Residenza Fabroni

This is a wonderful place to stay. Barbara and Fabio are superb hosts and the room was magnificent with views over the hills and valley to the mountains. Wonderful town, great wine, terrific to relax in living history.

The upper floors of 16th century palazzo were turned from residential appartement into small family run hotel - with minimum change in their look and feel. It's enormously atmospheric and homely. The owners are enthusiastic, very friendly and helpfull.

Fabio and Barbara were so helpful, kind and friendly - they couldn't do enough to help. You felt like you were part of their family and their little girls were so gorgeous. Our rooms were so large and inviting. The hotel is right in the heart of gorgeous Montepulciano, near great restaurants where you can drink and then walk home. Loved this place and our stay.

After a few days the breakfast could get a bit monotonous having the same things everyday. Perhaps some eggs could be offered and different bread or bread rolls, sliced meats from time to time just for a change. Other than the that the breakfasts were lovely with fresh fruit and coffee and wonderful service.

Residenza Fabroni is a beautiful bed and breafkast run by a lovely couple. The B&B has amazing views over Montelpuciano and is centrally located on one of the main streets of the town. The B&B is well appointed. Fabio and Barbara were wonderful. They assisted me with every aspect of my stay including assistance with winery tour bookings, site seeing and restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful hospitality amid antique furnishings and exquisite views.

A wonderfully placed ancient palace, with an amazing view on the surrounding countryside, very close to the city center and lots of restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the kindness of the young staff, who are keeping the pristine state of the rooms with all its old charm.

Tutto molto bello: accoglienza, la residenza è una spettacolare casa d'epoca. I gestori sono stati gentilissimi, accoglienti e assolutamente alla mano. La posizione del B&B è fantastica. La "suite rossa" è una camera fenomenale.

апартаменты расположены на двух последних этажах старинного здания 16-го века, расположенного на центральной улице монтепульчано. из окон, и с террасы на крыше открываются изумительные виды на город и окрестности. большая часть апартаментов сохранилась в неизменном виде с 19-го века, включая мебель и отделку. в общей зоне есть гостинная, столовая, камин. хозяева, фабио и барбара, очень дружелюбны и ненавязчивы. фабио встретил нас, показал дорогу, предоставил талон на парковку в ztl, помог донести багаж. если будете весной, или осенью, то попросите чтобы на ночь не выключали отопление, а то у них так принято.

L'atmosfera, il panorama, l'accoglienza

Un palazzo storico molto affascinante situato in pieno centro storico . Dalla nostra stanza abbarbicata sul tetto del palazzo si gode di un panorama mozzafiato su tutto il paese e verso le colline circostanti. Inoltre la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei gestori e' stata a dir poco squisita.

Palazzo nobiliare in centro a Montepulciano in zona pedonale. Molto caratteristico e particolare e di un certo fascino. Bello.

Essendo un palazzo antico non ha naturalmente posteggi. Però I gestori con molta gentilezza hanno ovviato trovando dove posteggiare le nostre moto. Molto gentili. Grazie.

L'appartement spacieux et décoré dans un style qui convient au lieu, le salon à disposition, l'accueil et le service chaleureux. L'emplacement de l'immeuble est idéal, en plein coeur de la petite ville, avec des commerces à proximité et de très bons restaurants où l'on peut se rendre à pied.

L'absence de lit double

Barbara and family deserve great success in tourism industry! Aware that it will happen soon! And Montepulciano deserve them, too.
