did not like to have it served to our room ss there was only one chair in the room - there was no breakfast room
